I called on Sunday (Fathers day) with an emergency. Carlos answered right away and agreed to come over for a plumbing emergency. He was professional, polite, and most importantly...affordable. When he arrived, and might I add, promptly, he fixed the problem (operator error) fast and for free (it was literally turning a knob). I highly recommend going with CR plumbing. You wont be disappointed with the professional and honest service you receive. Support local family businesses please!

Ruben and Carlos came out the same day 12/2/23, even after their busy schedule. Both are very friendly and knowledgeable. I told Ruben my problem (clogged kitchen sink/ garbage disposal) and quickly went to work. In no time at all, problem solved. I definitely will be using them again soon for other work. Price is very reasonable, I highly recommend them. They wont disappoint.

Carlos and his brother Ruben are an example of hardworking honest tradesmen. I found them through Google Maps a couple years ago. My homes water heater started making some bubbly noises. I did a little internet info seeking and found its best to get a plumbers consultation. Carlos stopped by, inspected and analyzed the cause and severity. He let me know the situation but also let me know I have some more time before it needs replacement. I thanked him, shook hands and that was it.Here we are two years later, one of my upstairs showers faucet starts badly leaking. I tried removing the faucet assembly and the whole unit was calcified in a very tight space. I didnt want to damage the shower wall so I had to get a professional. The plumber I quickly think of is CR Plumbing. Carlos answers promptly and thankfully they were available the next day. Ruben (the R in CR Plumbing) came and immediately got to work. Superb work at an excellent price. I asked for a quote on changing my water heater and was surprised it was the same great amount from two years prior. They just left as I type this. The entire work took place in a few hours. The water heater is an excellent brand and is running like a charm. Fantastic service, excellent prices. These will be my go to guys from here on 👍🏼

We had an incident at our home that needed urgent attention and this was the only business that answered their phone right away and came to our home within minutes! The plumbers were very respectful of our home. Without prompting, they insisted on returning to their truck to get covers for their boots so as not to dirty the carpet. Truly appreciate that! Their work was well done and very neat. They gave my husband great advice and were on their way in no time. Will definitely call for their services if needed in the future.

I had a main pipe busted in the late evening and had to shut off the water from the street..called a few local plumbers and none wanted to take the job. I finally called CR Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Fontana and they arrived in 30 minutes. Carlos and Ruben Very polite and professional They replaced the Pipe and fittings and installed a new shutoff valve in no time. They charged me a reasonable fee and actually saved me hundreds of dollars by saving all the old plumbing attached to where it broke. God bless Carlos from CR Plumbing. Was in a bit of a jam last night with my whole house flooded and found CR online so i gave them a call looking for parts to fix my water valve because it was late, stores were closed, and every other plumber i called either didnt answer or offered to come and fix the issue themselves for a lumpsum of money. But without hesitation carlos answered the phone, mid-night, and was up out of bed offering more than just a part that was needed to fix my flood but any assistance, guidance, and advice that was needed. These people are a highly recommended company by me, they are very helpful and will work with you no matter the situation no matter the time.. Call carlos from cr plumbing!!! What a great company! It was the 4th of July and they were already working on another big job but still showed up earlier then expected. The job turned out not to be as simple as it appeared. My drain was giving him some trouble but he kept at it all while he was on the roof baking in the hot sun. He kept at it until it was clear. I feel like other big name companies would have charged WAY more then what they charged. He took pride in his job and I respect that. Super honest and a good person. I have already reffered them to other people. Very good prices, trust worthy, honest. I only used them once, but they made such a good impression on me that they are now the only plumbing company that I want to use.
