The service was excellent! I cannot recommend this plumbing company highly enough! From the initial call to the final fixing the issue, the entire experience was absolutely fantastic. I had a persistent, annoying leaky faucet in my bathroom that was driving me crazy and wasting water. Shawn and Josh were they incredibly knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the faucet (which they did perfectly!), but they were also friendly, respectful of my home. They went above and beyond, making sure everything was clean and tidy before they left.Shawn and Josh’s excellent service truly turned a frustrating situation (that dripping faucet!) into a positive one. Their professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor were outstanding. If you’re looking for reliable, top-notch plumbing service, look no further! I wish I had found Dovis Plumbing sooner. I did not have a good experience with the previous two plumbers, as they never installed my water filter system properly and did not even come close to the level of professionalism of Dovis. The technician, Willie, went above and beyond to learn my system and fix the mistakes of previous plumbing companies. There was a leak in my system, and they came out the same day, which I was very impressed with, from start to finish they were incredibly professional, including sending a picture of the technician prior to his arrival for safety. I loved that. And I felt the price was quite fair. Not easy to find good honest people in South Florida. If I could give this company more than five stars, I would.

They sent a technician the same day and even sent me a text with a picture of the technician half an hour prior to his arrival. I had a very good experience using Dovis plumbing to install a new sink in my kitchen. I called to schedule a date for someone to come out and provide an estimate on the work I needed done. I was sent an email and text confirming the date and also sent another text when the tech was on his way. Willie was the assigned tech, and he arrived at the scheduled time. He confirmed what I had anticipated. The new sink had offset drains that would require a re-installation of all the pipes to accommodate the new drains and the garbage disposal. I was offered a choice of 4 options ranging in price according to the amount of work to be done. I chose the one that included all my requirements.Willie was ready to go immediately and did a great job of installing the sink, running the new pipes, then installing a new faucet and disposal. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I would recommend Dovis to anyone who is looking for a plumbing company that displays a professional attitude when dealing with the customer and also provides quality service.

David that came that same day with his workers and found out that my underground piping had broken. He was very professional and explained everything that was going on to me. Shockingly, unlike many home service companies working with Dovis was actually a painless experience. The woman who works their front desk (sorry I forgot her name) is a superstar at communication and actually getting things done. Mark and Willie were the men who actually wound up coming out to my home, and they were quite professional and very aware of masks and social distancing. I also liked how modern their approach felt by outlining options, and then not pressuring me strongly to spend more money. The only thing I cannot comment on is value because I have no idea what a reasonable price is for their services. Regardless, I would recommend their services.

They even came with tips!I was having a really slow drain for a week now, and not only are the guys punctual, but they knew what was going on in seconds! The clog was really deep but in less than an hour it was ready. At the end of the visit, the guys gave me some tips on how to avoid clogging the drain again.The service is not cheap, but now-a-days it’s hard to find professionals that are punctual and care about their customers.
