    JKC is a first class operation from head to toe. The entire process was very clear and transparent with a customer web portal and communication experience that added to great value. Jeff the owner is very involved in assuring the customer is going to get exactly what they desire. He is very detail oriented and demanded quality from his contractors. He provided great insights and suggestions along the way that made a big difference He was very patient and took the time to explain things in great detail. He also provided us with design suggestions that helped us to realize our dream home. Kerry-Lynn was also a rock star. She worked closely with my wife to make sure everything was perfect with all the interior design selections. She was always available and a pure delight to work with. Both Jeff and Kerry-Lynn worked long hours and extremely hard to make sure things came out just right. The back office staff were always very courteous and helpful. I am grateful we chose JKC to build our dream home. They feel like family now!

    We couldnt have had a better experience. JKC did an addition to our house- a second primary bedroom and bathroom. From the owner of the company, to our supervisor, and the woman who helped us pick things out, everyone showed up when expected and helped us make decisions. The addition was completed a little ahead of time, and we are so happy with it.

    From start to finish we were happy that we chose JKC for our recent deck remodel. At every point throughout the process Peter, Kerry-Lyn and Frankie were prompt and responsive. Frankie’s work was beautiful and he continues to provide excellent follow up to even our smallest request. Several of our neighbors have asked to work with this wonderful company and we know they will be just as thrilled with them as we are. We highly recommend JKC for your next project.

    JKC, Inc is a wonderful company. Jeff leads his team of friendly, talented professionals to ensure the clients expectations are fulfilled. They have great ideas and will always listen to your ideas offering ways to improve them. JKC remodeled our family cabin to accommodate our growing family. The project was completed on time and surpassed our expectations. We had them back for a second project and it was the same. I would highly recommend this company. They are the best of the best!

    The entire JKC team is top notch! From excellent recommendations on the design, to the quality and expertise of their craftsmen, to their organization, communication and responsiveness, it was a pleasure working with everyone. I especially appreciated Frankies communication - he kept me up to date on everything and was always looking out for the most efficient and cost effective way to get things done. The attention to detail is amazing and you would never know that my new fireplace and shelves were not always part of my original decor. Its just beautiful and I couldnt be more pleased.

    We have used JKC for two major remodels (an addition and living room remodel, and a complete kitchen remodel), and have had the same great experience with both. Things are done right, and things are done on schedule. They hire great subcontractors, yet know how to deal with the inevitable little crises with their subs that always occur in a big project. If you want it done right and done well, JKC is worth the price.

    JKC is by far the best builder in Flagstaff. Their reputation of being Flagstaff’s premier builder is well earned. We are extremely happy with the build process and the finished home. Because we were not in Flagstaff for most of the build, we were kept up-to-date on the progress with weekly pictures and status reports. Every time we had a question we were able to get hold of Sean our project manager, Kerri-Lynn or Jeff Knor and our questions answered. If we were to build another home in the Flagstaff area, we would only use JKC to build it for us. They did a great job on the detail finishes, sticking to the schedule and the budget, and quickly followed up on all punch list items. We are past our warranty period but JKC is always available to answer questions or help with any problems. Thank you Jeff, Sean and Kerri-Lynn.

    JCK is amazing.... we have a home in Flagstaff as a second home and we did a deck extension from afar. ALL the staff was spot on, on every level.     JKC did a kitchen remodel for us recently. They handled absolutely everything. From the estimate to the final inspection, they were amazing.Even when a sub contractor left more of a mess than they should, the project manager straightened it out. Would recommend to anyone.

The initial design assistance was awesome, and they kept us apprised of anything and everything during the course of construction. Work was completed in a timely fashion with no surprises, and the finished product was beautiful. Highly recommend Jeff Knorr and his team.

They did an amazing job of meeting our specific needs, provided detailed and constructive recommendations along the way, and met their budget projections.     If you are looking to build a new home or do a major remodel these guys are what you are looking for. They did a major remodel on my home several years ago and I have used them numerous times on smaller projects since then. The thing I like most about them is the commitment to quality. If it isnt done right they are first to spot it and make it right. At the end of my remodel, Jeffs pre-walk thru was so in depth I couldnt find anything else that needed to be fixed. they go out of their way to help make the process as painless as possible.I highly recommend them to anyone needed a contractor.

    We have now completed 2 projects with JKC Inc. and have been thoroughly satisfied with our experience in both cases. Mr. Knorr and his team provide a quality experience from start to finish. From design through product selections and construction, the team brings superior knowledge and experience to each project. The process is very organized and communication is excellent through their online portal. I always felt that our property was respected and that safety on the project was a priority. Project timetables were met as promised. Project costs stayed within budget. The project manager was actively involved in supervision, maintained constant communication, and always made sure that our interests as homeowners were considered. The high standards of the company are evident in the final product.

    JKC was a delight to work with. From demo to picking appliances and finishes to post construction follow-up, they have been professional, courteous, and responsive. They listened to our crazy ideas (even shot down a few... Thanks) and turned a cabin that was stuck in 1985 into a timeless classic. I highly recommend them.

    We LOVE JKC, Inc. They built our house in Ft. Valley in 2014. Jeff and Kerry-Lyn were awesome. We love Frank and Debbie. Good folks. Our house came out beautiful and we love showing it off to anyone who wants to see it. We even won a Sustainability Award!!! Built on time and on budget. Jeff is a man of his word!
