I had Greg Smoot come to my house to replace my garbage disposal and he did a perfect job. He also pointed out a couple more things in my house that are about to fail which I appreciated since it’s good to know so he gave me a quote for those things as well. He was knowledgeable, efficient and fast with his work and I would recommend him to anyone. Then I had Sydney come over and replaced my water heater and did just as good of a job. Very friendly and taught me a couple things. I’d have them come out again if I have another issue!

I want to personally thank my initial contact visit to my home on 6-10-24 with Eathan Pirzadeh that recommended the hydro jet service that is guaranteed to clear my kichen sink drain clog.When Greg Smoot arrived (certified jetter) who had to go on the roof of my house to perform the hydro jet clean service from the vent pipe all the way to the drain blockage and continuing to the main sewage county line.The camera service was also conducted to ensure drain pipe blockage was clear, clean and any other issues to my attention.After performing the hydro jet service the kitchen sink drain pipe is now draining properly. Prior to my call for the Home Service Doctors, I tried to clear under the kitchen sink drain blockage with a 25-ft., 50-ft. drain auger and a medium size drain bladder, none these plumbing items worked.Also, I want to truely thank, Plumberologist John Paul (JP) who also arrived on the scene to bring the pipe camera and used an electronic water drain device tool and recommended some additional future drain pipe work with an estimate.For the amount I paid to clear this clogged kitchen sink drain pipe with the hydro jet clean service application was well worth the frustration of dishes- silverware that needed to be washed and trying the DYI maintenance-handyman.When all failed, the experience and knowledgeable professionals: Home Service Doctors that I highly recommend and will only call again when needed in the future.

Eathan called as he was on his way to our house, put on shoe covers before he entered our house, listened to us describe our issue, and then assessed the issue himself. He was knowledgeable and able to offer up a solution and pricing right on the spot. He communicated approximately how long the job was going to take. Once the job was completed, he walked us through checking our systems to verify it was indeed fixed. He was super friendly and efficient.

After Eathans patient, thoughtful inspection, without any pressure or unethical sales tactics, I knew I wanted him to be the man for the job for the fixes. Unfortunately, many people who have worked on my home make me think they will take advantage of me. I never once felt that way with Eathan. He took his time to fix it all too. Greg was there as well, and he showed that Eathan is not an anomaly in skilled work and skilled customer service. I think this company must train or screen their plumbers well, and I trust them as a result.

Excellent communication, prompt service, great work, extremely friendly staff.I have dealt with many plumbers over many years, this is by far the best experience I have ever had.A different plumber came out to look at the leaky basement toilet and said it was old and need to be replaced And gave no further explanation.Home service doctors (HSD) had appointments the following day, The friendly and articulate dispatcher, Jeremy, sent me a picture of the plumber, so I didn’t open the door for the wrong person. The HSD plumber, Cameron, also came to the conclusion the toilet needed to be replaced, but provided pictures and a thorough explanation. I was immediately given quotes for three different repair or replace options. The toilet was replaced the very next day promptly and he cleaned up after himself and did it with a smile.***Update Oct 2024: Called HSD after a flooring company removed the recently-installed toilet. They sent Sidney Janet the same day I called and he was so polite and professional. Since my parent cannot walk down to the basement, he provided photos and videos. Just amazing service.

I had used Home Service Doctors for exterior painting before with good results. This time, my old kitchen sink faucet started to leak. I checked internet for plumbers. Some with 5-star ratings with 20-50 reviews did not look trustworthy. Home Service Doctors had a 4.8-star rating with over 1000 reviews. Anyway, Mr. dispatcher, Jeremy, was good at informing me of the schedule situations. Mr plumber himself, Sidney Janet, did an excellent work providing estimates & advices (I bought the wrong fuacet), going over options, and then actually replacing the 25-year old faucet system under the sink which I thought did not have enough space for any person. Sidney- 62? - handled it with no problem. Price was reasonable, faucet is now leak-free, my wife is happy. I will be calling this company again when I need plumbing help. I am telling folks around me. (I am not paid for leaving this review...)

The technician/plumber Greg S. did an amazing job of figuring out a way to secure the piece to a cast iron pipe. Abram installed an Aquasana whole home system for us, and we couldn’t be happier with his work, professionalism, expertise, and attitude. He was punctual, and didn’t leave until the job was done to perfection. It’s clear he really cares about the work - he studies up and knows what he’s talking about. We had a tight space for a large system, but he made it work for us and even suggested a few improvements we hadn’t considered. For example, he advised us to skip the lines for the outdoor hoses since softened water can be bad for plants. He cleaned up before leaving, and was nice to our dog. I highly recommend Home Service Doctors.

Its not often that a technician will actually listen to you and use your suggestions to repair something. During the holiday season of 2024, we, once again had need for some plumbing help. Again we called the Home Service Doctors and had great success with having our plumbing needs addressed in a timely manner. Given our limited mobility and limited funds, we were truly happy with the service that Sydney, once again provided for us. We will continue to use Sydney as our plumber. He feels more like an old friend that came to help us than just a service tech.I called Home Service Doctors Plumbing again for problems with a different (i.e., Kohler) toilet in our home. I asked for Sidney Janet to be our plumber as he did an excellent job on one of our other toilets. After I called in the late morning, he was here in the early afternoon. Sidney diagnosed the problem quickly, provided me with a price quote and started doing the repair work. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and at the price quoted.I enjoyed talking with Sydney and learned a lot (i.e., his knowledge of plumbing is great and it is best to let him do the plumbing work for us as it makes me and my wife happy!). I will welcome this gentleman into our home any time.If and when we have additional problems, I plan on called Home Service Doctors and asking for Sydney Janet again!And, on New Years Day 2025, we had another plumbing problem (i.e., the drinking water filter would not seat again properly). I called and the phone was answered and we scheduled an appointment for the next day, 2 January 2025. Again, Sydney came and fixed the problem in under an hour and charged us a reasonable amount for the repair. I feel like Sydney is a friend and continues to be welcome in our home.A week later, our leak returned. I called and Sydney came back and replaced the unit . This was a “warranty call back” so the fee was zero. Great service!

Ive always had positive experiences with the company since i moved to the area in 2017. Recently, John Paul (JP) provided awesome customer service and inspection of my property. He is very knowledgeable and explains as he goes. I believe he gave honest and valuable feedback and allowed me time to decide how I wanted to pursue his recommendations. In no way was I pressured at all, as he offered options I was comfortable with doing. For the service, Sidney along with apprentice Cameron provided the repairs that Monday. Both were highly considerate upon entering and actually made me feel even more comfortable in my own home. They welcomed me to watch, provided explanations, and answered any questions I had. I witnessed Sidneys excellent coaching and teaching experience as both Cameron and I learned so much that day about installation of my new hot water tank and other plumbing repairs. There have been a few occasions where we were not 100% satisfied with the service but every time Sidney has been our technician we have had an excellent experience. The pricing and financing was super competitive, but I also just got a good feeling that the whole situation would be in good hands. JP got me on the schedule as soon as possible, and his crew who came out to do the work was awesome. Nef and Ben, like JP, were on time, kind, professional, and efficient. It all started because Home Depot won’t install my fridge because of the push/pull valves which isn’t noted anywhere when you purchase an appliance from them. I was stuck and needed a plumber to replace the stupid thing. I filled a form out on Home Advisor and shortly after Home Services Doctors called. Kudos to dispatch for being so quick to call! I explained I needed someone ASAP to replace the valve. They kept updating me on getting a plumber. But I was desperate and worked other angles to get someone that day.I made 2 other appointments, but Home Services Doctors FTW and Abram showed up. He was very pleasant, gave a quote to replace them all, and scheduled us for first thing the next morning. That part took a little longer than I’d hoped, but Neftali and his apprentice arrived, assessed the situation, explained the issue that they would need to install lead hoses, too. But they honored the original quote which floored me! They were as quick as you can be replacing 15 push/pull valves. They were pleasant with my dogs and kept the gates close so they could work in peace. I will definitely be calling them if I need any plumbing services done. They were pleasant, professional, and quick to respond to calls or texts.

Where do I start w this phenomenal company? I’ve used them over the years and they always deliver excellent service, but this week they topped everything. Another plumber (MPP) almost (fraudulently) scared me into an astronomical contract for work that didn’t need to be done, and I called HSD for a 2nd opinion (in my sheer panic, I didn’t call HSD first) and they came right out and inspected the problem (kitchen line/sewer line), talked me off a ledge, and jetted the lines instead of replacing them. Abram originally came on Friday to help identify the source of a water leak on the main level coming from a bathroom located above the ceiling. He quickly identified the leak source coming from the tank gasket and from around the base of the toilet where some of the caulking had corroded. He explained how chlorine in the water over the years will eat away the seals. The toilet is original to the house we bought in 1982. I had thought I had closed the water line when I couldn’t fix the water running and left the toilet unused. Apparently, the water has continued to run which resulted in water leaking and forming a water puddle that leaked through the floor and onto the main floor where it was discovered. He provided and explained four options and their costs to fix repair the issue. He was very helpful and cooperative with the insurance company proving professional assessment of the issue source in order for the insurance company to remediate the ending damage from the leak.He was very efficient removing and replacing the old toilet with new and took care that the new toilet was sitting correctly. Throughout the process Abraham was courteous, professional and responsive to questions and an asset to the company.

Sydney the plumber was very good, but the service was very expensive. Two hours work cost $871 dollars. Even with replacement faucet and 12 “ pipe. This is very expensive.

I’ve been meaning to post this review for a while now, but I guess better late than never! I contacted this company for a HVAC and water heater inspection and these guys were awesome! Quick, efficient, great price, friendly, and I even found out that they give back to the community. It seems like good people work here. The two technicians I worked with were Sidney and Greg and they were great! Prior to coming to my house, the company sends you an email of which technician is coming and the details of the work that they will be providing for the day. Overall they seem like a great company and I will definitely contact them for all my hvac and water heater needs from here on!

He provided 3 different levels of fixing the issue with my exterior hose bib and interior leak that was attached to the pipe.I ended up going with the full replacement and he came back out the same week I called to schedule. He was personable, and explained everything before getting to work.The work is solid, he cleaned up after himself and a week later, all is still perfect. Both the interior and exterior fixes look great and will be more efficient and easier to work with in the future. Overall, a great experience.

What a great company! Technician Josh was very knowledgeable, efficient and proficient in his work. Having had 2 other companies come and take a look, he was the only one to mention and perform a diagnostic. He showed me the exact problem and discussed with me the plan for repair. 2023/09/06: We had a copper pipe spring a leak in the finished ceiling of our garage. The leak was a steady drip, so I put a bucket underneath and called Home Service Doctors who scheduled an appointment first thing the next morning.Greg Smoot arrived on-time to assess the leak. Greg was able to let me know what needed to be done to get the leak repaired. He advised that the drywall and insulation would need to be removed before the leak repair could be estimated. I chose to remove the drywall and insulation myself, and rescheduled for the next available technician.Sidney Janet arrived about an hour later after I had exposed the leaking joint. Sidney was very helpful in explaining what was needed to ensure the leak was fixed and we would have no further issues. The copper line was repaired and water turned back on within an hour.Overall the whole process was handled very professionally and each member of the team was very informative. I am very happy with the continued excellent work Home Service Doctors provide.Jacob arrived on time, was courteous, and very professional. He expertly installed a new humidifier and cleaned our HVAC blower.

Cleaned out the pump area and connected drainage pipe. Then installed new pump. Great job! Quieter and clean. Installed as it should be. Also helped alert me to other risks with other appliances. Grant and James J had the more difficult task of replacing the entire HVAC system. Despite the blazing heat, they worked hard and kept us informed along the way. Mr. Sidney Janet arrived on time, was friendly and gave an honest professional opinion on the repair that was already done in our house without forcing us into buying services we did not need. This time we didnt have to do additional repair due to general condition of the pipes we have in the house, but when we need another service, we will most definitely use Home Service Doctors. We had an ugly experience with previous plumber who tried to cheat us out of the money and refused to finish the work, so this company is a great relief after that unpleasant experience.
