Beard marine has been fantastic. Eric is a great Refrigerator technician and more concerned with fixing our problems than swapping parts. He has been candid about what our issues might be and worked diligently to find the best solution.John worked on our AC unit and discovered it was under warranty so there was no charge for all his hard work. He made the corrections needed and we are sleeping in the cold again.Everyone we have dealt with from parts and service have been very professional and great to work with. All this during the COVID-19 pandemic!We could not be more pleased, and yes, we have received the bill😉

I will be celebrating 40 years in the marine industry May 2017. Over the past several decades I have called upon many services and would like to recognize Beard Marine Group as one of those companies Ive chosen to do service with in the past, present and future. The ability to provide quality service and assistance with systems, parts and other types of hardware make up one side of the equation. However, in my experience it is more important to have a professional and personal relationship with the human side of business. I appreciate when a service call is made and the person answering the phone whether its a manager, technician or office personnel knows who I am. They understand my expectations and in return I know Beards commitment to meeting them. Plainly put, its an easy phone call to make.
