I am disabled and use electric mobility power chair to get around. While walking my dog I noticed my neighbor was getting a new roof installed. I asked one of the roofers the name of the roofing company and I was Informed CRV Roofing. I requested the supervisor to come to my house to look at my roof. Later on that day Mr Louis Medina from CRV roofers went on my roof to check out its condition. He took pictures of the existing hail and wind damage. It did not take long for me to realize that Mr Medina was truly a professional and had a very dynamic personality. He sent pictures to my insurance company and kept me informed on a daily basis. Once everthing was approved a date was set to install a new roof. His crew workd very hard and Mr Medina was there every day to make sure that his crew was doing every thing that needed to be done. His attitude was You get what you inspect not what you expect. Xremely polite and very knowledgeable in all of his Companies Business. I have reroofed my house several times and never experianced the superior treatment and service that I was provided by Mr Medina and CRV Roofing. I highly recommend the work of CRV Construction thanks to José Luis who processed everything related to the insurance claim very punctually and professionally, he clarified all my doubts and everything went successfully.The workers arrived very punctually and installed the roof and everything was very good and very clean.
