We decided it was time for a fresh look in our kitchen, aiming to upgrade several appliances and the sink. After obtaining multiple quotes and meeting with various professionals, the choice became clear. During the design phase, we collaborated with Dave, Natasha, and Zac, who proved to be not only easy to communicate with but also attentive to our initial requests, guiding us through to the final design. Natasha played a pivotal role in realizing our vision by presenting several design ideas for each element and helping us make decisions—a relief for us, as were not fond of too many choices! Zac ensured the project stayed on track, overseeing a professional and courteous crew that maintained a tidy work environment. Whenever we had questions or concerns, Dave was readily available to address them and swiftly resolve any issues. The finished kitchen surpasses our expectations, and we owe it all to MaxHousePrice! Not only are they contractors that the general public can use, but they also specifically have programs for realtors with clients who want to pay at settlement from their proceeds. I was able to connect Max house price with my seller who needed a refresh before we listed her home. Max house price was able to come in efficiently and bid the project, made all of the financial aspects very easy for my seller and in the end we were able to get my client multiple offers and way over asking price. My husband and I rarely leave reviews, but we are so impressed with the professionalism and communication of MaxHousePrice, it was worth leaving a review. When we decided to sell our house, we knew we needed to update some outdated rooms to be competitive in this market.Max House Price scheduled a walk through with our Realtor within a week. We appreciated that they didnt have a cookie cutter price sheet. They provided options based on our budget and were very transparent on what was worth upgrading vs what wasnt going to give us a return. They were very thorough and didnt just leave it up to subcontractors after signing our contract. There was someone from the team overlooking the project almost daily!Natasha, Dave, and the rest of the team were very responsive and consistently updated us. They also stayed in communication with our realtor. The project finished on time and we were in shock with the way our house looked. We couldnt believe it was our home! Each room had such beautiful and thoughtful finishes. We felt torn leaving it. We look forward to using their services again for our new home!

We cant thank MaxHousePrice (MHP) enough for not only the remodel projects they completed on our home, but also the outstanding customer service they provided along the way. First, Ill start with our kitchen. For years we would have just been happy with a dishwasher. The home was built in the 1930s and we never installed one. MHP showed us the full potential of the space and then made it a reality! The entire kitchen was updated with new white soft close cabinets, quartz countertop, herringbone backsplash and energy efficient appliances including our dishwasher! The original hardwood flooring underneath a couple of layers of added flooring were in good shape for the team to restore. Moving upstairs, we also had our full bathroom renovated as well. It is the only full bath, so it gets a lot of use and has been an eyesore from attempted DIY fixes over the years. Now the bathroom is simply amazing! MHPs service throughout the process was phenomenal. Our sales consultant, Meghan Ibrahim, took care of us from our initial contact with the company to the final walkthrough. Sales Manager, Rhonda Freeman, was also an intricate member of the team and provided great customer service. Our Design Consultant, Natasha Morris, was truly a pleasure to work with as she regularly communicated with us about our options and fixtures for both projects. Dave, Director of Construction, was the miracle worker. Saul, the Contractor, was experienced and did an awesome job. Roxanas cleaning crew were outstanding. We purchased our DC home in the 1970s and have fallen in love with it again in 2022! Entrusting our renovation to MHP was the best decision we could have made. The owner had lived in the home for almost 24 years and while had done some updates to the home, illness had prevented her from keeping the house in top condition. Plus, she did not have the cash funds to do the repairs, but she did have equity. After being highly recommended to me by numerous agents, I reached out to Tom to see if he could help my client. At the first meeting, it was apparent that Tom had the resources and skills to make it happen on an aggressive time line.Amazing is all I can say about the transformation of her home after Tom and his crew did their make over. MaxHousePrice is an amazing company. As a Realtor, I connected with MHP to prepare my own family home for sale. I am SO glad we did. They took the stress off of our plate of making improvements to our home. I loved that we also didn’t have to pay any upfront costs. It was a little bit of a hassle emptying out our house so the improvements could be made (everything is challenging with a newborn baby and a dog are included in the process lol), but it was definitely worth it. I was able to list out house for about 20k more than what I initially had in mind. And, we sold our home for 17k over asking. That equity set my family up nicely and I am very thankful to MHP. When we got ready to sell our home in Burke, Virginia, it needed a top to bottom renovation and thats what it got from MaxHouse Price. The house were looking at had a long punch list of items to correct, post home inspection. We had a number of GCs come in to look at the house to assess the full scope of what quickly became apparent would be a rehab project. MaxHousePrice sent an incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and honest guy named Dave. He was excellent. The whole team laid it out for us so we could make an informed decision on our next steps. What I appreciated the most is their willingness to lay it all out there - cost, schedule, and any cascading unforeseens. It was clear their goal was to ensure I had enough information to make an informed decision and understood all ramifications of my project. The consultative nature of our discussions put me at ease because I knew they were looking at project success from all angles. I highly recommend!

Earlier this year I decided to sell my townhouse, but it needed some renovations and I didn’t have the finances or resources to tackle the needed improvements. I was fortunate to get in touch with Tom Parmentier at MaxHousePrice. (I had previously contacted another company, but the response was neither prompt nor acceptable). Tom’s estimate was thorough, reasonable and was presented within just a few days. The best part of this opportunity was that payment for the work was deferred until settlement. In a matter of weeks, the house was painted throughout, new carpet laid, kitchen cabinets painted, new kitchen countertops and sink installed, a bathtub refinished, new flooring laid in the bathrooms, and miscellaneous other minor fixes done. I have no doubt that by the results of this work I was able to ask significantly more than I would have otherwise. Actually, I was able to get my full asking price and it sold in 3 days – before the Open House!
