Jim Colburn is a rockstar! Not only did he come four days earlier than expected when he got an opening in his schedule, he also did a great job fixing our broken toilet valve.Jim quickly found our water shut-off valve, identified a risk of flooding so he changed the hose to our toilet, replaced the toilet shutoff valve and even fixed a loose sink handle.If anything ever goes wrong with our plumbing again, which hopefully it doesnt, I will be requesting Jim by name!

Steve came out to assess, and then to install our water softener (to replace an older unit from a former homeowner that we werent sure was working). We VERY MUCH appreciated Steves expertise, his calm manner, but most of all his honesty. That is by far the most important thing--to know you can trust a technician, and that you are not getting taken for a ride. Ultimately, it was Steves honesty and integrity which tipped the scales toward choosing Master Plumbing for this job. Thank you Steve!

We have used Master Plumbing before for both our home and business. And every time they have come to help us, they have been very professional, on time and completed the jobs in a timely manner. Jim C. came to help with our kitchen faucet. After discovering that it was best to replace my faucet, he gave me time to go buy another one and came back to install it the same day! Jim Colburn did a fantastic job today. He checked the air pressure in the ballast tank and it was low. He filled it up and at this point it seems to be holding steady I was not charged for this although my warranty expired because I did not get a maintenance called done during the first year he recommended I contact his boss and if he came out and did a maintenance on it I may be able get my lifetime warranty reinstated hes very professional and went out of his way to explain everything to me so I can check it myself

Jim Colburn resolved a problem in a unit I was renting. I was moving in the morning and the washer valves were frozen open. He responded quickly and was able to cap them off so that I could make my exit the next morning without a flood. He was good about explaining what he was doing, what the problem was, and how to fix it. I would have given him 5 stars for value, but the property management company is paying.Thank you, Jim!

Honestly who does an estimate without charging you a service charge just to come out?? No one does these days so I was very impressed right from the start. Mike arrived on time, was very clean, friendly and courteous. He put on his boot covers so he didnt track dirt. Right away I felt he was a trust worthy person. He pointed out the problem and showed me to reaffirm the work needed to be done. It was clear cut and estimate provided. I will put Mike Vollmer from Master Plumbing in my contacts for future reference should I need a plumber again.

I had faucet leak. It was bad not just a drip drip drip, full on watering running, cant shut off even with the water valve turned off. I call and they were booked up for the day. However, they could get me in after hours. To my surprise Jim showed up way before 5pm so I didnt have to pay the after hour fee. (so nice) Jim was awesome, he got the faucet fixed quickly and was able to look at another sink with a broken pipe, replaced that in no time at all. Thank you!!!!

This leak wasn’t your average leak, but Jeff dug in and found the source of the leak and had it fixed in 15 mins. Last week, my kitchen sink started backing up. I did everything I could to clear it, even pulling the elbow under the sink, with no luck. I called around to a few places, but everyone was booked out for at least a day or two. Austin from Master Plumbing was able to come out in a few hours. He gave us a bid for the job. When the problem turned out to be harder than he anticipated, he did a great job and still stuck to the bid. Great job. Thanks Austin!

Called at 8am and our technician Jim Coldburn came quick and had it fixed/completed by 9:15am. The cartridge that turns off our water for our shower/bath jammed and wouldn’t turn the water off and needed replaced. Jim was very friendly and let me observe his fix so if it happens again in our other baths it’s something we can fix now.

My man Steve M. really saved us today! One of the worst experiences a homeowner can have is waking up to water on the floor and soaking the carpet. Im so glad we called Master Plumbing and even more thankful they sent Steve out! He arrived quicker than expected and was able to trace the leak and fix it amazingly fast. He was thorough, testing any potential cause before confidently assuring us the issue was resolved. I rarely experience Steves level of professionalism, it was refreshing. He went above and beyond to make recommendations on how to address the damage and provided referrals. While this situation has been unfortunate for us, and will require more steps to fully resolve, I can now say I have a plumbing guy that I trust.Thanks again Steve and Master Plumbing!
