I am not a person who normally leaves reviews but after using this company I have to share with everyone my amazing experience using this company. They are the BEST of the BEST without any doubt!We found out that we had broken cast iron pipes after going into contract with a buyer who did a video inspection. We pulled the house off the market to investigate more and to get them fixed. We called several name brand Plumbing companies out here and not only were the quotes outrageous, none of them made us feel comfortable about their knowledge of doing a tunnel job under the home. We looked heavily into pipe lining instead of replacement and found a company that were experts in this field and gave us a great price compared to the quotes we got for pipe replacement. Once I narrowed it down to the company I wanted to use, I decided to ask my local community on social media if anyone had experience with this type of work. One neighbor responded asking me how much it would cost and when I share it with him, he said he was getting his pipes replaced for only couple of thousand more. This is how I learned about A1 Underground and Plumbing.When I called A1 Underground and Plumbing based on this referral. They came out to the house and provide us a quote which was just like the referral said, only a couple of thousand more than the pipelining, so we hired them to to do the job.Today, the company finished this job and I have to say that I have NEVER been so impressed with a company in my life!!! This is no lie. From the start to the end, they did a flawless job, were extremely professional, had a full crew here working every day to complete this job in 7 days, the crew were all so nice and they cleaned up everything spotless, they repaired the torn up grass with new grass, etc. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs a pipe replacement job done!

The A-1 Underground & Plumbing Services Team are a cut above the competition. I 100% recommend using them. We contracted with A-1 Underground & Plumbing Services to replace all of our underground piping for our bathrooms and kitchen drain. It was a big job but using their vacuum machinery for excavation and then a powerful compressor machine to fill in the tunnels with rock, A1 was able to complete the entire job in one week. Including inspections! And because they suction the earth out and into a large truck for hauling, there was no mess. The crew of 4 arrived each morning early and worked hard all day. They were all extremely competent and adept at using the various high-tech machinery A1 has at its disposal. We are so glad we used this company. The owner, Bo, is a real professional and extremely reliable. This was a very positive experience and A-1 Underground & Plumbing Services earns a full 5 Star rating for the excellent work they did for us! A1 replaced our sewer pipes in less than a week and we didnt have to be out of our house. Beau and Terry have a great organization - they have the equipment, techniques and staff to pull this off without a hitch. The only work inside the house was to replace toilet flanges (we even took this opportunity to replace all our toilets). They do minimal landscape tear up and they clean up the property beautifully. The only thing I had to do after they left was to replace a strip of sod and paint two stucco patches they left where they had connected existing roof drains.Thank you, A1!

Our entire experience with this company was nothing short of 5 stars! The owner Beau arrived on time to give us an estimate for replacing all the cast iron pipes under our house. Our quote arrived the next day via e-mail and was complete and easy to understand. We immediately signed up to have the work performed. When it was our turn to have the work done we were out of town. The office manager, Catherine, couldn’t have been any better about rescheduling us. The crew performing the work arrived on time and went to work immediately. They did an outstanding job. They were respectful of our property and kept us informed every step of the way. I would recommend these guys for any of your plumbing needs. I only wish I could have rated them higher than 5 stars.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! A1 Underground is the best! I found them when driving through a neighborhood and noticing the big trucks and equipment. I first used them to unclog a backup and then I got a quote to replace my cast iron pipes. Their price was very fair and it included more than their competitors such as re-sodding.They started the process of getting the permits and once all was approved by the city they put me in the schedule. They came out and were done in about a week without any intrusion to the inside. The crew was excellent! They were neat and clean and always left the site clean. We are really happy with their work and working with Beau was great. When they were done you couldn’t even tell that anything was done. If this is something that you need to do give them a call trust me you won’t regret it!

Hands down the best plumbers in South Florida. They replaced all the rusted cast iron pipes in our house by running the PVC pipes along both sides of the home and tunneling underneath. I was worried about the fact that they had to lift a large section of our driveway pavers to trench through. By the time they were done, no one can tell anything was done. After the project was completed, I contacted Beau to let him know that they accidentally cracked one of our toilets during re-installation. Beau promptly replaced the toilet, no questions asked, with the same model he personally uses. I cannot recommend them more highly. A true example of professionalism at its best.

A1 replaced all of the cast iron pipes under our home. They were in and out within a few days, with no interruption to the use of our plumbing. Very smooth operation. Minimal digging in our yard and everything was put back just like they were never there. Highly recommend. We considered pipe lining (not a service A1 does) and complete replacement and decided on the complete replacement, as lining is not a permanent fix and was nearly 2/3 the cost of full replacement.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! These guys are top notch. They trenched under my house, removed all my cast iron pipes, replaced them with pvc and even broke out my exterior wall to my kitchen to replace the pipe in the wall. All in 3 days!! We never lost water and the guys gave me updates every step of the way. They even put sod down on the area that they dug after everything was done. Five stars is an understatement. To be honest this is the best company I’ve ever done business with. Very punctual and professional.

From start to finish an amazing job. The employees all turned up on time, worked very cleanly, polite and happy to answer any questions. They tunneled under our house from 2 directions, had to pull up pavers and move a sprinkler line. They completed the job in 4 days and unless I was there to witness the work being done I wouldnt believe they were even working there. By the time they finished on the last day everything was put back exactly how they found it exept we now have new PVC pipes and the cast iron is gone. Well worth the price of getting the right people to get this done. I cant recommend them enough.

They responded quickly to our first inquiry and completely followed through each step of the way, responding to ANY inquiry within minutes. Our primary contact, Beau, explained each step of the job and each was performed as promised and on-time. The on-site crew led by their foreman, Tito, were prompt, polite and always had a smile on their faces despite the difficult job they were performing in the blazing FL sun. Their camaraderie and commitment to doing an excellent job were really appreciated by us. After a lot of research on plumbing companies that tunnel under houses to remove old cast iron pipes and replace them with PVC pipes the decision was made to use A-1 Underground Plumbing in Davie, Fl. I signed the contract with them and gave them the 1/3 deposit that they required. They pulled the permit from the city and we were placed on the list for them to schedule our house. I was glad to see that they had a list because that told me they were in demand and this wasn’t going to be their first rodeo. Ever so often I would call them to check to see where on their list we were, I remember when they told me I was number 23 on their list LOL. Well staying in character I called them a couple weeks ago and was told that there were three jobs in front of ours. She asked me if any of those customers were not ready would we be ready? I told her absolutely we’re ready today. Last Sunday they called me to advise me that they would be here between 8-8:30 Monday morning I said great bring it.At 8:00 Monday morning they were at my front door, and the job began. What a professional, polite and knowledgeable crew. They worked hard all day long doing a very hard and exhausting job. The next morning and every morning after until they completed the job they were here at 8:00 sharp. They completed the job in just 6 days, they cleaned up after themselves every day. The last day they put sod down replacing the grass that they had to dig up for the tunnel, even though they put a tarp down on the driveway when the stones were to shoot under the house where they removed the dirt for the tunnel they washed down the driveway. When they pulled away there was no telltale sign that they were here.The moral to this is if you’re even thinking or planning to have your cast iron pipes replaced A-1 UNDERGROUND PLUMBING in Davie is who you need to contact (family owned and operated). Did I mention that their prices were great too!!!
