A couple of our baseboard water heaters stopped working in one of the zones of the house. I called FMK and they were able to come out the next day to diagnose and fix a broken valve. They had very fair pricing and professional technicians that got our heat back in service! Make sure to give FMK a call if you have any heating or cooling issues!

They were very efficient a did an amazing job installing our propane. They even helped us to see if the gas grill could be hook up and ordered exactly what we needed, came back and installed, plus made sure the stove was still working. We would highly recommend them.

My pressure exchange tank needed to be changed in my boiler. Joe and his son Brayden were great! They are nice, professional, and very responsive. They explained how the boiler system should work and what happened to cause me to have water leakage. My system is at least 20 years old and unfortunately needs to be replaced. I was shown what the inside looked like and I was horrified. I was told approximately how much a new system would be and they are working up a quote. I am very pleased with the service from the initial set up of the appointment to their work completion. I highly recommend them FMK Heating & Cooling.

Joe is wonderful and we are so glad we discovered his services. We own a summer home on the lake and he repaired one bathroom and totally remodeled the other from the studs out. He replaced our boiler heating system with inverters, and installed a tankless hot water tank. He also turns our water on in the spring and off in the fall to winterize our house. Joe is a great problem server and makes great suggestions. A great guy, a pleasure to work with.

They were both very professional and had all the answers to my questions and concerns.Joe and Brian Savery installed a Main Energy Systems Auto Pellet Air 28kw Pellet Furnace at our residence. The previous wood / oil Furnace had served us well for 45 years. It was time to upgrade to a more efficient system, thus, reducing our carbon footprint by about 86%.Joe and Bryans attention to detail was noted, their mating of the old duct work to the new furnace required some custom made angled duct work, the measurements they took could not have been any better.
