    My partner and I recently moved to a home that was having some septic tank issues. After previously dealing with a crappy company that wouldnā€™t even do the work but charged an arm and a leg for coming out and lying to us, we needed to find someone to help us in a last minute situation. After reading previous reviews, called this company YESTERDAY and I was able to get a technician to come out the NEXT DAY. We got the amazing Shane and James, two awesome people that knew exactly what they were doing, didnā€™t mind chatting with us, explained what they were doing and why they did it, and were extremely honest with pricing. I really canā€™t recommend this company enough. We needed a new pump and float, which he had on the truck and could do the repairs in the moment. Absolutely perfect of a fix and a job well done. We will keep this company in our records for future use!!!!!! Thank you Shane and James! You really helped us so much!

    Jason was very upfront with my situation and worked with me to save money on my septic repair. Replaced a bad float instead of the whole pump. Also did a temporary repair of my system and explained what to do to fix it permanently if I wanted to save money. I just completed those repairs and am grateful for the guidance.     Speedy responded in a timely manner when I called them. Pumpout was fairly quick. Follow up was not so good. They put a riser in but didnt have a good lid so put on what they said would be temporary.Oct. 30, 2024Today Nate came by and installed a new cover on the riser (thank you). This one looks like it will survive better than the other one. I am happy to see they cared enough to do a follow up.

    2 weeks after last review:Turned out we continued to have a problem with our apartmentā€™s pump up system. This time the crew that arrived took the lid off the holding tank and discovered it badly needed cleaning even though it had been thoroughly cleaned 6 months ago. (I inspected it myself back then) We all thought cleaning it again would fix it, but by morning the pump had failed a third time. Anderson Gettman came the that day and he figured out why. He changed a part and now we are finally back to full operation. Whew! Thank you, Speedy Septic for being there when we needed you and for sending great people!!! Taking care of their customers is clearly a top priority for this business.UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW:Today I discovered to my surprise that Speedy Septic offers 24/7 service. How wonderful!! We thought we had a problem with the pump-up system in our basement apartment that our renters depend on, so I called at 11:30 am on a Sunday expecting to just leave a message and someone not only answered the phone but sent a crew. They tested it and it seemed to work, so we all thought it was simply something stuck and then cleared.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ever since it was installed in 2012, Speedy Septic has been servicing the pump up system we have in the basement apartment we created in our home because the floor of the basement is below the streetā€™s sewer line. They have kept it cleaned and working and in fact the same technician, Jason, has been the person to do it. Jason has been wonderful to work with. 5 stars (plus) because hes thorough and this time he found a broken valve that was overlooked by the plumber who worked on it 3 years ago. We greatly appreciate his experience and commitment to customer service.

    Amazing company - we had an emergency septic issue causing a back up of black water into our basement. Speedy septic came out right away, diagnosed the problem, and came back to repair it within 2 days.     Ive used Speedy Septic for years to assist with an unusually configured sewage ejection pump system at my house that requires both pumping services and pump maintenance. These issues are never planned, and Speedy has been great at getting to us quickly. While Id prefer not having to pay an emergency charge, everyone Ive spoken to, from the office team to the folks in the field, are incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive. The last couple times weve had Mason out to help. Hes always been super helpful, has a great attitude while working on a challenging job, and has provided a lot of education and guidance to minimize future issues.

    Speedy septic & their crew were great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and were able to get us in quickly as we were having an urgent need. Really, I donā€™t have any complaints about having them come out other than their prices. They seem to be the highest priced septic company out there. Even the septic pumping price per gallon seemed steep in comparison to other companies. Again, service was exceptional and quality so we were happy to pay for that. Though in the future I will be going with someone a little more reasonable in pricing for budget purposes. Thank you speedy septic for making the time to come out to us. We do appreciate it.

    I highly recommend Speedy Septic for any septic pumping need you may have. Each time Ive needed them to come out to pump the black water tank in my RV Ive been able to get same day, or next day service. In addition, the drivers have been excellent at communicating their ETA as well as doing an efficient job of emptying the tank while being careful about doing it in such a way that no damage is done to the RV tank. They have all been courteous and helpful as well.

    While the service itself was exceptional, and communication was consistent regarding time and when to expect arrival; it would have been nice to be informed of the final total of charges before proceeding to charge the credit card we had on file. Please note we are renters and the home owner was the person responsible for payment and it was their card being charged.Other than that, they did a great job and were in and out no problem.

    Iā€™ve used Speedy a couple of times. First time was solving an issue that the previous installers could not seem to diagnose to solve, causing the backyard to have gases from the new tank. Speedy showed why the issue developed, and used a smoke test to prove the issue was resolved when they were done. They have been great at communicating and have been very professional. I donā€™t call anyone else anymore.

    I very rarely leave reviews and leaving one for a plumber wouldnt normally be on my radar but in this case I am going to make an exception. We had a problem with our sewage sump pump over the weekend. We were sure we were looking at thousands to fix the issue and after a number of calls were sure we wouldnt be able to flush or shower for days. Until we called Speedy. Bryan Dowling and his team came the very next afternoon and were on-time. They came fully equipped to deal with the issue from pumping the tank to replacing a pump if needed which I have found to be rare. And they were well trained, honest, and professional throughout the process. And to put icing on the cake, they gave us a fair deal for the work that was done. At the end of the day, these guys deserve a lot of credit. You can tell they listen to the old-timers and they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Speedy and especially Bryan Dowling to anyone in need of septic or sewage repairs.

    Scheduler was very friendly and flexible on working with our schedule, talked us through their services and set us up with a pretty great deal. Richard Morales, came and did a very professional job, great attitude, and didnt mind my nosy watching, as well as answered question about the system. Took into consideration our financial problems and gave us a small discount since he wasnt able to drain both sides of the septic tank. Gave us meaningful advice on how to take care of our system and how to do our own work on it so both sides can be drained next time. Will use them again when it is time to drain the system again. Thank you all for doing an amazing job, first time having to call and have this type of service done so it was a wonderful experience.

    Speedy replaced my septic tank 7 years ago and they pumped the tank today. I was having issues with my shower and it turned out to be a plug before the main line. They pumped my tank and ran a camera up the pipe to insure that there were no issues. They arrived just when they said they would and weā€™re very efficient and pleasant.

    Great customer service from appointment setting to communication about arrival time. Septic pumped and maint/cleaning of screen, etc done for our pump style septic system.Not a reflection of the guys that came out(they did well), but I think the pump system maintenance portion is too expensive at 425.00 additional after pumping fees per gallon. This cost may be industry standard, but its steep for the entire septic pump and maintenance taking an hour. (We were told the cost prior to service)We like the work Speedy Septic had done for us over the years at multiple locations.

    My overflow alarm on my septic system was going off & I called Speedy Septic to see if they could send someone out to analyze the problem & pump my tank! Shannon was very courteous & booked an appointment for the following day!Jake, their technician & his helper were very thorough in analyzing everything including my sand filter. He patiently explained everything to me as he went & it turned out that I had two bad switches inside the tank which he replaced.After pumping the tank, he washed everything down including cleaning the filters & buttoned everything up so I have a reliable functioning system again!I was very pleased with every aspect of their work performance & the results were better than expected!     The friendly folks at Speedy Septic lived up to thier namesake.We have lived in our home for 4 years. The previous owner had the septic tank serviced so we didnt worry about it.On Sunday, we noticed a foul smell like raw sewage coming from the sink in the laundry room.I figured it probably had to do with the Septic tank. Did some research online to verify my assumption.I looked at all the 5 star reviews Speedy Septic had on Google and called them.To my surprise, a nice lady answered and set us up for service the following day!They showed up right on time.They showed me how much solid waste was in the tank. Nearly to the top...They offered to waive my service call fee since I agreed to use themThey got to work.     We are on a septic tank. Our house drain lines backed up. Waited for 5 days for plumber to clear the line, but their snaking did not clear it. Called Speedy Septic. Ryan and Justin came out the next day and did some troubleshooting. They figured out where it was clogged in the septic tank and cleared it up. What we really appreciated was that there was no charge for the service since Speedy had just pumped the tank two months ago, plus they spent some time helping us understand how to best manage the system in the future. These services are expensive and we much appreciated that they stood by their work.

    Jason figured out exactly what was causing our toilets, shower, etc to fail. We didnā€™t need the septic tank pumped. He found there was a clog and took care of that. He scoped the line from the house to our tank and showed us the grease build-up. He used a power jet to clean that line.     A HUGE shoutout to Speedy Septic!!! Weā€™re (our family and my parents)staying in Gresham in our trailers until itā€™s safe to come home due to the Riverside and Dowty Rd fires. Speedy Septic answered the phone themselves, no answerg service. I asked for help on a Saturday, and I an 75 miles away from them. They responded in less than 2 hours, truly an awesome experience.Great company!!!

    On May 25th 2013 Kyle Martin and his co-worker Tim came to my home..Kyle was very on the ball with the whole operation!     Septic system inspection done for a buyer of property today. It was preformed by two young men (whoā€™s names I donā€™t have) they were on time, efficient, very informative and professional.     I had to replace my septic tank completely. Two young men Dillon and Nate were the principal workers on the job. I would like to say they were the most capable men I have had the good luck to ever meet. Not only were they very hard workers but displayed excellent skills in their field. I cannot say enough about their work and how quickly they accomplished an extremely difficult installation. I would recommend Speedy Septic to anyone who need service in this field.
