During a recent cold period, one of our insert wall heaters went out unexpectedly. We called around and Contractors Electric was able to send someone out the next day. The electrician was friendly, efficient, and professional. Fortunately, a local shop had a replacement unit in stock and Contractors was able to replace the unit within a short time frame. The invoice was reasonably and overall we were very pleased with the service provided.

The people at Contractors Electric went out of their way to fit this repair into their busy schedule.Also, I want to take the time to commend Wes (the electrician) for the terrific job he did. He handled the work in a professional, competent, knowledgeable manner. His demeanor and attitude is very pleasant. Overall, he represented Contractors Electric in an exemplary way.

Had small job, replace 3 kitchen light fixtures. The electrician, Nick, called to say he was 15 min away which we appreciated. He arrived on time, was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Rates are competitive. Great business, we will have them back, soon.

My friends over at Mechanical Air & Heating referred me over to Contractors Electric and boy am I glad they did! I discover I had a damaged circuit breaker that was causing my dryer not to work.When I called in I spoke to Jeff and he told me that he would re-route one of his guys over to my house within the hour. Also, he quoted me a reasonable hourly rate for the work.Within 30 minutes Nathan showed up and was very professional and courteous. He examined the breaker box and dryer outlet, then showed me what the problem was. He proceeded to fix it very quickly and then addressed a few other smaller electrical issues my wife had on our fix it list.I would highly recommend this company to anybody in the Eugene/Springfield area who is looking for a quality electrician for an affordable price.

We thought our breaker box had died, our whole house needed to be rewired and we were prepared to spend an arm and a leg to fix what we thought was a catastrophic failure in our electrical system. We had a few electricians try to charge us for a quote, some who scheduled appointments to come out and did not show up. We made an appointment with contractors electric and Jeff came out on time and immediately solved the problem, he reassured us that our breaker box was fine, and that the area that needed to rewired could be done at a fraction of the cost. Well be going to contractors electric for all our future electrician needs.

Josh was amazing. He accessed our tiny crawl space which was obstructed by masses of insulation and performed a magical repair. Another electrician had quoted us in the thousands with a wall demolition. Josh was able to fix the issue much less expensively and without property damage through thorough and clever detective work and ingenuity. I recommend this company exclusively for electric work.

Out of 4 people called, these were the only ones who could come on a same-day call. An outlet started sparking, and it happened on my only day off work for that week. I called at about 3:30 PM, and they had someone there by 4 PM. All the others couldnt come out until the following day, when I had to work. The man they sent was very pleasant, and did his job well. Any issues I had, were immediately taken care of, and they were willing to work with me on cost. I will hire them again! Thanks!

Called them Friday morning and they sent someone out before lunch the same day. Frendly, knowledgable technician and reasonably-priced work. I dropped in to pay with cash (as they charge a $10 dollar fee or 2.5% service charge) and Steve hooked me up with a personally-tailored paid receipt without even counting my money. All in all, Contractors Electric provides good service with a smile. The only caveat is the credit card service fee. With an hourly rate slightly above the average in town, it would be nice if theyd bite the bullet and pay the service charge for the non-check-writing generation of young homeowners.

They were on time. And even let me know of a service cancellation so they could come out earlier. The man they set out did a amazing job and found a neat work around so the hookup could be done with out needing to redo the length of the wiring. I defiantly recommend them!

Five stars for Contractors Electric - our project posed a bit of an extra hurdle as we needed some re-wiring done in a house on a concrete slab with NO attic space. Despite the added degree of difficulty, John and the guys at Contractors Electric got it done and we couldnt be happier! Great service, quality work, and they wont gouge your wallet (despite needing to come back a few extra times and use all of their ingenuity in fixing our issue!). These guys know their stuff, so if you have an electrical issue, do yourself a favor and hire the right guys to fix it the first time.

I’ve used them twice & they usually have open availability, which is awesome for emergencies. They show up, get the job done fast, and charge a fair rate. What’s there not to like? My only criticism is that you have to call or mail your payment. No online payment option.
