Excel Electric did a great job. I had an emergency situation on a holiday night and Chris came and quickly diagnosed a dangerous problem caused by wires that fused. He helped me get the power company to immediately repair the wires and then he did a thorough follow up to identify issues and get things safe. He was efficient, professional and patiently explained everything. Several fixtures needed to be replaced or repaired and he made sure everything got done in a timely manner. Because of the quick response, expert electrical knowledge and great service, my home is safe. I highly recommend this company!

We had an issue we weren’t able to resolve- gave Excel Electric an after hours call and received a prompt response! After chatting for a few minutes they gave us a solution to try ourselves and it worked! They went out of their way to save us an emergency visit/fee and we appreciated it! This is the second time we have needed electrical help and their integrity and excellent service is top notch. Would highly recommend!

I recently had Excel Electric come out to solve a multi-plug issue in my garage. The cost of the work was to be reimbursed by my home warranty company. The procedure required Excel to call the insurance company one they arrived and looked at the issue at my home. Excel agreed to this. The electrician who was very courteous and professional arrived right on time. He diagnosed my issue, made the call and then got the work done within about 90 minutes. I was thrilled. The cost was competitive and reasonable. I will definitely be calling Excel Electric again for any future electrical projects I need done.

Chris and his crew were absolutely perfect. They did our addition to the house and we are very pleased with the work they did. They were always on time, listened to our concerns, worked efficiently, and communicated well. I can not thank Chris enough for standing behind me when the local utility company wanted to charge me extra when they made a mistake in tying in the main power. I will be using Excel Electric for all my future electrical needs.

I’ve called these folks over a few times now and each time they’ve done an amazing job. My experience with them has been they’re kind and very efficient at their work. Today I was needing to update some electrical plugs in my laundry room. I called this morning and they were over in 15 minutes. Chris in particular was very friendly, great work ethic :) thank y’all!!

During an ice storm, a tree came down and took out our meter, knocking the wire from the transformer to the meter, onto the ground. The line wasnt electrified, thankfully, but due to a widespread power outage, EPUD would not be able to reconnect us until we had a new meter placed, so I called Excel. Chris took my call and came out as soon as it was safe to do so, as the roads had been blocked by trees and power lines that came down all over the service area. It was 1 or 2 days after my initial call (literally as soon as they could make it safely, and just as the second wave of ice storms were coming). His team worked for 5+ hours in freezing rain, and into the night, with trees still falling making it questionable as to whether they would be able to return home. They even brought a chainsaw, cut up the tree that had fallen AND pulled the line up off the ground even though they didnt have to. It was cold, slippery, dark and I had communicated that I could wait a few days as I was concerned for their safety. He said, oh well be fine, were almost there and if we feel unsafe, well turn around. You have to have this before you get your power back. They prioritized calls effectively and showed concern about our situation. I would highly recommend them in any situation, not just emergencies.

It is an absolute pleasure to share my experience. During the Recent ice storm our electric was knocked out by a large Douglas fir tree damaging our electric meter, pole wiring etc. I reached out to this company who actually answered the phone the same afternoon they had an expert out to our property and assessed the damage within 2 days they had the problem fixed with professional expertise they even discussed our outage with family and our property insurance adjuster so I felt confident. They have all parts ready to fix any electrical problem and invoices are easy to understand. Courtesy service and kindness I will always use Excel Electric.

Spoke with Chris, he sent someone out in minutes. They found the problem and fixed my electrical issues as fast as possible. They are very professional and responsive. They definitely know what they are doing and how to fix it being as cost effective as possible. Their biggest concern was getting me up and running all the while keeping cost low. I know with out a doubt that I would’ve paid at least 1K more with anyone else. Chris was a blessing for us and I will be using them again in the future.

Been trying for weeks to get ahold of the electrician that originally did the remodel on our home, and no response. Probably because he didn’t do something work to code. Excel showed up at our home by mistake because Google sent him to our home,(God send). Ask the tech a few questions and ended up hiring them. They tracked down the issue, repaired it and brought it to code. We are so happy with the tech and Excel and highly recommend them….

Chris is the best! I called on Labor Day weekend and Chris was able to shift some things around to help with my issue. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot the problem even though it was a challenging work environment. Just before stopping for the night he identified the issue and fixed it, restoring power to my place. The price was more than fair especially for a holiday weekend. I am so thrilled that this company exists! Chris and his team are top tier when it comes to the work performed AND customer service! They responded immediately to a service call and were some of the most professional and kind people I have had the luxury of working with in the entire area! This is the company to recommend to your loved ones- or anyone else you know for that matter. I have never in my life had such a prompt, pleasant, courteous, highly professional and genuinely delightful experience with any contractors in any industry before. When the bix box store arrived with my new dryer I found out the old dryer plug in my garage was for a stove, not a dryer. Ive never had to call an electrician before personally, but Im painfully aware from seeing my Mom go through it multiple times (in this same house) that calling one is an unpleasant, frustrating, expensive experience that may or may not get the job done as it should be done. In short, I was terrified to make this call but it had to be done. Excel is the 4th electrical company to come to this home over the last 11 years and going forward, it is the only company I will ever call again. As many have mentioned, Chris, was here to evaluate my situation within 30 minutes and immediately arranged to have my tech, Spencer, on the way within the next 30 minutes. Spencer treated me with kindness and caring while handling my electrical issue with the utmost respect and professionalism. I could not be happier with this team if I tried! I was raised to treat others as I would wish to be treated and its clear that Spencer and Chris share these same values. Five stars isnt enough guys but its all I can do. This team is one in a million and we are blessed to have them serving our community. Next project: Clean the garage so I can call them again for another project. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine myself being excited about calling an electrician again, but this is exactly how I feel about my experience. I cant wait!

I’m am absolutely thrilled with the level of service. I called them out for a non functioning light fixture and it ended up being a much bigger issue than expected. I’m not surprised by that considering we’ve had some other weird issues in our new home, but they were definitely the most honest electricians I’ve hired so far here and did a stellar job for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be loyal customers and they will be who we call for all our electrical needs in the future.

Excel Electric saved the day for us. We had a big box store set to deliver and install an appliance, but when they got there said we didn’t have the proper electrical hook ups. Excel sent someone out that day and got everything set up. It’s a complicated old building, but they had experience with the building and knew exactly what we needed. Both of the people that I worked with were very helpful, and I’ve already booked them for another project!

We contacted Excel Electric to help us locate an irrigation valve box that we were unable to find after several frustrating weeks of digging ourselves. Gary and Chris came out promptly and were able to use their equipment to successfully and quickly locate it for us. It was buried under a tree and in a massive root system. Without them we would never found it! They were courteous, professional, and we will definitely use them for all of our future projects. Highly recommend!

I called because my breaker was fried and I needed power. Chris responded quickly and came to my house as soon as he could to restore my power I called at 930pm but that didn’t matter he was on top of it and when I called be cause it popped again after he left he turned around and came back to problem solve with no hesitation. Well everyone was two to four weeks out. I found Excel and talked to Wyatt he said they were very busy too but that his boss was in town and could come out if not he personally would come out and help once his shift was done. They ended up having a couple of electricians get freed up and they came over and went through our house electrical stuff and found out it was the city power out front in which they got EWEB out to the house in about 20min. Excel went above and beyond and saved are wedding and were forever greatfull thank you all

I have used the company multiple times and they always show up on time with the correct supply’s for my project. Their vans are well stocked and their folks are professional. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up afterwards. We were unsure of what our remodel project needed and need solutions to solve electrical issues, the owner, came out and looked at the project. We were presented with great options and were emailed a detailed estimate. They have replaced an electrical panel, move outlets, layout and installed LED can lights in a whole upstairs to name a few things and I have never had a issue.
