    Palo Verde is one of the most tasteful 😍 and best quality 💫 builders 🦺 🚧 🏗️ in El Paso 🌄 🌵😃! My family and I were really thrilled with the workmanship and craftsmanship for very reasonable and affordable prices 🙂! And the entire Palo Verde team kept us very well updated 👍 with the progress and construction of our homes 🏡☺️! As it got closer to closing escrow, we ❤️ especially to work with Gina Valdivia, who not only welcomed us, but who we felt really truly took care of our concerns 🥰 and was open to any questions we had 🙋‍♂️🙋 🙋🏻‍♀️! During the respective inspections 🤔 for our homes, Zachary, Alex and Lee were absolutely phenomenal 🌟 and stupendous 🤩 , and really paid attention 👀 to the details that either needed to be fine-tuned 👌, fixed or repaired 👨‍🔧👩‍🔧🧑🏻‍🔧 ! For photos 📷 that we needed promptly, these guys were absolutely amazing 🤩 and extremely knowledgeable 🧠 💡and provided us with our requested photos as soon as they could prior to closing 🙂!     I recommend with eyes closed Palo Verde Homes for various reasons. The people who work at Palo Verde are very welcoming, with genuine smiles. And that is something you wont find at other places/offices/ builders. They are people who do their work/job with well knowledge. They are respectful, they empathize, and understand their clients needs and expectations. They work like a family, they are respectful amongst each other and have a great energy that as soon as you enter you feel that calm good energy/vibe. To the point where even I wish I could work there 😄 with that kind of good vibes who wouldnt. They just make the environment pleasant.We are a military family and I must be honest, Palo Verde treats their military clients as family which is another thing that you wont see with other builders. Everything I mentioned is heartfelt due to my experience with them.For a health reason my husband and I had to pause our purchase of our first home. We just had our home orientation and we were kindly guided by Zachary Aranda and for being first time home buyers he really took his time to make sure our new home was up to standards and pointed out and explained things we might have missed.     Alex did our walkthrough and it was immediately apparent the work was beyond thorough. We were impressed by the the range of imperfections he caught to be fixed. By the time we got there we just had to have him explain the notes and tape, which he was courteous and patient to explain to us through the entire home, even with harsh winds outside. The courtesy and expertise was well appreciated. I couldn’t recommend this builder and specialist more.

    Absolute best experience so far when purchasing a new home! This is our second home purchase and we feel much more cared for and confident choosing this company as our builder! Any little discrepancy pointed out was received with so much grace and fixed as we were walking through the home. If you are careful spotting things and verbal about what you’d like fixed or touched up they have no issue or quarrels with fixing it. They were very patient and kind in considering we may not know exactly what to look for. They even pointed out things we didn’t catch.     From start to finish Palo Verde was extremely easy to work with. When purchasing a Palo Verde home not a lot of upgrades are required. So many high quality features are come standard.Really appreciate the fact that they try to deliver a product as close to perfect as possible. There was no struggling to get anything touched up or repaired. Alex and Rene really went out of their way to ensure that we were happy with the house prior to turning over the keys.This is the second house we have bought in El Paso and Palo Verde was by far head and shoulders above the previous builder in terms of their product and customer service.

    My husband and I just purchased a Palo Verde Home in the Tierra del Este region in the far East. Everyone we met and worked with through Palo Verde has been friendly, professional, and timely. There were a couple missed items from the blue tape walk and they were out there the same day to correct the issue. Super fast and friendly. I know we will be supported through the warranty if anything is to arise just based on this experience.The quality of the build is also one of the best that we toured. And they include a lot of the extras (shutters, epoxy in garage, insulated garage, tankless water heater) that other builders didnt have.So far we are extremely happy with our Palo Verde experience and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.June 2024 Update: Just updating the review to say that the warranty team has been very helpful with things in the home! We had a faulty dishwasher and they helped us with the process of getting it replaced and we had a doorbell that after a little while just started buzzing and they had it fully replaced for us!

    I believe the Palo Verde Homes are very beautiful and built very sturdy overall. Alex B. took me and my wife through the walkthrough and he was fabulous. Alex answered all of our questions and showed us how to operate everything in the house we asked him about. Every discrepancy was green taped inside and outside the house that needed attention!! Also, we told Alex that the door to the closet in the master bedroom if at all possible to be removed because my wife doesn’t like doors in the bathroom!! Alex said “ Since that door needs attention with the door trim he would see it the door could be removed “. And one final note, Alex is going to have a peep hole installed in my front door since the windows are eight feet high and we are unable to see who is at the door without opening it!! I really appreciated the way Alex handled himself and me and my wife his entire visit with us!! Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart!!!

    I have been living in my Palo Verde Home since October 2020. We picked PV over other builders because of their unique floorplans and the detail of each of their homes.We saw the entire build process and even though 2020 was a rough year they delivered our home exactly the way we wanted and even went above and beyond to find the upgraded appliances we asked for when they were delayed for months with their suppliers due to the pandemic.We were amazed by the end result of our home and the whole PV team was extremely helpful throughout the whole building process.Bobby our realtor worked with us to ensure quality control of our home, after every stage PV adressed any concerns we saw that were wrong or damaged to avoid any issues in the future.Overall it was a great experience and I always recommend PV to anyone looking for a home. Take care of your homes, point out any issues at walkthrough and you will be fine as long as you keep up with your maintenance at home. Warranty team is always there to help if any issues do come up which is inevitable. Any minor issues I have at home are fixed with a quick email and a visit from the warrantyteam.

    I love palo verde! All the attention to detail on the home from the custom shutters to the soft close cabinets throughout the home really speaks on the type of builder Palo Verde is.     5 star review is only for Alex during our home orientation. He was insane when it came to identifying the things our home needed before finally moving in. He was extremely professional and thorough. He was very polite and made sure we were informed on everything to expect.However the process with everything else was by far a huge headache. Constantly having our move in date changed caused a lot of issues. So much was overlooked by the builders and contractors I had to go to the El Paso office for them take our issues seriously. From communication to us and our realtors to the slow to achieve promises made by them. If you are considering buying a house from Paso Verde....do more research than I did.

He went above and beyond on finding issues that need to be addressed before closing.We have had several issues with the communication during our building process. Getting notified our home would be ready and finding out that we were actually another 2 months out. Having a bad driveway poured and having to have it removed and redone. It seems as though there is a communication issue between the construction crew and the office.

    I bought this house almost 3 years ago. I wanted to leave my comments only after I saw how they would handle Warranty issues. I can say without a doubt that I am happy I went with Palo Verde. Newly constructed homes will always have issues this is true for million dollar homes all the way down. Palo Verde does a great job as a business of taking care of the customers concerns while also staying in buisness. Palo Verde bent over backwards to accommodate me throughout the entire process. At the 11th month I did a walk through with the warranty department and the next day the crews showed up and took care of everything. I had issues with the landscaping folks but I knew from day one that the landscaper was an outside contractor. Do your homework, and shop around for a landscaper you are comfortable with. There is no better builder in El Paso period. This is a beautiful home and the entire team at Palo Verde worked very hard to earn those 5 stars.

All I know is that the builder provides a high quality home. I heard PVH used to provide custom-build home but they no longer doing that anymore.I havent had a chance to visit any PVH model home until Sept. 2020. It was located in west El Paso Cimmaron Canyon area.First impression, absolutely love it! In late Oct. 2020, I signed the contract with PVH for Acacia CIM (4 bed and 2 bath) ! I feel truly blessed that I got to live in Cimmaron Canyon area.Ive been waiting for about 8-9 months for it to be ready. During that period, PVH and real estate agent did a great job keep me informed on construction progress at different phases. I receive quick response whenever I have questions regarding building phase.Ive been moving in for 2+ months. Absolutely love my house!1) Everything that I selected during color selection process had been provided. Theres no surprise during private inspection, home owner orientation, and final walk through.2) I love the way PVH provided a home orientation video before final walk through. It let us know what to expect during final walk through which make the entire process smooth and efficient!3) All of the cabinet comes with excellent quality! (I choose brown)4) PVH did a great job on painting!5) Absolutely love the upgraded kitchen counter top and upgraded range hood!6) Love the bathroom materials provided. Great quality!7) Its an energy saving house. Love the low figure on electricity and gas bill!8) Love the basket that PVH provided during closing date.     I was a first time home buyer when I bought with Palo Verde. I had no idea what I was getting into. I didnt realize how stressful, how tiring, and frustrating searching for the perfect home could be. I was pregnant at the time so the nesting phase was strong with me at the time. I saw several different Palo Verde model homes and fell more in love with each new house I saw. I ended up finding my dream home with Palo Verde. One of my complaints (through no fault of Palo Verdes) was that the house was the very last model of the house I wanted, and it was already customized (I think escrow fell through with a past potential buyer). I didnt get to go through the fun experience of making my house my own. Since I was pregnant at the time, I didnt have the timeline needed to wait for another house to be built. I hope one day when or if I feel like upgrading, that experience will be just as smooth as this one was.I think the garages could be larger. I own a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500, and can only squeeze it in the garage if I back it up. Its a regular sized bed too, not a long bed. I think if the garage would have been made a mere 6 longer, it would be perfect.My last complaint is that it would be nicer to have a yard larger than a rough 25X50 backyard. Small front yard too.Great customer service all around. Quality work throughout. No one else compares.
