Free estimate and I did not feel pressured at all when he came out to look at our work. They were easy to work with from first call to finish, on-time, great communication, knowledgeable, quick, professional, price was good. I even added things on that were not on my estimate and they made sure to break out the time to show the actual time worked on the extras so I was not charged an unfair amount. -

Excellent work in replacing my electric panel. The estimate was way below any others.The electrician was prompt, proficient and meticulous. Even the city of Eugene electrical inspector complimented the work. Bear Mountain also did the electrical installation for my ductless heat pump . You know you can trust a company when they are used by others for their contracted work. It was a great experience with all , from the office to the installer. -

Bear Mountain Electric was great to work with and they responded quickly to getting the electrical power mast repaired on our home that was damaged by the ice storm in early January 2024. We have used Bear Mountain a total of three times in the last 4-5 years and they have provided great customer service, price and service all three times. Thank You Bear Mountain Electric!!!!! -

Bear Mountain ensured the panel on our new home was safe and up to code. They also replaced all our can lights with top of the line LED trimmed can lights, in addition to correcting issues with multi-way switching. They got us on the schedule quickly and the work was done up to our expectations. We will use them in the future for all our electrical needs. -

Randy rebook good care of me. He fixed a hinky outlet that had been a problem for a while. I asked if he could figure how to get a bulb out of some recessed lighting because I had been trying for months, even bringing pictures to Jerrys and Home Depot, all to no avail. He changed it out and warned me that the bulb cost would be high when I got my bill. I was so thrilled that he got both of those tasks done quickly that I gave him a hug. -

The rates are reasonable and the service is always prompt and efficient! They send someone out within a few days at the very most and usually the same day with no extra charge. All of the technicians are very professional and good at their job. And they do free estimates for bigger projects. I would highly recommend Bear Mountain Electric for all of your electrical needs. -

After having three different companies come to our house in Oakridge to quote the work we wanted done.- 1rst one was way to expensive- 2nd one said wed have to do a bunch of other stuff first- 3rd one we actually agreed to and tried for two weeks to get them to schedule a time with no return phone callAfter those 3 failures, We asked a few friends who recommended Bear Mountain. And Ill tell ya what, these folks are how customer service should be. Tyler, who helped us, was easy to speak with, made the process really easy, and they were able to get to us scheduled very quickly.The day of installing the electrican who did the work was equally impressive with his customer service skills. Communicated with me each step of the way, from leaving the shop to showing up at the property and then throughout the installation.We will not try and / or go thru any other company in the future with our elecrical needs.*Pictures are before the work was done. But it was all they needed to quote the job. Also, super impressive. -
