Bob and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish! I was looking to add a brand new garage door to an existing wall in a detached workshop. Shortly after I first called him, Bob personally came out to do the estimate for the framing and to install the door. I was able to get a great deal on the garage door and opener at a big box store, but Bob and his team were able to take the specs from my purchase and research them further to ensure they had the measurements perfect. Less than two weeks after I first called (with Memorial Day weekend in between) I have my new garage door installed! The framing and matching to the existing siding was perfect. The garage fit like a glove when it was installed, and the door runs smooth and quietly. The turn around time was great as well. His team were polite, professional and on time every time, and honestly left my workshop floor cleaner than they found it. I would definately use SB Builders again and have already recommended them to one of my neighbors for work she needs done. Great work, great people and a very reasonable price. You cant go wrong with these guys!

We hired Bob and his company to build us an addition to our existing house, we have a walk up basement which needed to be sealed and then a 2 level addition 30 feet by 57 feet. New roof and brand new front porch. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and a walking closet. Bob was extremely attentive, after he reviewed all the drawings, he made additional suggestions which we never even thought of, him and his crew were impressive to say the least, the attention to details are evident throughout the entire project. I strongly recommend bob and sb builders crew. These guys are absolutely fantastic.

So far, we have completed phase 1 of our remodel and addition and we couldnt be more pleased with Bob and SB Builders. We have done numerous projects (in both our primary residence and rental properties) and have never worked with any other contractor who can match Bob and team in (a) pushing a project forward, (b) focusing on the details, (c) being present at the site and (d) communication. Bob provided consultations for the home improvement project I am planning. It is wonderful working with him! His ability and willingness to explain things carefully, fast and clear communication, helpful and understanding attitude, as well as thorough considerations gave me a lot of ease and comfort and I learned a lot from him just by talking because he is so willing to provide information openly and honestly. It is so helpful to work with someone like that in a big project that can easily cause anxiety. You will not go wrong choosing him.

I needed several small projects done that involved painting, ceiling repair, installing electric fixtures, and plumbing. Bob’s team was able to handle them all in just a couple days— Bob was responsive, his team was on time, they took pride in their work and showed courtesy to me and my house. Bob was fantastic! He did an amazing job building a connector between our house and garage that looks great. Every part of the process was professional - each of his crews did their job efficiently. The brickwork and the wooden arches and the roof all look amazing and really brought our house together. He problem solved much of the plan himself And multiple people have commented on how well it is constructed and how fast it came together.
