Top Notch Service. From scheduling to job completion, communication was clear and timely. Mathew was very meticulous during the job and addressed all issues. He even took the time to fix a few things not on the scope of work which was very helpful. There are still really good people in the world. I called in regarding a question I had with my water heater giving me a code regarding my heat pump. Instead of coming out to tell me that I had a problem and charging me to find out what the issue was and then having to also pay for the parts he had to source, he advised that I call the manufacturer and trouble shoot first rather than paying him to come out to do the same thing. Upon calling the manufacturer and trouble shooting, they were able to let me know that I had 2 faulty parts that I can easily replace myself and they would send them to me free of charge. This was my second time contacting A-Y plumbing with the first entire interaction being for another issue that was quickly resolved. I will continue use them myself and recommend them to my friends and family

A terribly awful smell would come and go from the toilet area. We knew it had to be coming from underneath the toilet. AY Plumbing sent over Emir Barban and his assistant to handle to problem. Right away they diagnosed the problem smell is having to do with a possibly old seal ring. They needed to lift up the toilet to see the condition of the seal ring. Sure enough the ring was old and very deteriorated. Emir removed the old and replaced it with a new seal ring and put the toilet back. This work was done on Thursday Nov 30. Today Emir contacted us to follow up if any problems and as of today, the smell has not returned. We are very satisfied with Emir’s services, he was very professional polite and a skilled expertise in this area. We recommend 100 percent!

Cast iron piping nightmare!!! Alex and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. He gave me a reasonable quote to replace the entire cast iron piping to PVC in my single family home. He did the job in 4 days?!?!?! (Unheard of)!! It’s an Airbnb so I couldn’t afford to take 2 weeks off the market. Just to dig under the house to replace the entire pipe job. That’s what everyone else was quoting.He was fast, answer all my questions, and made the entire process very easy. He kept saying “don’t worry” and honestly working with him. I never did. This wasn’t my first rodeo with cast iron and he really made this project a breeze.He cleaned up everything and he even replaced the slab that he had to break through to get down under. After a leak was discovered in my home, it was determined that I needed to replace all of my homes cast iron plumbing. I personally have had family and friends go through this nightmarish experience in the past 2 years, and was not looking forward to what was getting ready to happen in my home.I made an appointment with AY Plumbing to have them inspect and bid on the project. Alex, the owner, came to the house, inspected the situation, and gave me very competitive pricing. While pricing is important to me, I care more about value that cheap work. What impressed me the most about that initial visit, was the the owner came out to inspect the job site.When it came time to do the project, Alex and his team showed up at my house on time and ready to work. What has taken other families weeks to accomplish, Alex got done in 4 days. There was never a disruption to our plumbing, and we were able to stay in our house the entire time.Alex personally dealt with the actual repairs, and also took the time to show me what was going on under my house. I also appreciated the way Alex took the time to train his crew, teaching and showing them everything he was doing.As a final note, in the middle of the project, I threw Alex a curve ball. I asked him to switch the location of the vanity and toilet in one of our bathrooms. Alex and his crew knocked it out in no time, and once again, his pricing for the add on was fair.Im a real estate investor and part of what I do is flip houses. I had a lock on the outside of the house that was preventing use of a hose. I couldn’t manage to remove it and decided to call Ay plumbing services alex came out the same day, within 45 min of the call I had made. He was very polite and friendly. After looking at the lock, he was able to remove it without having to ruin or replace the spicket head, which was great! He also manages to compete this task very fast. I am beyond happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future if I have any other issues

My elderly parents (who only recently relocated to Margate from out of state) woke up this morning to a toilet blockage that was backing up into their shower. They were somewhat in a panic due to only having one bathroom and not knowing who to call for a quick fix. We took a chance on A-Y and are so glad we did! They sent out Colton and Anthony within a few hours of our call. They not only fixed the issue but were also able to improve the water pressure for a very reasonable price. They took my emergency call at midnight and immediately addressed my flood and broken water pipes at my apartment building. Wow! Im blown away! Yes, even in Southeast Florida - Fraud Capital of the World - you can still find a diamond in the rough! That is A-Y Plumbing! First, Alex, the Master Plumber, came out immediately to assess the problem; next he diagnosed the issue and I received the proposal within a couple of hours! The next day his highly experienced crew tackled the job with vim and vigor! Im so glad I didnt settle for the pipe re-lining system which the crew demonstrated would not have worked due to the major debris inside the cast iron pipes, including a huge chunk of metal which had no business being inside the pipes to begin with! Their prices were exceeding fair and proved to be a great value! I would highly recommend A-Y Plumbing and their services - look no further for your major plumbing needs!

I called A-Y Plumbing around 10pm on a Friday night because of a clogged toilet and shower. Alex picked up immediately and assured me he would be over the following morning at 9am. What a surprise and releif (I wouldn’t have to relieve myself in the backyard anymore). As promised, Alex arrived punctually at 9am and wearing a face mask, and he even texted first to make sure my lady friend and I were awake. It had rained the night before, so Alex courteously removed his boots before entering the house to check the toilet. He diagnosed the problem immediately and went to work outside running the metal snake through our main drain. Within minutes, our toilet and shower were back up and running! A-Y Plumbing succeeds in punctuality, knowledge, dependability, and affordability. I highly recommend them!
