Couldnt have been more of a seamless process! I needed a new water heater so I called Plumbing Pros based off their glowing reviews and I wasnt disappointed. When I initially called, Brianne was very helpful, concise and professional. She was able to get me in touch with Gary via text and within a couple of hours, he was already calling me to go over the job. Pricing was fair and competitive and lucky for us they were able to squeeze us in the very next day! They showed up early, removed our old tank, got the new tankless heater in within 3 hours. Even managed to fix a couple of other minor issues around the house while they were here. Everyone went above and beyond and we couldnt be happier. Thank you!

I have used Plumbing Pros exclusively for five years now. Gary, the owner is wonderful and he is often on jobs himself. Every other plumber that has come out has been knowledgeable and professional and skilled. Response time is amazing - just a few minutes each time before they get back to me. I had an issue this week and they were here in under an hour and fixed everything perfectly. Prices are fair and I trust them completely - I can’t speak highly enough about this company. They never push you to do something that isn’t necessary and help to educate me each time. You can’t go wrong with Plumbing Pros!!

My first time using Plumbing Pros was in 2016, and I have used them at least 4 times since. Gary has handled all sorts of plumbing issues for me: leaky faucet, installing a new shower, unclogging kitchen sink pipes, installing a new garbage disposal. He is quick to respond and has always made an effort to get to my issues as quickly as possible (even an emergency over July 4th weekend). He and his assistant are always kind, professional, and friendly. His prices are reasonable and the quality of work is fantastic.

Woke up this morning to a cracked pipe in my garage attic due to freezing from the extreme cold this weekend. Pro Plumbing came out within an hour of my call. Fixed the the pipe and charged me a very reasonable price. They could have easily charged extra for the work since this was the day after Christmas, but they didnt. Really appreciate that they also gave me a recommendation for who could help me address the insulation issues around the pipes.

Boy am I thankful I got the camera inspection done. Being able to visually inspect the clog and entire drain line was extremely reassuring. Ive used Plumbing Pros a few times, our master shower was clogged and Plumbing Pros came out for a few visits starting with easy fixes and moving to more difficult repairs. They also replaced our extractor pump the morning after it failed. Luckily the alarm alerted us to the issue, before it became a real problem. Today they fixed a leaking drain pipe and were in and out in less than 15 minutes. They have been fairly priced and trustworthy, and I have recommended them to friends.

Desperately needed to find someone to fix our sewer line blockage. Requested multiple quotes but no one was available. The total time the entire thing took from phone call to working sewer line was probably an hour MAX. I have never seen someone be so punctual and so efficient. I called early morning, and they were here by the afternoon. Gary called to update me on their ETA, which was appreciated. They quickly got the clog cleared, and gave me a 90 day warranty on the work.I called here first because a few months ago, we had some awful smells coming from the laundry room drain every time we ran the washer. He told me to put some vegetable oil in the drain and did not charge me for the visit! The next day, he even followed up to see if it had solved the issue. Gary, from plumbing pros was one of the quotes I promptly received back. He contacted my husband to coordinate repairs, and came out same day that evening. I was out running errands, so I did not get to interact with him directly, but my husband was very pleased with the service (and he is not easy to please). He said the guys was friendly, professional, quick, and most importantly, honest. You don’t get great customer service to often in the home repair world, so it was refreshing to be provided such great service. Happy to say I have a plumber go to from now on. Hopefully not soon, but Plumber Pro definitely has our business in the future.

I called plumbing pro’s with a leaking kitchen sink / garbage disposal and Gary returned my call in minutes and as soon as he finished upAnother job he stoped by and took a quick look at what we were dealing with. He recommended a new disposal as I knew our disposal was on it’s last leg. He pointed out a couple other plumbing issues as the dishwasher drain was not up to code and fixed this when installing the new disposal. The customer service was excellent. We had an emergency issue with our primary sump pump, and back up pump not working. Of course it happens during a very hard rain storm. We called Plumbing Pros at 4 in the afternoon and they were at our house within 15 minutes. They immediately removed both failing pumps and replaced it with a temporary pump to get through the storm. They returned first thing the next morning and installed the new primary and battery back up pump system. The job was finished by 9 AM and was completed very quickly, and very professionally.

My kitchen sink backed up and it was horrible. I called a plumber who came out several days later. He snaked the disposal, gave me some toxic chemical to pour down the sink and charged over $200. It probably took him 10 minutes. Flash forward a few months...same problem. This time I called Plumbing Pros and Gary came to the house. He snaked the sink and discovered the previous plumber had caused an obstruction. He then went to my basement and cleaned out the pipes in the ceiling. The smell and mess were awful. Gary cleaned everything too and charged less than the other guy for far more work. Since then he has patched leaks, installed toilets and done other work for us. I will never call anyone else.

Gary and his crew replaced my gas powered water heater at a price that was competitive with other quotes I had received. They replaced the water valve and gas valve, everything needed was included in the price, there were no extra charges. While they were there they even cleared a basement floor drain that they discovered was mostly clogged at no charge. This work was completed six months ago and there have been no issues.

Found this company on Google and I sent a message via text on Google. Gary responded a lot quicker than I expected, especially on a Sunday with the Bears/Packers game on. I requested a Monday appt. to take a look at my ejector pump or whatever might be causing water in my basement. Pete came out and my pump was working like it should, and no water was coming up from drain. If it isnt broken, dont fix it. Pete suggested that I get a water alarm, just in case it happened again. At the time we didnt know what caused the water. The alarm that he suggested woke me up the next morning, and I was able to record what was happening. I called and Pete was dispatched back out. The issue was taken care promptly. The water alarm suggestion saved my morning and my carpet. Pete wore a mask and shoe covers, and explained all that was going on. I highly recommend this Company. Upon moving into our town-home we discovered that there was a problem in our upstairs bathroom. Every time we showered there was water leaking through the ceiling into our half bath below. Gary was on time and was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. We are finally able to use our shower again! He also helped us diagnose another issue with the upstairs bath and give us a recommendation for someone who could help us fix it. I would highly recommend his services!

Our shower fixture broke. Replacing it was not as easy as just ordering the part,s since the company that made the fixture & replacement parts had been bought out many times over. Pete figured out exactly what was wrong & with a lot of hours of Gary tracking down the part, Pete was able to fix the shower. We also have an independent hand held in the same shower which many plumbers have checked out over the last 9 years & while they might have gotten it working again temporarily (due to the ‘crazy’ installation of it), only Pete has gotten it to work again permanently. Given the parts were so difficult to track down & with the mailing system being so nuts during Covid-19, I also appreciated the communication updates. This is the ONLY company I will use moving forward. Fantastic in every way!!!!!

These guys rock. Gary the owner is a straight shooter and has a great crew of plumbers. I had a major main drain issue - tons of roots - was close to needing to spend $6k to bust through my driveway and repair. Plumbing Pros couldnt get through the roots on day 1, but then Gary came over with a bit more equipment and they rocked it - took them a few hours, but they cut through some pretty thick 2 inch roots that had grown a crazy system in my main drain.Anyway - Im very grateful for Gary and his crew at Plumbing Pros. Other companies would just start digging and quote $5-7k - but you could see Gary do everything his team could to get the job done before digging. Turned a $7k job into only around $1k - and he also took the time to show me the condition of the main line, how to continue to take care of it with root chemicals, etc.Great team - dont hesitate to call them.
