    Dylan, the technician, and Daniel, the customer service guy, and Christian the plumber involved in this company always offer great service. I have had them do seasonal maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner and they do a wonderful job and offer a great price on their service plan. Christian also did an inspection of my plumbing and recommended things to be done, but didnt push things on me. Estimates for repairs were very reasonable. I will continue to use them as they have treated me well and always get great value for my plan. Dylan even took the extra time to find out the issue with my humidifier on his last visit.

    TOP NOTCH! These guys did quality work. I had a bunch of plumbing done and they got it all done very quickly and for actually less than they quoted me for. Tony is amazing and very knowledgeable. He did a great job of explaining the hows and whys of everything and really made me feel comfortable with the work we were having done. I will definitely be calling them with any issues in the future.

    I so appreciate Tony, and Danny as well, for their help with plumbing-related issues. Tony is incredibly kind. He was patient at explaining issues going on and the best plan for fixing those issues. He helped with the water pressure to our house and did an excellent job, taking his time and being careful. While he was here for that job, I had new problems with the kitchen sink leaking, and he noticed larger issues with the kitchen sink that would cause even larger problems in the future. He very carefully explained the problem, provided a clear solution, and clarified how we should maintain the solution. Danny came to help him on the second day and was also very kind.Thank you for your kindness, expertise, and patience. With Tony, Danny, and everyone I’ve interacted with at Apex, I’ve never felt talked down to, rushed, or unclear about what was happening and why. I have also always felt like everyone has clear expertise and knowledge and the patience to do a thorough job in a way that will last long-term, rather than being a rushed job. This is important to us given our old house that we’d like to continue lasting a long time into the future.

    They came out in a timely manner. They figured out what was wrong with our furnace. Its a blessing its covered under warranty. I am thankful they figured out what was wrong. Unfortunately, they did not have the part with them. They said they will be back with the part to fix the problem. Our problem was our thermostat did not turn on. They said the part we need is because the fuse blew and it short circuited. We will have heat again when they come back to fix it sometime tomorrow or on Wednesday.

    We have been using Apex Services for a long time. They service our A/C and furnace yearly. They are the only HVAC we use. They are always on time, explain everything well, and do an excellent job.I recently (08/2024) needed some plumbing work done and used Apex Plumbing. Im very grateful to Tony for resolving a plumbing issue that I had been having for a long time. It was a pleasure working with Tony. I recommend using Apex Plumbing.

    We had a main line drainage issue and they came and fixed it within a couple hours. They found a bigger problem and we hired them to fix it. The people who fixed it were amazing. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you have! I’ve had bad luck with plumbers in the past and I’m happy to have found them!

    This company gives outstanding service. The technician explains everything and always does superior work. The response time we received for an after hours A/C issue was above and beyond! Within two hours we were up and running! I highly recommend this small family owned business!!In addition, they also offer plumbing services.

    While not the most professional of visits, Dylan sure got in and out in a speedy time frame and explained things rapidly. He showed me how to clean my outdoor AC unit with a hose, and then claimed my ducts didnt need cleaning more than once every 10 years. Not sure if theyre dirty or not as he did not check them. But he did say we needed to use different filters from the ones they had originally told us to use. Not sure if Dylan is just the most honest tech they have and the first guys who installed our machine just wanted to upsell us, or we have indeed been using the wrong filters and the other guys just didnt know better.Anywho, would still recommendThey definitely give you regular service for the care club memberships. Nothing too fancy, but its nice to know everything is working well! At least, according to Dylan 😉

    I would give 10 stars if I could. I called Carrie at 6 am and she was kind and courteous and had a tech named Dillan at my house by 7 AM. He figured out the problem right away. They arent the cheapest but definitely not as expensive as the 1 I was using and they were out right away. Response time was excellent, service excellent. Highly Recommend

    Jeff and Duane did an awesome job on our home’s full HVAC install. They were quick to schedule and actually perform the install which was a huge bonus! They communicated well regarding their install plans and anything else that may have changed during it. They were both strictly on time. What was really nice, is they were able to help me save literally thousands of dollars by adding duct work instead of having to install a mini split unit. This is a highly honest company who isn’t out to rip anyone off. Highly recommend for any repairs or installs!

    I called and booked an appointment for the AC tune up and dryer vent cleaning service. Come the day of the appointment, the office called and told me they had to cancel because they couldnt get a tech out. They didnt say the reason why but I decided to give them a second chance. On the second time, the tech, Cesar, called and updated me on regards to his arrival time which I really appreciated. He was very professional, kind, and helpful in explaining the components of the AC unit as Im a new homeowner and I could tell he cares about his work a lot. Hopefully having available techs isnt a widespread issue in the company but besides that, Id recommend Apex.

    This is a great company. After explaining to Caleb over the phone what it was doing and what I did to get it going again he knew what it was before arriving. When he arrived he said he could not morally charge the diagnostic fee since he didn’t need to diagnose anything. Let that sink in. A company with a moral compass that isn’t trying to nickel and dime you to death. A company who was willing to waive a $135 fee because it was the fair thing to do. Yes please! I’ll only be working with them for all my future a/c and heating needs. Also I highly suggest their comfort club yearly service contract. I saved over $200 dollars by signing up compared to a single visit due to parts cost. That was even after the diagnostic fee was waived. Plus they will be coming to check my heater when it’s time at no cost. This company is amazing and family owned with values I believe are sadly becoming more and more rare in businesses. Great company. Highly recommend.

    I will be using Apex from here on out. Our heat went out last night when it was -12 degrees out. We were all huddled in our bedroom with a space heater. I had been using Burton so we gave them a call. Soonest they could come out was 4 days. Unacceptable. So long Burton. We called a few more places and no one could come out for days. Finally found Apex and gave them a call. They were at my house within 2 hours. Caleb, the tech, did an amazing job. It ended up being a pretty difficult repair. the entire circuit board needed to be replaced. Caleb was able to find the part out in town, go get it, do the warranty work and the installation in a flash. When we first discovered the problem, I thought I was going to be on the hook for thousands. Nope. Even with the emergency visit, the extended troubleshooting time, having to go out in town to get the part and several hours of installation time, he was still out the door at only 500 bucks. Im happy to be rid of Burton and supporting a small local business instead. With the way they performed, it was a no brainer. Keep up the amazing work Caleb and Apex!

    Apex is a great company with friendly, knowledgeable employees. Caleb Schone was the technician who came to do a yearly furnace/humidifier check. I told him I was having issues with keeping the temp regulated in the house (the 2nd floor was a good 12 degrees hotter than the 1st floor). He investigated, found the issue and fixed it. He even called his supervisor to make sure he wasnt forgetting anything. The house feels a million times better! He also noticed I had put the air filter in backwards. I told him my husband had recently died and all this was new to me. He offered his condolences and then patiently explained everything he was doing, showed me the right way to put it in and even drew a guide for me in case I forget when I have to do it again in 6 months. I appreciated the great customer service, friendly demeanor and that my issue was resolved! Highly recommend!

    Our AC went out the night before the hottest day of the year. Of course it was a Friday night and most companies are closed. Called Apex and they actually answered the phone. Cesar arrived within 2 hours. Cesar was friendly, professional and honest. He diagnosed the issue right away but made sure to clean the condenser coils and inspect the whole system. We just moved into this house and he walked me through the system. Pricing was fair and clear to understand! Highly recommend!

While they were here, they also answered questions we had about ways for our heating & cooling to be more efficient.     The only company that could make it out same day. Our A/C stopped working on a 97 degree day. These guys were very busy, but made still made us a priority. Rick came out and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. Got the problem solved and our house cool. Waived all of the service fees and part costs for a slightly more expensive yearly service package (only about a $20 difference). Will end up saving money in the long run as the furnace will need replaced sooner rather than later. Thanks!

    Hands down the best customer service Ive ever received. A/C couldnt keep up with this heat wave starting on Friday evening. I left them a voicemail over the weekend hoping to get an appointment on Monday morning. They called me at 8:00am and had someone there by 10:00am. The unit was shot, so Im getting a new one, but the install isnt until Saturday. So, these guys came back to my house at 8:00PM Monday night to at least get me some cooling for the week because its so hot.These guys go above and beyond and have been awesome to work with. Highly recommend then for all your HVAC needs.

    These guys are awesome. Matt S. came over Friday night and stayed until 0030 Saturday. He went and got my part in the morning to repair my air conditioner. I have had Apex (Pinnacle) service my air conditioner and furnace for damn near 20 years. Always satisfied. Join the air conditioner and furnace club, it always pays for itself if you breakdown at some point. 5 star service all the way.

    .Today the tech, Rick Tesch, who came to check my A C as a maintenance measure was, in my humble opinion, extremely knowledgeable, very professional and respectful of my issues.He explained in detail about changing the filter and spraying off the A C unit outside, then he wrote down everything I will need to follow thru.It will be my responsibility to do these tasks going forward, so he “taught” me what to look for.I am so thankful for such a fine young man to take time to answer my questions.Apex, you have yet another fine example of your customer service.     I was in a bad spot on a hot day, APEX came out same day and diagnosed my AC. It was a Trane unit, NOT installed or serviced by these guys before. The unit was only 7 years old. They diagnosed as a TXV valve, which to my luck would have been my 3rd TXV in 3 years (again not installed by APEX). I was done with this Trane unit, every year it was stress I didnt need. I asked for a quote to replace and was given a very fair quote that met my needs. They installed it the next day. Eron and Manuel were we friendly, courteous, and the install was done quickly to get me cool again. Matt sold me the unit without any pressure at all, again the actual problem would have been a less expensive path. I highly recommend these guys.

    I had my AC unit checked by Apex. They provided a confirmation call the day before and tech called when he was inroute. Colton looked over the unit and took his time to explain all his findings. I would have Colton back to service my unit in the fall. Thanks Colton great customer service!

    Apex came as a recommendation from my realtor. Some HVAC related issues came up in an inspection for a home I was selling, so Apex came out and did an inspection. Claimed I had cracked heat exchanger along with a number of other issues. My system wasnt that old, so I was a bit suspicious and called another company for a second opinion. Second company gave the entire system a green light. So back to Apex. Matt offered to meet me at the house and walk through every result with me watching. Including the test they use to find cracks in heat exchangers. Id attempted to educate myself as much as possible before this meeting, and what Matt showed me in relation to the crack was spot on with the research I had done. He told me it benefits them in no way to falsely claim these out when they are under warranty. If manufacturer gets the exchanger back and finds no damage, they bill Apex the full amount.There was only one thing on the initial inspection list that Matt said wasnt actually an issue, that was in regard to some blower motor bearings, and thats the only reason for the 4 star review.That said, company Bs technician said heat exchanger scams are a thing, do your homework and at least educate yourself enough to ask to be shown the issue.Updated to 5 stars

    I decided to call Apex after hearing a recent radio ad for a $37 inspection. Having young kids including an infant at home it’s important to make sure the AC unit is working properly. We haven’t had any issues but I wanted to get in front of any if possible. Scheduling was easy and flexible. The tech, Caleb, called in advance letting me know he was on his way over. Caleb was training a newer employee and it was evident that he is very knowledgeable of HVAC systems and was able to describe what he was doing and why to the new employee and myself in a way we could both understand. Caleb was very professional, patient, and most importantly thorough with his work! He determine the condenser coils were very dirty and the blower start assist and turbo dual start needed replaced. Caleb recommended the Comfort Club membership and there was no pushy sales tactics just an honest and objective conversation of his findings. I did end up going with the membership and saved money compared to paying for the services individually. I’m glad I found Apex! They have earned my business.

What I appreciated the most was their communication. They walked me through their whole process and explained why it was the fan motor that was broken. Highly recommend Apex.
