Up North did a beautiful master shower for me. Patrick stayed on top of everything & got the job completed as soon as possible. I was a little disappointed with some references I sent his way & he failed to follow through. I know he had some personal issues but still wish hed followed through as soon as he could have. That said, he has always done a fantastic job with the jobs Up North has done for me. Extremely responsive to & concerned about the job. I love these guys.

Up North Construction saved our Thanksgiving. We were in flagstaff for the holiday week and the oven went out. The landlord hired Up North Construction to install the new oven. Patrick was fantastic, extremely professional, quick and efficient. We were so happy with the quality of service. Thank you again!

Dallas, Patrick and their crew are very detailed oriented and succeed in providing quality work with minimal stress. Dallas and Patrick are hands-on, extremely pleasant and always take the extra step to make sure the construction process is clean, on-time and within budget. I highly recommend them and their company.

Patrick and his crew did an excellent job on our new bathrooms! They turned out beautiful and were completed in a timely manner. When there were a few minor issues which is to be expected with any renovation project Patrick addressed them and fixed them immediately. We would not hesitate to use Up North again.

Can’t say enough about this company and the owner Dallas! We started working with them for a bathroom remodel. They did such a great job we have now used them to lay a driveway, install an air conditioner, add a bedroom and bathroom, and so much more. They also do general maintenance and repair. We use them for our AirBnB and they have saved the day on multiple occasions, such as with a broken hot water heater. Guests leave reviews commenting on how fast we were able to fix any issues that came up. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest contractor, with fair prices, and quality work!

We love UpNorth Construction! We used them for a bath remodel this past fall and our expectations were totally exceeded. We had no idea how to go about doing a remodel and they walked us through the process seamlessly. We have an AirBnB, and Up North has done all the work/remodeling to get it ready to be rented, and continued maintenance for the rental. Even when we couldn’t be present at the property, we felt confident that the work would be done well and timely.

Dallas and Patrick are amazing. Its hard to find a good quality builder that is honest, trustworthy, and does good work. These guys checked all the boxes. Easy to work with, down to earth and fantastic work. Cant recommend them enough. They always go the extra mile for their customers. Cant say enough good about them. If you need a good contractor you cant beat them! Hands down the best in town!

They were always on time, provided exceptional communication throughout the whole process and the quality of their work was top notch. We are beyond happy with our end product and will refer all future business to Up North Construction. We could not be more thankful for Dallas and Patrick for helping us get through this project smoothly and even ahead of schedule. Dallas worked with us with insurance payments and provided documentation timely needed to submit to our insurance company for reimbursement. He was always on site and present throughout the whole project which was comforting. Absolutely the BEST construction experience I have ever experienced. Up North is professional, clean, and most importantly they return calls and are ON TIME!Up North renovated our entire home from top to bottom. I could not have asked for more! Every detail I asked for happened. Every idea worked or we communicated the best plan. These guys are now part of our family and we will continue to recommend and use them when we have projects in the future!I am so glad we chose Up North for our home needs!

Dealing with Up North Construction was a breath of fresh air. They promptly gave us a bid, scheduled the work for about 2 weeks out, called to confirm 2 days ahead, did a walk through the day before to confirm instructions. Did the work when they said and did it perfectly. Then called to tell us it was done. They had to do some extra work because it wasn’t as straightforward as they thought but didn’t charge anything extra. They are now our go to contractor

Patrick and his team are very experienced in rennovations and thorough in their job. We did total rennovations recently and I am very happy with his work. He did a fabulous job. He is very productive, efficient and easy to communicate. He has a very good eye on interior design too and knows whats the right thing for the project to look great.
