    Friendly, professional and efficient, James was very good about communicating what the issue was and how hed resolve it. Also, very respectful of my time, staying quiet with my wife being on a work call, and of my home wearing booties over his shoes to keep our floors clean.     Dennis just finished a service call at my house due to water hammering a moment ago. He assisted us last year with a water heater replacement, as well.Both service calls were excellent. The pricing was reasonable, especially given Dennis’s experience of over forty years. He was very patient with me explaining various random plumbing-adjacent issues in our house. He took the time to explain the cause of each problem and how much it would cost to repair without pressuring me to purchase a solution immediately. He also gave me tips on how to handle a couple smaller issues myself.I’d recommend Big Birge Plumbing to anyone looking to have any plumbing issues inspected in their home. They had a fast response time and made sure each problem was addressed prior to leaving for their next appointment.

    Absolutely amazing experience with Big Birge plumbing. Scheduling was super easy and not too far out, and they made me aware of the cost of the visit (the minimum fee) while scheduling, they showed up on time and gave me two call ahead notices when I missed the first one, and they got all the work completed in one visit (even some additional things I wasnt planning on asking about)Michael (our plumber) never complained or anything at all when I asked regarding additional questions or issues unrelated to the reason for the visit, and he completely took care of us and got everything back to working order.Ive had so many plumbers in the past come out, charge us for the visit, then tell us they couldnt fix our issue or it wasnt a plumbing issue and waste our time and money, and that is not at all what happened here!Michael even looked at our appliance with us while he was here and checked how it was hooked up to ensure the leak weve been having issues with wasnt a plumbing issue and was in fact a appliance issue, and seriously he went above and beyond doing that and we couldnt be more grateful!Couldnt be happier with this experience, and will forever use Big Birge plumbing in the future for all our plumbing needs!

    Just had them here for an issue with my sump pump. I have serious trust issues with plumbers after a bad experience with Burton. James walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. The sump pump was replaced the same day and the price was more than reasonable. He also fixed some shoddy work done by previous plumbers. This will be my new go to place for any plumbing issue. I can’t recommend them enough!!

    Dennis was the plumber who came to my house. He was excellent. Upon entering my home he immediately took his shoes off and also greeted my dogs with pets. He gave me the repair cost and went over everything he would do. He was coming to reinstall on toilet and figure out why the other one was running all the time. He did the work very efficiently. He even found something wrong with the toilet handle, showed me, and fixed it for me before it became a bigger problem. I had some other plumbing related questions which he took the time to look into and explain to me. I really appreciate all his help today.

    Our experience was very positive. We got next day service and great communication from customer rep and the plumber who serviced our home. Everything was as advertised and explained well. I was a little surprised by the cost, for a fairly simple job, with the service added to the call out fee. But it is in line with any other plumbing service weve had previously.Overall, Id recommend Big Birge ahead of any others weve used over the years.

    Above and beyond! Wednesday before Thanksgiving, garbage disposer quit, leaking as well. Adam from Birge arrived within a little over an hour and installed a replacement. He was so nice and knowledgeable and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I have used this company a few times and highly recommend.

    We had another plumbing issue not related to previous work. I left a voice mail on Sunday and got a prompt call back Monday. Had work scheduled for Thursday. Then I got a call back about an hour later that they had an opening today. Dennis showed up and took some time consulting us on our options. Once we decided he quickly made the fix and even cleaned up some of the mess that was there. Amazing work and customer service. Will be calling them again if we have issues. Thanks!

    Really grateful for the time and job that Michael and his apprentice worked on for us! I think it was a lot more work than any of us thought it would be, but they did a great job and we’re very happy with our new whole house water filtration system! We had contacted multiple other plumbing companies who were too busy for us and didn’t want to bother with our installation, or told us they would come by and never showed up or bothered to call.     This is the second time Ive used Big Birge Plumbing and both times they have exceeded my expectations. I called on a Monday AM around 7:30 and had a plumber at my location by 11:00. I was updated via a call first and then text messages indicating approximate time and when he was on his way.I was told VERY clearly the pricing and the plan of action. I was impressed by the communication both before and during. Dennis was professional and explained everything very clearly before any work was done.The pricing was more than fair and the work exceeded my expectations.I now have a go to reliable plumbing service in the future.

    Great service, prompt, and efficient. The Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative was friendly, helpful, and informative. She was able to establish a timely service call. The Plumber James, was professional, courteous, and also efficient. He promptly identified the problem as being with the toilet tank. He fixed the problem, and outlined the possible reasons for the problem. Having a College Educated Plumber was like having a HARVARD TRAINED SURGEON, doing the cutting. I contacted Big Birge Plumbing on the advice of a friend. He said I couldnt go wrong, and that Id get what I paid for. And that was exactly correct.     Our first experience with Big Birge was fantastic. From the moment we realized we had a plumbing leak, we had excellent communication with office personnel (Tonya) and were immediately informed of how we were going to fix the problem when our plumber Dennis arrived. We were worried that we wouldnt get a plumber to come out the same day--- that wasnt a problem and from the moment we called, Tonya assured us that Big Birge would be there. Dennis was available later in the day and even showed up early to our appointment. He was very knowledgeable. Exactly what we needed to help us fix our leaking pipe. Dennis also let me do a couple of things before shutting off water and had patience with my 7 year old looking on. We could tell that this was a family company that valued working with other local families.

    Carson and Cameron were both very professional and easy going. There wasn’t a lot of space to dig the trench we needed and when there was issues, Brad was contacted and he came to finish off the rest, due to the area being a tricky one. Not only did they get the job done, they did it with a few hurdles being thrown in their way. I will only use Big Birge going forward and I will recommend them to anyone.     I messaged Big Birge near the end of the day to come check out my sprinkler system, for what appeared to be several leaks. James came out first thing in the morning the next day. He was fantastic. Friendly, checked everything thoroughly, identified the problem which was thankfully less severe than I thought, and got it all fixed up right away and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend James and Big Birge to anyone looking for a plumber. I’ll definitely be calling them next time we have a problem.

    Ww had a wonderful experience with this business. I messaged them on their website to request an appointment and they called me within the hour. The plumber was very professional and the repair cost for our burst pipe and spigot replacement was very reasonable.     Big Birge installed a tank-less water heater for me 6 months ago. It was worth every penny! Would recommend it to everyone that is looking never to take a cold shower again or have a deep soaking tub. Best investment I made in a long time!! This company responded quickly to my request of a bid and was very professional throughout the entire installation process. They talked with me about all the pros and cons and then coached me on the use and service of the new equipment. They have also done some work for me on a bathroom renovation. I have found my plumber for life.

    Wonderful service. Great response time and even rearranged their daily schedule to see me the same day as I called. Tim came out right at the time we scheduled and found the part we needed for my old houses shower out of the two that were in town. He picked it up on his way home and the next day James was there to get the repair made in quick time. Everything works perfectly again, looks clean and neat with fantastic soldering I should add.     Had Big Birge come out and complete a decent amount of work (two toilets, water heater, add water softener, shower and outside faucet repair). They were great to work with and very responsive. One complaint was that the crew that completed the job did not read the order/estimate to know what toilets to swap out and my wife had to leave work to show them. Regardless, they did a great job on everything and we definitely threw some things at them that they were able accommodate. Highly recommend.

    Big Birge was kind enough to put in a shower cartridge that I was going to attempt to put in. I was having them come out to service a toilet on the fritz, so I figured two birds ya know?     I loved using Big Birge Plumbing. They were timely and professional.We have used them for unplugging a drain to moving the laundry upstairs. The art of their plumbing they put in was AMAZING!     Big Birge put in a new water line for us and did an amazing job with this extensive project. In fact, the already involved job got even lengthier due to a severe weather day and a surprise buried set of concrete stairs that the team discovered in our yard and that was directly in their path! Despite the obstacles Brad and his team faced, they were professional and prompt throughout, plus they held true to the contracted price, despite the setbacks, which we so appreciated. From customer service to craftsmanship, we were 100% impressed with Big Birge and highly recommend them!

    I can not recommend these guys enough. I called and spoke to Brad on the phone to get a quote for replacing a washer hookup and moving a water line for my new fridge. He got out there within a day or two to actually get us the quote, then scheduled one of his guys to actually perform the work just a few days after that.Carlos (the guy that did the work) was awesome. He offered to wear booties on his shoes even though our house is completely demolished for a remodel right now. He got the work done quickly, it looks great, and he didnt leave a mess when he was done. Best of all, it ended up costing less than what we thought it was going to cost.Seriously, stop wasting time with Burton or whoever else – call Big Birge. Theyre fantastic.

    Big Birge added an extra water hose outlet for us. It was a smaller type job that didnt take Dennis H. much time to do it, but it was very nice to know that even with a small job, Big Birge did excellent work.
