    Jeff was the technician who provided the service on our furnace today. He was very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable.     Komfort heating was amazing.I needed someone local since we needed someone right away as we were closing up the house that day for the season. I called at 8 am for a service call.     Very happy with the service from Mike E. I called the company on Wednesday afternoon to come and take a look at something with our furnace that was not urgent, they were able to make it out the following day. Diagnosed and found some things that the prior two HVAC companies I used did not find, they were able to complete the repair as a very reasonable price and the furnace is running great now.

    First I will start with; I contacted 3 different companies, ONLY Komfort Heating answered the phone with a live person. The other companies I had to leave a VM message and they did get back to me within a few hours but quick personalized customer service is VERY important to me. Therefore I scheduled with Komfort Heating. They had someone close by so they sent him later that same day. Nick Romani contacted me about 25 minutes beforehand to let me know he was on the way. I am very impressed with Nicks professionalism, expertise and friendly demeanor. He looked the Furnace and AC system over and found the AC start capacitor was out of amperage specification and recommended I replace it. I am selling my house and I know how disappointing it is when you hit the first hot day and turn on your AC and it doesnt work...it has happened to me. He didnt have the part on his truck but could order it and get quickly, which was ok since its out of AC weather now anyway. Nick contacted me that same day as he found one at the shop and we setup a time for him to come back and install it. Today Nick installed the new part and then retested the system to confirm there were no further issues or issues with his work. His service was above and beyond what other companys service technicians have provided for me in the past. When I sell my house I will tell the new owners of the wonderful customer service I received from Komfort Heating and I already put Nicks card on the furnace plenum so they wont forget who to call.     My family has worked with a local competitor for years and was extremely disappointed by the service today. After a 15-min visit and a $90 service fee, the only recommendation was a $4,000 new furnace. I then called Komfort to discover the work is 100% covered (parts and labor) due to a remaining warranty, they ordered the part and offered to drop off temp heaters to keep us warm while we wait for parts to arrive next day.     Replace water heater.Over the past few years, Komfort has provided special pricing for veterans, so when I needed to replace my leaking 15 year old water heater I got bids from them and other local businesses. They were all similar in price, so I chose the company who supports veterans.They provided a high quality water heater, installed by pleasant professional people.     Komfort was a lifesaver in Jan 2019. Our furnace went out when it was -26 degrees and they were there within an hour after calling. The repair took a part that needed to be delivered overnight and by noon the following day our heat was running again.     Love Komfort Heating and Cooling! They analyzed our heating situation and made some recommendations which we had them do. Now, we cannot believe the DRAMATIC difference! Our lower level used to be cold and damp in the winter then hot and sticky in the summer. Since they installed the whole house dehumidifier, the whole house is now amazingly warm and comfortable. Their technicians were prompt, respectful, knew what they were doing and did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. We also had them install a new fan in the master bathroom and they did a phenomenal job with that as well. We highly recommend Josh – he knows his stuff!

    In November of 2014, our furnace failed unexpectedly when it began leaking carbon monoxide into our basement. Representatives from Komfort Heating & Cooling quickly arrived at our residence to assess the problem. They were able to identify the cause as a failed heat exchanger, and gave me the option of repairing the existing unit, or replace the furnace with a new unit. I opted for a new furnace, which arrived with the installation technician within two hours. The technician was very meticulous, knowledgeable, and courteous. His pride in workmanship was evident as he explained the installation procedure, and his knowledge of applicable codes was equally impressive. The new furnace was started up and thoroughly checked out for proper operation. The old furnace was removed and everything was cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend Komfort Heating & Cooling.

    Blake Jarrett came out right on time and proceeded to cover my floor and all carpeting with a tarp. He was cheerful and right away I felt very comfortable with him in my home.I was told it would take all day within 6 to 8 hours. Blake worked constantly without stopping for any reason. He was completed with the installation of a new furnace within 3 hours. He then spent about a half hour making sure I was completely knowledgeable on all new instructions for my furnace and thermostat. He went over everything twice.     Recently I was introduced to Komfort Heating & Cooling in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Four years ago I had purchased the most expensive furnace that Lennox manufactures from a local Madison Lennox dealer. During the last service call we had from this particular dealer I was very dissatisfied and decided to call around to find someone who understood my concerns with having to replace various parts of the brand-new furnace so early.In any event I was given the name of Komfort Heating and proceeded to call and make an appointment to have our furnace checked and serviced for the winter months. Needless to say, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The representative Tom was so impressive with the patience, questions that he asked prior to doing the service that we called to have done. It lasted for 24 years, and we had a company out of Evansville, Wisconsin doing our service during those years. Why we chose a Lennox, I really cant say, but I will share this; I wished I would have been introduced to Komfort during the evaluation process of investing in a new furnace/air-conditioning system.In any event, I felt compelled, to share the positive experience we had, and I would give them a 10 rating on a 1 to 10 scale, or a five rating on a wonder five scale. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is presently evaluating investing a new furnace/air conditioner, or looking for an exceptional dealership that truly goes beyond what is expected. One last thing that was very eye-opening to me, the silver certificate service contract I signed with this company was 48% less costly.     Cant say enough great things about Komfort Heating andCooling. They had a difficult space to work with to install a new furnace. Rowland and Blake did a fantastic job redirecting duct work and pipes! In just a couple days we had central heat and air, a wireless thermostat and a way better duct work and pipe situation in the cellar!     Just had Mike and crew here to fix two air conditioners. All I can say is wow...three super professional and nice guys showed up and did a long over-due filthy wall unit and one central air unit on my house and did a super job. Most companies would have looked at the moldy units and run for the hills. These guys took the giant unit out from a second floor shop, down steep stairs, with one guy 30 feet up on a ladder on the outside and cleaned the unit outside in the grass. They did all this with a smile on their faces and a can-do attitude!!! My central air unit on the house needed freon added and they were very reasonable with the price on that too. I am a 1st time customer and am super-impressed and will use many times in the future for sure.
