Overall, Adam and his team did a fantastic job, and we are very happy with remodeled space and Adams work. Project was completed on budget and in a timely manner. Adam never cut corners for the job, to make more profit. In fact, he added a few upgrades and design modifications, mostly on his cost, that resulted to significant improvements to the functionality and/or look. Had my kitchen renovated recently and the whole experience was seamless & what anyone could ever hope for. I picked City K&B out of a number of places I checked out in the area because I could tell from the onset that Adem knows what he is doing. He is knowledgeable, professional and gave me the best quote. His rendering of the plan was detailed and transparent down to the measurements, materials, beautiful design & cost allocations. The project went very smoothly and finished in a timely manner and within the agreed upon budget thanks to his able management and his fantastic team who worked tirelessly and professionally. Adem even went over and beyond my expectations. During the course of the project, I made some changes and was a bit indecisive and unsure of some of my choices and he was very patient and made recommendations with the design which remarkably turned out really nice. He also did add-ons at no additional cost to come up with the best result( like extending the paint job beyond the kitchen to properly bookend the open concept layout, and remove and replace unexpected water-damaged floor underneath the cabinets). Once we decided it was time to change our outdated kitchen, we spent two months researching multiple kitchen remodeling contractors. We identified six companies through internet reviews and friend recommendations.We met with all of them, asking for their solutions to our vision and requesting estimates. Since this was quite a lot of money, I was very picky and had a lot of questions.Adam, from City Kitchen and Bath, explained the process better than the other contractors and suggested some things that the other companies did not.He was flexible with price adjustments without downgrading the materials that we chose.The remodeling team, led by Mr. Sosa, Daniel, and Jeff were very knowledgeable and professional with the many tasks a major kitchen remodel requires. They minimized dust and debris, keeping the rest of the house largely unaffected.During construction, there were a few miscommunications (as can be expected from a complete kitchen remodel), but they quickly fixed the issues and met our expectations.Throughout the remodeling, Adam always replies to my questions, even outside business hours.The final result was a beautifully done kitchen.We recommend Adam and his team at City Kitchen and Bath for your remodeling.

We just finished a master bathroom renovation with City Kitchen & Bath, and my husband and I could not be happier with the result. We were forced to do this renovation after a sudden plumbing leak under our tub caused a lot of damage, and I was very nervous about having to choose a contractor without having a lot of time to properly plan and budget for the renovations.Adam the owner of City Kitchen & Bath wound up being a savior. Not only did he come to me with a lot of design ideas already based on his experience, but he coached me through the insurance claim process and even spoke to the adjuster on my behalf to justify that there had been more damage done to my bathroom than the insurance company had initially approved for repairs. We were awarded several thousands of dollars more by the insurance company specifically because of Adams efforts.The crew that came to work was very dependable and professional - it was the same men for the entire job, so it made communication easy and efficient - and the quality of work they did was excellent. Adam came over to inspect the work being done every few days and had much higher standards for quality than even I had.What started as a nerve-wracking emergency renovation experience turned out to be the best thing weve ever done for our house, all thanks to Adam and City Kitchen & Bath. I cant recommend them enough - and well use them again for renovations throughout the house from now on.

We recently hired KCB to update three of our bathrooms. Just before work started a leak occurred from one of the bathrooms affecting the living room. From the start, adjustments had to be made! Nobody missed a beat with the changes. Selecting them was absolutely the best decision. Not only did they provide us with beautiful bathrooms, but they also repaired drywall from the leaks and painted the damaged. It was truly a pleasure working with Adam and his team. We would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them! We love our new bathrooms!!!

City Kitchen & Bath did a great job on a full bathroom remodel in a condo.I did my diligence before hiring these guys. You should too on anyone you hire. These guys have the correct VA DPOR license for the project, no VA DPOR complaints, no BBB complaints, no lawsuits, 10 years of business, and a lot of positive online reviews. I interviewed numerous other companies. These guys were the first (of at least 7 different companies) that didnt suggest illegal, unpermitted construction. I interview numerous other companies (about 7 - all of which suggested that we should avoid pulling permits to do a full bathroom remodel). City Kitchen & Bath never recommended an illegal shortcut.City Kitchen & Bath has a show room to visit. The team met with us multiple times before the project started (and the contract was signed) to ensure the details were correct. I relied on City Kitchen & Bath to provide design advice, and it turned out great. We did have some miscommunications on a few items - this is bound to happen in a construction project. However, the business owner (Adam) was always available to us and took calls at night and on the weekends to discuss any issue I had. All issues were resolved in a reasonable manner and in a reasonable time frame.

We have been in the market for kitchen remodeling last couple of years. We wanted to get a bigger window, remove soffits, add and island. When we interviewed couple companies either price was out of roof or they tried to convince us just to change countertop and cabinets for significantly lower cost. We used City kitchen and bath company our kitchen remodel and are very pleased with end results. Kitchen project started at beginning of covid which introduced some scheduling delays but looking back I suppose that was to be expected. I can say that any demolition and buildout project can be a stressful time for the home owner, especially when you are lacking a kitchen however Adam was very responsive throughout and continues to be so even now. Any time I wasnt happy with design or buildout, City kitchen made it right. We are really enjoying cooking and entertaining in our new kitchen. Thanks 🙏🏻
