An absolute gem! We called EMB with a major leak in our bathroom ceiling. Jesse was at our house in 15 minutes. He repaired everything! So happy! We will never use anyone else!

Jesse is fantastic. EMB plumbing did work on my brother and sister inlaws home. As someone who is in the industry I appreciated that Jesse did not try and upsell work that did not need to be done. EMB plumbing was called out to take a look at a failed shower drain which other plumbing companies had looked at and tried to sell a repipe of the whole system. Jesse is honest, knowledge, and fantastic at communicating. For all your plumbing needs EMB plumbing is who you need! Big thank you to EMB.

Jesse responded quickly and was able to fix a copper pipe leak in my shower. He attached the shower value so that it was secure (builder did not install properly) and resoldered a leaky copper pipe fitting. Profession and friendly in completing the job. Highly recommend!

We had a leakage problem and needed someone to help debug and repair. Jesse was great at communicating and returned calls promptly. His experience helped identify the source through a phone conversation, and it was spot on. Once we fIgured it was our old water heater leaking, Jesse prioritized our job and made himself available given the urgency! Fair pricing, very friendly to interact with and thoroughly professional. Was so glad to have Jesse help us out and highly recommend his company for any plumbing needs!!

Excellent service, and very fair pricing. Jesse of Premier Plumbing is efficient, affordable, and very knowledgable. After using other plumbers, he definitely stands out, and was able to install and fix what we needed with no issues. He was also very responsive, and scheduling with him was easy.

This is the ACTUAL premier plumbing ran by Jesse. The premier plumbing in Tacoma is a new one.Jesse did all the plumbing work and gave me lots of good advice during my whole house remodeling last summer. Because of his excellent work, he is now my goto plumber. He is super experienced and works fast. Highly recommend! You will be in good hands!

What a nice plumbing experience! We recently had 2 plumbing emergencies (a leaking faucet in the kitchen and a clogged garbage disposal). We called Jesse from Premier Plumbing and Mechanical to help us out since our regular plumber was on vacation. On both occasions, he arrived promptly and quickly identified the source of the problem. He explained everything he did and helped us better understand what was going on and how to prevent it in the future. What we like about him the most is that Jesse is very professional and honest. He knows what he is doing. On the top of that, he has fair and reasonable prices. We were really pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him for anyones residential plumbing needs.

City is not obligated to notify homeowners of change in water pressure. Found a leaky pipe caused by increased water pressure. A plumber (not Premier) came and fixed the leaky pipe and suggested to install pressure reducing valve - which was never installed in our house. His price was so out of context that I decided to explore and shop around. Talked to 4 plumbers and 2 came in to give me a quote. Finally called back Jesse from THE Premier Plumbing & Mechanical because he was knowledgeable, reasonable, and responsive! Thanks Million Jesse! Marking Premier Plumbing & Mechanical as my preferred choice for any plumbing work.

We used Premier to re-plumb our entire house, switching from galvanized steel to PEX. They did a great job with the entire project:- Site prep was well done with all carpeting covered by plastic and drop clothes.- The work site was cleaned up as they went and there was very little mess in the house.- They brought issues to my attention as they were found and presented my options for addressing them. I never felt like I was getting pushed in a specific direction or up-sold.- They were on schedule for the whole projectWeve had them out for two other minor jobs since the re-plumb and the experience both times was excellent as well. Id recommend them for any plumbing work you have.
