Its taken a year to write a review after having both plumbing and HVAC installed through NextGen. The process was very stressful but needed to be done. If I had it to do all over again would I have selected Nextgen? I would have to say, Yes. Installers, warranty service techs, seasoned plumbers, who have returned to my home with no problem to correct errors to or upgrade to the work previously done. They also offered through a partner company which was definitely needed. Bottom line, HVAC staff is and has been great. All of their service men have been polite, professional and knowledgeable.Plumbing staff gets mixed reviews from me with some that were were polite, professional and knowledgeable. If I had to grade each division on courtesy, knowledge and professionalism, Id give the HVAC division a solid A and the Plumbing division a solid B+ Also, customer service is great!Special Thanks to the gentlemen in the photo for making the project happen.Thanks to the seasoned plumbers who fixed a major issue on my water heater combustion vent to ensure proper ventilation.Thanks to the Jacob- HVAC Quality Control Manager for upgrading my thermostat and providing instruction on its functioning.Thanks to Chris in HVAC warranties who was very supportive during my county inspection on 10/8.Thanks to Shon plus service for giving me plumbing tips and politely listening to my concerns during a service visit on 10/15.

I gave NexGen a call and a friendly staff member was able to help me book and appointment for the next day (which I really appreciate it).The next day a service worker named Noah came on time to the appointment. He was friendly and professional. He explained everything how my AC unit runs and took pictures and videos to explain what he was talking about. He didn’t have a problem explaining more then once to me. Which is great. He changed my air filter which was super dirty (see picture). It was a great experience, I really did love the friendly girl (don’t remember her name) and Noah and they made this experience with NexGen super great. 1/08/24I got my AC unit at NexGen last year. Aside from the Financing side, EVERYONE has been professional. The people who installed were very friendly and NexGen did a complimentary inspection and maintenance.Noah F., the technician was very Helpful and Professional. When Noah arrived, he told me what kind of maintenance he was going to do. Austin is awesome! He is a new member of the team and provided excellent service, answered all my questions and even gave me a free estimate on the repair of a water issue in my backyard. It turned out to be a water irrigation problem and not a plumbing problem afterall, so I was at least pointed in the right direction. Shon is awesome!He went far and beyond to save me money. He did his best to fix the issue in the most inexpensive way.We all know how expensive plumbing repair can be. It was good to have someone trying hard to save me money.My repair turned out to be very extensive. That meant it wasn’t cheap.Shon went so far beyond what was expected of him that I’m comfortable with the money spent.Big jobs are not cheap. You have to have confidence that the man doing the work is good, professional and has your best interest in mind. Shon checked all those boxes.If I need plumbing work again I will call and ask for him personally.Always ask for Shon. I received a price for services to be performed by another company. Their price was well over $3K. After reviewing the invoice, I felt the bill was being padded. I contacted NexGen and they responded to my home within a few hours. The service person checked my A/C and informed me of what the issues were. I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and his willingness to share his findings. At the completion of the job, the bill was only a $330.00 and working just fine. I will say that NexGen has definitely earned a customer after my positive interactions and the work completed for my family.

Michael Melton, the technician, came and checked everything thoroughly and gave my AC and heating a tune-up. I have had other technicians from different companies come and do a yearly maintenance visits, but no one has ever been as thorough and helpful as Michael Melton. He was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He must have been here about three hours. He even took apart my heating unit to check and clean it. He crawled into the attic to check our duct work to see why the airflow wasn’t optimal. He shared his findings and presented me with pictures to support them. I was very impressed with the work he did. NexGen is an excellent company that I can recommend very highly to anyone.

While they were not able to get me on the books for about a month, they honored a coupon that we’d received in the mail even though I called after the expiration date. The receptionist was kind and knowledgeable about all of the procedures. Fast forward to today, I received a text from the company keeping me apprised of the time that the technician would arrive. The technician, Edward H., arrived early! He was very kind and knowledgeable about our A/C unit and related appliances in our home. After tuning up the unit he made recommendations for us to make sure our unit would be sustainable in his summer heat. He was knowledgeable with prices as well. It was a pleasure to do business with this company!

Cant say enough about Jesses professionalism and knowledge. We had a water main leak and called NexGen. Jesse showed up as promised and assessed the situation. He was able to give me an estimate and options for repairing the leak and other issues that were found. Jesse was able to explain all my options and answered all my questions about the repairs and the pricing. He explained what he was going to do and why. Jesse got started on the job that day and was finished by the next. That was replacing the entire water main and gas main to code (and pulling the permits). I called NexGen and was told they had an appointment between 5:00 and 6:00PM. I got a call and was told that the technician was available earlier. At around 2:00PM, the technician arrived. He disassembled the heater and pointed out the electric motor was beginning to leak oil and should be replaced. I inspected it and found he was correct. He then showed me a flame sensor was corroded and simply cleaned it. This heater has been a pain for several years, but on and off. I decided to hold off on the motor until it fails. The tech was not pushy and was in fact was very professional. The price was right and I will definitely use them to replace the motor when it fails or for that matter anything else. I am very impressed with Teshawn, my technician and NexGen.

Before calling Nexgen, I have called several other places that either never came or they gave me random quotes that ended up being only for the furnace and nothing else. I have been using a different ac company for the last 14 years . My ac system was 17 years old and needed to be replaced my old ac company said they would not be able to install the new unit unless I got an engineer and they would have to make adjustment to the structure in the attic then have a framer frame the attic to allow room for the new furnace and remove the old one witch would of cost upwards of 6000 dollars . We had our water heater flushed today and a couple problems looked at. Maurice was our technician and he was awesome! Super nice guy, great with communication, gave clear quotes, and even came back to help with a water pressure issue.

Our HVAC died on us during a three-digit heatwave the day before July 4th. So, I submitted an online Home Depot request for a new installation consult. NexGen called me on July 5th to set up an appointment for that same day. We met with Marcus on the morning of July 5th. He was very professional and thoroughly explained all the information presented to us to assist in deciding on a new system. Later that same afternoon, technicians Isaiah and Justin arrived at our home to install the new system. They both worked hours until late into the evening (in very hot temperatures) to complete the installation and then Isaiah took the time to explain how to operate the new thermostat. We are very thankful for their hard work, great customer service, and professionalism. Well contact NexGen for any future HVAC needs. Thumbs up!

Double D was very helpful very intune didformative with my HVAC did not pressure me into services i need but did highlight things i will need soon to make sure i dont waste more money on electricity 10/10
