Customer Service is amazing! Called at 10pm on a Friday night, took my call and Nick went over how to stop the leak in my Hot Water Heater. They showed up on time the next morning to replace the Water Heater, couldn’t be happier! Would highly recommend!

Needed to replace the valve for a washing machine and got one done but the other was really difficult. So, giving up on the DIY, we called Regal Plumbing because at this point, we couldnt turn the water back on without the valve in place. We received fast service and professionalism on a Sunday. He explained what he was doing and was friendly. Keeping Regal in my contacts.

My sewage main line clogged up late at night. I googled plumbing and started calling different companies and those who answered could not give me an estimate over the phone. Nick was so straightforward and upfront about the possible fees we may need to pay for after hours work. We decided to schedule service the next day to avoid the bigger after-hours fee. He came in on time and unclogged the line for a reasonable fee. He also gave an estimate for other parts that may need to be replaced later on if need be. He is a pleasant person to work with and very professional.I would highly recommend Regal Plumbing for your plumbing needs.They’re also available after hours if you need urgent service.
