I had an active leak occur, during a snow storm. I couldn’t immediately turn off the leak because of where it was positioned. It was leaking all over my basement. Southlake plumbing had an expert show up within an hour, resolve the issue, and didn’t break my budget.Phenomenal company. Definitely recommend.

We asked Southern Lakes Plumbing and Heating to come to our house to provide estimates for a new kitchen sink, dishwasher, water softener and hot water heater. After a couple of revisions to the original estimate, we had them come and repair the water heater, and install a new water softener, dishwasher and sink. They did a flawless job. They were an absolute pleasure to work with!

Called Southern Lakes w/ an emergency leak in the kitchen at 8 am and by 10:00, TJ was at our home and job was complete! Ginas communication was awesome and TJ was not only efficient but very kind! These folks are GREAT to work with!

Had a stuck valve in an apartment. Was going to get a new faucet installed anyway. Called and they were able to show up on short notice to fix the valve. They checked other valves to see if any others were stuck. Appreciate the thoroughness. Since all the valves were the same make and the main was off. Then later they came back to install the new sink once our new counter was in place. All at a reasonable cost. Thanks for the great work.

Great service. My appointment was scheduled for a later date for A/C repair, but when an early finish locally freed up some time, their technician scooted over, diagnosed and fixed our problem. Fast, efficient, and explained the issue.

Eric is Awesome! Ive hired him a few times for some minor leaks and repairs! Ive had such a great experience with him and his work, I am asking him to install a new sink and faucet and bathroom vanity! I highly recommend him! Great company! Great people! They do a Great Job and theyre easy to deal with! The whole staff is very professional! I live in a remote area so, I try to be flexible and work with their schedule knowing the results are great, I dont worry about a few hours or a day if need be. They even show up early, sometimes but, they always call in advance to check to see if its ok with me. Thank You Very Much!

We had a great experience with SLP&H. Our tankless water heater has been on the fritz and hadn’t ever had a tune up since it was installed by the previous owner a decade ago.TJ was professional, quick, and responded to any questions I had. General maintenance (descale, clean filters, new valve, etc.) took an hour and the unit seemed to be running as it should. It started acting up later that evening and threw a code this time. TJ came back the next day at no cost, and made sure the problem was resolved.

I am so very pleased with Southern Lakes. Greg the Technician was wonderful. My hot water heater went out and was not worth repairing. With in a matter of a couple hours, they had Greg over and he had a new water heater installed! Your customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend Southern lakes! Update: Despite my previous review below, we had to replace both ejector pumps with SLP. SLP handled it quickly and professionally. They have always been our go-to for our rental properties and although I would have liked a break on our bill for the miscall in my original post, they are still a reliable company.Southern Lakes Plumbing has done all the work on our ejector pump at our commercial building. This was an after hours call for the ejector pump that had failed with water backing up into the unit. SLP Phone operator stated that this wasnt their problem and referred to a drain company. Drain company came out on emergency call out and said that it was SLPs problem. We were charged with emergency calls by both companies, but the drain company should have NEVER been called.

In the last year we have had two different HVAC companies give horrible service. So, the other morning one of the furnaces would not fire as we found out the Igniter had failed. I called Southern Lakes and they wanted to schedule that day, which was a Friday, if they finished their appointments in the area. The Scheduler called back to say that the Repairman was finished and was on the way to us. He arrived, very pleasant and diagnosed the problem... had the Igniter on the truck, replaced, tested, and Boom... We have a new HVAC!!!

Excellent service and very prompt!Our toilet tank cracked & broke on a Sunday night. We have 2 bathrooms so just turned off the water to the broken one... not an emergency. We call the office on Monday morning at 9, Eric was here by 10:30 with a new toilet and had it installed by 11:30! He was very professional and personable. Great experience!!!
