I recently had an excellent experience with 4 Star Plumbing Services for my kitchen sink repair in our home located in Broward County. From the moment I called, their customer service was responsive and overall top-notch. They scheduled an appointment promptly and arrived on time. The plumber Andrew, was highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.He quickly diagnosed the issue with my kitchen sink and explained the necessary repairs in detail. I had to order some custom parts which arrived the next day. Andrew came back as soon as my parts arrived and the repair was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail.Not only did they fix the immediate problem, but they also replaced some older tubing free of charge! The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees.I highly recommend 4 Star Plumbing to anyone in Broward County in need of reliable and professional plumbing services. They are truly the best in the business!

On evening 19-Nov. my neighbor told me there was a leak from her ceiling fire monitor. She said she heard drips ~2 days earlier. Check and found my drip pan under water heater was full but carpet around it was not wet. Shut off water valve and called around for plumber next day. 4 Star charge $1800 for Rheem water heater replacement and disposal of old unit and claim a technician within an hour at my place.Tech Cullen was timely and very polite. It took ~4 hours to complete the job since my 16 year old tank would not drain and he needed to lug an almost full tank downstairs. It dripped small trail of water down the hall but he told me he would clean it up after he dispose of tank. I had many elderly neighbors so I just mopped it up while waiting but he did clean up the drips and left my place neat and tidy. Cullen was really respectful of property and very friendly. I even had 2 teleconferences while he was worked. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Had what I thought was a normal slow drain clog. 4 star was the first company that came up from my plumber search. Im glad they did. They were able to come over the same day and fix my drain. I highly recommended using this company! After being ripped off by a previous company and having to pay hundreds for an issue that they never fixed, I called 4 star for an estimate and second opinion. John was the technician and was just the nicest person ever, he listened to everything we told him and diagnosed the issue and got the problem fixed!!! They had someone at our house within an hour, they checked our system and determined that we did not have any leaks. I called 4 Star plumbing after noticing a leak in one of my main pipes (the biggest pipe in my house)!! They sent a plumber out within an hour, and without a fee. The plumber (Mr. Andrew) was top notch, obviously experienced, and a talented tradesman. Because it was my own house, when I first saw the leak, the picture in my head was niagra falls gushing out of the pipe. Mr. Andrew was calm and steadfast, quickly stopping the water and explaining the situation to me. We settled on a mutually agreeable price and he began working. All of the necessary parts were already on scene in his truck. After finishing the work, Mr. Andrew did a thourough inspection of his work and of the area making sure it was clean. A couple hours later I was enjoying a beverage in my pool with peace of mind.

Dr Roy Speiser of Clean Water Revival, Inc (Dr Speiser is Nationally recognized in water purification industry). recommended 4 Star Plumbing to perform a removal of older whole house water purification unit and install a new water purification unit. 4 Star send two technicians (plumbers). They performed installation greater than I anticipated with using excellent heavy duty PVC along with copper piping. They were also open to communicating telephonically with Dr. Speiser during operation to make certain all materials were installed in proper order. It was not easy task since I have solar batteries, Level 2 charger and dehumidifier taking up space. So it was close quarters to installation for sure. Of course I will have 4 Star Plumbing do tank refill and other maintenance on unit in future. Please check out photos.

Still the ABSOLUTE BEST plumbing service you’ll ever find.After being told by another well-known plumbing company that a certain problem could not be fixed because the parts were no longer made, I called 4 Star. They searched until they found a suitable replacement. In fact, they ordered several possible alternatives, just to be sure, without any charge to me for the various extras! The service manager, David McCloud, is amazing. He was totally on top of it and kept me fully informed throughout their search for a solution. At the end of this process, my shower was perfectly repaired, at the same very reasonable estimate given to me at the beginning. Alvaro, the plumber who did the on-site work was excellent - skilled, patient and professional. All in all, any plumbing work I ever have in the future is going to 4 Star Plumbing! A+++Second review: Given the amazing service and result I explained below, Ive now had 4 Star recommend and install a new water heater in the Fort Lauderdale house we just moved to. David McCloud told me exactly what we needed. (This conformed perfectly with what I had myself researched, but its always nice to know that youre dealing with totally honest and reliable people, as you clearly are with 4 Star.) His people came to remove the old one and install the new one and I wasnt surprised to find that they were courteous, efficient and highly professional. I had noticed some very old, rusted pipes before they came (the house is 65 years old) and feared they might cause a problem, but figured Id see how it goes. But of course, 4 Star was immediately on top of this too, with no problem at all. They had on hand exactly the replacement needed, and for very slightly more than originally anticipated, I was left with a brand new heater and new and appropriate piping, all in perfect working order and without the fear I had previously of an impending leak. I love this company!A+++Third review: During one of our South Florida torrential downpours, we discovered a leak spreading from behind a large built-in refrigerator. We feared it might be a roof leak working its way down the wall, so we kept mopping it up until the rain finally two days later! By the time we concluded it was the refrigerator, not the roof, it was Saturday - and even worse, right before Thanksgiving week. Not expecting an answer any time soon, I turned of our water and I called 4 Star and left a message explaining the issue and asking them to PLEASE send someone as soon as that cold be scheduled. I really expected that we’d be waiting until after Thanksgiving (on Wednesday) if not until the following week after that. But instead, I got a call back just about an hour later from Melissa (the absolutely nicest person you’ll ever encounter, who I had the pleasure of talking to previously) and she said she could have someone out the very next morning (on a SUNDAY!) If we wanted to pay the related emergency fee (which was entirely reasonable) and I gratefully said yes. Sunday morning, Germaine showed up and, like everyone else I’ve encountered from 4 Star he was terrific. It was raining yet again and he even took his shoes off outside as he rang the doorbell. Amazing. Anyway, in no time at all, he removed the built-in fridge and figured out the problem. But at this point, I feared that he wouldn’t have the necessary part in hand, wondering if I should have called an authorized Whirlpool repair technician instead. Wouldn’t you know it? He went back to his truck and returned with exactly the part that was needed. He put the now repaired fridge back and cleaned up the area and I asked him if I could not turn the water back on to make sure everything was in order. But of course, before I had even noticed it, he had already done that himself. 4 Star to the rescue yet again. I was so impressed that I even called Melissa the next day to say thank you and to tell her how much I appreciated this amazing company.Yet again,A+++

Colbert, the plumbing service tech was very professional. He analyzed all of the issues and methodically proceeded to repair or replace each of the faulty items. I heard water running but after confirm that nothing was turned on it was determined that the sound was coming from inside a wall. Since it was a Sunday and I could turn off the main valve leading to the house, I waited until Monday. They had a lot of customers before me so I told them I could wait another day. They came out early Tuesday and quickly determined where the leak was inside the wall without too much damage to the wall. They gave me a price estimate for the work that they would be back the next day to do. They arrived right on time and quickly determined that the cost would be even less than expected. My wife and I found out that the foundation underneath our home had settled and thus pulled our PVC pipes causing them to crack in numerous places. We basically needed our entire plumbing system under the house replaced. A friend referred 4Star to us and we could not have been more fortunate to work with them. Ted and Andrew were incredibly responsive and thorough in their initial inspection, describing what needed to be done, how long it would take, etc. They kept to deadlines and performed everything as planned. No hidden costs and no hidden delays. They even arranged for any sub-contract work that was needed. Tony handled everything with the permits and was very thorough and professional. Andrew and Ted were patient and helpful with any questions that we had and were transparent throughout the entire process. All of the workers that replaced our pipes we punctual, professional, and courteous. This was a major job that could have caused us so many headaches, but 4Star made it very stress free for us. Very professional office staff and technicians. I was given an appointment for the day after I called (it was not an emergency) and the office staff kept in touch with me about the technicians arrival time prior to the appointment. Bob S was prompt, obviously experienced and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the various options for services to address our problem and left me with an estimate to discuss with my husband without charging for a service call. We have had mixed success with plumbers in the past, but 4 Star will be getting our business from now on.

This is my second go around with 4 Star Plumbing Services, water heater installation to both residential properties. The technician Carlos was on time for the appointment, answered all my questions, was very informative and knowledgeable.As far as fees, I shopped around to purchase my own water heater at Home Depot the prices were reasonable but the installation fees from other contractors were over priced. I called 4 Star Plumbing Services and as soon as Patience said their fees I was like youre hired cant beat their prices for the water heater and installation. And Patience is always happy to assist and I love her customer service skills.I highly recommend this company, I will be using them in the near future hopefully not any time soon.

We had a leak because the valve in the spigot in the outside of our house failed. My husband tried to fix it himself; but when he realized the job was too difficult; he called 4 Star Plumbing service. It was late on a Sunday night, and since Monday was Presidents Day we feared the service call would be for an astronomical amount. We were given a quote which sounded reasonable and we were told a plumber would be out the next day, (and that he would call first so we could be sure that someone would be home.).We got the call early Monday afternoon, and in about 45 minutes Bob, the plumber, was at our door. He was friendly and I immediately felt comfortable having him work on our house. He started right away and had everything he needed with him to correct the situation . All in all he was in and out in less than an hour & when he presented us with the bill it was just under what we were quoted. He didnt try to sell us anything else....just in and out, fixing the leak for a fair price.Overall we couldnt have been happier with 4 Star Plumbing and would highly recommend this company to others.

I had the pleasure of having 4 star plumbing services respond to my home for a main drain pipe back up/clog. Service Specialist Alex Alvarez answered the call. From start to finish Alex was on time, professional and respectful of our home and home issue. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the pipping issues and went right to work. Alex was upfront with the pricing and process/options. He fixed the drain issue in fifteen minutes and then stayed for a bit to make sure the water was flowing well before leaving. I will 100% without a doubt use 4 star plumbing services and Alex again if any other plumbing jobs arise.

He was only here to fix the leak but I also had an issue with my upstairs toilet and he included fixing the toilet in the price (which was a very fair price) .
