We needed a whole-house water filtration system installed, and Hayden did an excellent job from start to finish. He provided a detailed quote based on our needs, and while he wasn’t the lowest bid, his pricing was very reasonable. He promptly answered all of my inquiries, which is why we chose him, and he did not disappoint. The installation was top-notch. Hayden even added a faucet after the shut-off valve, something we hadn’t considered originally, but will be convenient for changing filters. Additionally, he discovered that our builder had left a cap (only had small hole) in the drain that could cause possible flooding, and he removed it, saving us from potential issues. Hayden was professional, well-organized, respectful (he took off his shoes!), and cleaned up everything after completing the job. I highly recommend him! -

Hayden was quick and efficient at installing the dishwasher we had delivered. We had to hire an outside plumber to install due to cabinetry between the sink/disposal and dishwasher.The price was incredibly fair and honest (we had been quoted up to 5x what we paid).The only slight problem is that the disposal hose was run in front of the disposal, so we have the hose hanging down a little bit from under our sink. This wouldnt be a problem whatsoever, but that is where we keep our garbage can, so weve been hitting the hose when putting garbage in the can. We should have clarified that and also should have noticed it before Hayden left.Its not a big problem, and everything else was handled perfectly!I would definitely recommend Rattlesnake Plumbing! -

When our water heater kicked the bucket, we acquired three different bids to replace it. We went with Rattlesnake Plumbing because they were the most transparent, professional, and knowledgeable during the initial bids, not to mention half the price of the other two bids for the same job. He even talked us out of the unnecessary upgrades the earlier two bids tried to sell us. Their work was super fast, clean, and they even fixed a few minor unrelated things along the way. I will always choose Rattlesnake in the future. I believe we got high quality work for an honest and fair price, thousands less than the other bids. Rattlesnake is now my go to. I highly recommend. -

I had four other plumbers back out the second I mentioned the house was built in the 50s. He put me on the schedule and finished the job exactly as we discussed. Very fast and professional service. Our water heaters went bad and needed quick service. Rattlesnake started on the job within a few days when the other plumbing contractors took a week to get the bid done. They installed a tankless heater heater in my home and did a great job. The service was some of the best plumbing work I have had and a cost well below other competitors. 5/5 stars. Would recommend to anyone in the Wasatch front. -
