Sitka Plumbing is fantastic and Russ is great to work with! Their prices are good, and they know their stuff. Russ was very responsive and helped replace a failed water softener (my old one was 16 years old) with a really good replacement at a good price. Their service is fast and friendly and the only one that I reached out to that followed through and didnt waste my time.We also had them fix additional plumbing issues and installed some new equipment. I highly recommend Sitka Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.Theyve definitely got a satisfied customer and will continue to use them whenever I have any plumbing projects down the road.

We contacted Sitka Plumbing when needing an upgrade to a 50 gallon water heater and replacement of the outdoor spigots. Russ was great to work with and was very responsive and helpful during the projects. He offered a lot of insight and even gave me options to do certain parts of the work if I wanted to save money, such as the demo (he would of course be willing to do it if I didnt want to), that was a nice change compared to some other contractors I have worked with in the past.
