I woke up one morning to a loud noise in my garage. I open up the door and found out that my 80 gallon water heater had exploded. There was water everywhere. I went online and type in water heater leak and up came this website. Got Leaks I called the number and gentleman answered the phone immediately he said his name was Bill. I explained the situation and he said he be right there. Bill arrived within the hour and disconnected the water heater cleaned up the water. Bill said I needed a new one so I called Home Depot and Lowes and they told me that they didnt carry that size anymore and it would be a special order and it would take weeks. I turned to Bill and said now what do I do I have a wife and 7 children that are going to need hot water. Bill told me to relax and that he will get one and have it installed tonight. I said to Bill but how? and he said he does a lot volume with most of the manufacturers. When I came home that night my family was taking hot showers again. Happy Family Happy Life. Thanks Bill your the BEST!!!!

I used Bill to check for a potential leak. We received a massive water bill and the sprinkler repair man convinced me it was a lead within the house and likely through the slab. I would have been easily convinced by Bill as the second tradesman and expert. Instead he carefully searched and found an external valve that just needed to be turned off and eventually shut down. He charged me $199 when he could have charged me $20k or more. This guys is one of the last honest, great people. 10 Stars.

Our company, Restoration Xperts has handled many water cleanups and property restoration that were the result of water leaks that were repaired by 1 855 Got Leaks. If there is a leak, 1 855- Got Leaks will find it AND make the plumbing repairs. Restoration Xperts is the company call to repair the water damage that is the result of leaky plumbing.

FOUND MY LEAK FAST

I had a terrible flood from a leak that my people had a very difficult time locating (including American Leak Detection who dug a trench through the slab in my dining room, couldnt find it, left and STILL tried to charge me!). After many agonizing hours of not being able to locate the leak I called Got Leaks and spoke with William who was extremely helpful, caring and seemed genuinely concerned for me. I first made an appointment but shortly after our first call, my workers had finally found the leak. I spoke to William a second time (to cancel) and he even talked me through some of the issues my own workers were having and offered suggestions about the best way to fix the leak even though by then he already knew I had cancelled the appointment. He was also very knowledgeable to the point where all the things he suggested to me were either echoed or confirmed by my own workers. Suffice it to say he just seems like a good dude who really knows what hes doing. Next time I have a leak - and we all know there will be a next time - I am calling Got Leaks first!!
