    Mr Rooter came to the rescue. Within a week of purchasing a home we began to have plumbing blockage issues.Enter Matt from Mr. Rooter. He came out to clear the blockage and found our main line was almost completely blocked due to scale build up. Matt was clear and honest about what we were looking at as far as options. Adam from Mr Rooter arrived at my home shortly thereafter and provided the quote for a pretty large job.Adam reviewed financing options as we just purchased the home and cash flow was tight.The job was completed mostly in one afternoon, with some finishing touches the next day. This was MY error. I gave them very little notice and they still pulled together a crew (volunteered to come in on their day off), worked into the evening, and did a fanatic job.A big part of the confidence we felt was the fact Matt was there every minute of the job. He was a wonderful liaison between the work being done and communication with us. In fact they gave me so much confidence during that job I also had Matt install a Halo5 water conditioning system. (Highly recommend also!)These big costs are just part of home ownership. It’s never fun. Considering the justifiable cost of the project, the overall experience was actually pleasurable. Thank you, Matt.I cannot recommend Matt and Adam enough.     It’s been about 2 weeks since my job was completed, I needed a pipe replace inside my garage floor. They showed me the pipe on camera which indeed was rusting badly, so long story short, they did a fantastic job with digging up the floor and refilling the hole once done and I am very satisfied with the work I received, I would definitely recommend them to anyone for any job, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

    I am very satisfied with the service I received. The dispatcher called me periodically to give updates on the process of how close I was able to get service. They were able to send a team out within a few hours of the call. They had technology and experience, they found what the problem was and fixed it. Then sent pictures from the iPad and camera set up they put down the pipes. Great Job!!!

    Their response was very timely, and the initial price for the drain cleaning was much less than we’ve been quoted in the past.     These guys are just great!! Their phone rep, Jessica, called me to check in several times regarding the scheduling and arrival time of the technicians. She was very professional, friendly and responsive. They worked with my schedule to get an evaluation within 24 hours and all the work was completed in under 48 hours. Technicians Jared and Luis were kind enough to evaluate a couple other plumbing issues - apart from my main problem - while they did the initial evaluation. They showed up in a timely fashion for both the evaluation and to perform the work, and were able to fully resolve everything very quickly. Both Jared and Luis were very professional and friendly, in addition to resolving my plumbing issue. I definitely recommend this company!

    We had a main sewer line blockage at our church and I had spent hours trying to free it. I called and they arrived the next day. The blockage was very bad so they had to hydrojet it but we’re able to free it up the same day. The guys were very professional, courteous, and kept it as clean as possible.     We saw water dripping from our ceiling in the kitchen and was concerned regarding who to trust because we felt this looks like a big job and of course big cost as well. We are so glad we went with Mr. Rooter because they not only worked hard and spent a lot of time to evaluate and appropriately narrow down and diagnosed the right cause of water leak but they also helped me with process with filing claim with our insurance.     Best service! I had a serious plumbing issue which flooded my restrooms. I called around for a plumber, but could not get a call back. That is until I called Mr. Rooter, my call was answered right away and they got me in touch with a technician.     Called Mr. Rooter when a leak from the upstairs bathroom came thru the ceiling into the downstairs bathroom. Jason and Noah was there within an hour. They were very professional and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. They repaired the pipe and replaced the tub faucet in the upstairs bathroom in about an hour or less. I was very pleased with their work and the speed in which it was fix. If I have any other plumbing issues, I would definitely call Mr Rooter again.

    It was late at night around 7:30pm and neither of my toilets would flush and just filling with water. Then I checked my tub and shower and both were filled with black, nasty water. I knew instantly I had a blockage. I called roto rooter immediately and they were out in about a half an hour. Kevin came out, real nice guy, and tried using a machine that breaks up the blockage. He tried and after awhile the blockage wasnt breaking loose. He said with this kind of problem the best suggestion is to have a hydro flush and it should solve the problem and once done it should last for many years to come. He said he could come out the following day and perform that. He said he would be out at 10:00am and he was punctual and was at my house at 10:00am. Within minutes the hydro flush had flushed the clog and everything was flushing draining perfectly. Very happy with the overall experience. From the initial call, nice call representatives, to the workers, all very nice and professional! I do want to thank Kevin for coming out late and helping me out and getting the problem fixed. Cant thank you all enough.

Not one of these companies investigated the issue past the typical “unclog the drain” until today, when I randomly chose to call Mr. Rooter (because I thought the vintage logo was cute LOL)…. And I will never use or recommend anyone else.Not only were they here fast and on time, completely clean and professional, but they were knowledgeable and logical about what to do. I needed a company that was gonna go above and beyond to figure out the issue and they delivered! Busted out the camera to look a mile down the line, walking around with some kinda ghost hunting gun, climbing all over our roof while someone else monitored the tub toilets & sinks, all kinds of gadgets came out and they tried multiple things and did not stop until they honestly knew what exactly was happening. Like the FBI of plumbing.The other 4 companies, which shall not be named, did not even suggest any ideas and others just didn’t know or have the equipment to do so.Anyyywayyss 4 hours and 4 plumbers later my whole house is flowing normally and they actually found the root cause of alllllll the years of problems we have had. Now we at least have an ANSWER with which we can make a game plan to tackle. Worth every penny because we alll know you get what you pay for. Thank you for the great customer service!

    Like other reviews, Wesley, Gabriel, and Martin worked their butts off on a Friday night and all day Saturday. I found them through home adviser and crossed checked social media for reviews. After being left high and dry for 5 days no working plumbing by another company sent to us through the homeowners insurance, these guys showed up within 20 minutes after my phone call. Gabriel assessed the situation. He was professional and so articulate in diagnosing the issue, I could understand all the problems in the house. Wesley came with a camera and showed us In even more detail what needed to be done. Their transparent approach to service makes it easy to make a decision on repairs. They all wear uniformsw makes it very easy to identify them, and they wear shoe covers when needing to come into the house. Very white glove service 👌. They repaired a toilet for us that was not installed properly and we have tree roots growing into our main pipeline. Weve finally had a main drain access installed as the home is over 100 years old. We will be having some additional work done with them and were looking forward to getting it completed. were in the middle of asking our insurance company what coverage there will be but everything else to date is working perfectly and we are extremely happy and we look forward to completing the next step of the project. Of course I had other honey-do wishes and while they where here, I added having them install a new faucet, which Im in love with!!!! I highly recommend this company.     I called Mr Rooter last minute when our contractors found a leak in our shower and had to stop working on a remodel. Mr Rooter came the same day, right on time. Richard was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and very helpful. He and his manager suggested a replacement gasket first before doing a full pipe repair, saving us quite a bit of money. Our problem is solved one day later, and we can get our remodel back underway. We will use this company again, specifically requesting Richard.
