We woke up Yesterday morning with low water pressure which resulted in no water as the day went on. We were recommended to call Johns Well Drilling and the person I spoke with on the phone arranged for Corey to come out to our house within three hours. Corey took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and patiently answered all our questions. His expertise was clear, and I felt reassured knowing we were in capable hands. He demonstrated great attention to detail while keeping the work area clean and safe.What impressed me the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They kept us informed throughout the whole process as not only did we have a pump issue but ended up needing a new pressure tank as well. Even at almost 7 at night they fixed everything! After the installation, they provided valuable tips on well maintenance, which I truly appreciated.Overall, I highly recommend John’s Well Drilling for anyone in need of well services. From the time they answered the phone to the completion of the service their professionalism, quality workmanship, and dedication to their customers set them apart from the competition. I want to start by saying Shannon was awesome! She gave us so much helpful information and we would have been lost without her. She sent some gentlemen out right away, and they were so helpful, professional, and friendly. We had water for the 1st time in a couple of weeks. Even though we decided to connect to Artisian, Shannon referred us to a company to help us with that process, and they were great as well. We are so grateful and appreciative for all you did for us! I really cant give them enough credit. My old well pump and tank had a lot of issues. They lent me the tools to get it patched until the replacement parts came in. When the parts came in, I gave them a call, and they were there the next morning putting them in for me. Great company, I highly recommend them!

We had an issue with our showers and facets sputtering. I was concerned about our well drying up. I emailed to get someone to come out and take a look. I spoke with shannon. I explained our situation and I was panicking we needed a new well and she was very nice and said we will come look and let’s not panic and jump to a new well it could be a small fix. John and Shannon came out a day later. And came and fix the problem and was very thorough when talking to us about what they were doing and what they see! I would definitely recommend them!

My well cap was hit by a vehicle in the middle of the night and I called them early morning around 6:30 and they were here within the hour and instead of just replacing cap they inspected it for me and the entire pvc was cracked all the way down to the well itself. They pulled my pump out which had a ton of dirt and cracked pvc in it and fixed that too while still having my water back on by 10ish am. I am glad that even though I initially had to pay for it I will get it back through the drivers insurance but I have nothing but good things to say about the timing and how they didn’t just do bare minimum to make sure my well was properly fixed. I will be recommending them to everyone

Make Johns your first call. Our well started losing pressure on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I just figured it was the pump switch and since we were going to spend turkey day elsewhere I decided to change it on Friday. Well, I was wrong and by Saturday afternoon the pump had failed completely. You dont realize how much you need water until you dont have any. Fortunately, we have relatives close and spent Saturday night with them. Before I left home, I called Johns. The call went to the answering machine but I did not leave a message. I figured it was a holiday weekend and they were out of the office. When I woke on Sunday, they had texted my phone to ask how they could help. I briefly explained the problem and received a call from the owner within the 15 minutes. We talked for a few minutes and he said he could have his crew to my house in by noon. I was worried about the emergency fee many service providers charge. He let me know he does not do that. They were at my house before noon and got to work immediately. They confirmed that the pump had indeed failed and set about replacing it. The water was running within an hour or so. I could not be more pleased with the level of service and attention to details.

Shannon and John are the nicest people. Had a main water line bust at night and gave them a call. Without even a hesitation they were out to check the issue. My family and I are grateful cause we couldn’t use any water and from the time they were out here to the time it was fixed was about 15 minutes to have water flowing again. Thank you guys for what you do and I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs a new well or repairs.

John showed up after being outside in the cold on another job, drove at least an hour to my house to give me an estimate. The weather was calling for snow and freezing temperatures and said he would his best to get my well in in two days weather permitting. Well on the day he was supposed to drill it snowed, he showed up with his crew and got the well casing in and chlorinated. By the time he finished this part the weather was terrible. We agreed he should leave and come back in 2 days to finish. He came back and finished as promised. The crew cleaned up and made things look great. He was also very fair with the price. I had noticed an issue with my water pressure, called Johns Well Drilling. They were prompt and at my house within a day. Immediately identified the problem which was myPressure tank and pump. They proceeded to replace everything and clean my well all within 4 hours. Very professional crew and all very polite. Showed up to the job with everything that was needed . Quick and easy fix. What an amazing experience! We had a well installed 20 years ago and suddenly had no water and the breaker was tripping. My first point of contact was with Shannon and she is incredibly knowledgeable. She provided me with a great deal of information about my pump and what the possible issues might be. I asked do a I need an electrician or a well repair? We narrowed it down, after a number of critical questions and was provided instruction as to contact them when the breaker tripped a second time without re-setting it. When it did I called and John arrived at my home with-in 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed our problem and installed new wiring from the well pump to the bladder. 2 hours later I had water. Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable company. Thank you so much to Johns Well Drilling for the quick response and pleasant experience, which have become far and few these days.

I 100% recommend them they came out on a Sunday our water pump broke. They did not leave until everything was working they double checked everything was good to go. If you think Johns Well Drilling is all about wells then you will be making a BIG mistake. They are my FIRST phone call when I have any water related issues in my home. From replacing my well, to installing a stick pump for my dogs, to replacig my bladder tank in my crawl space, to fixing the pressure stuck filter on my softerner system, to helpig me find a company to refinish my wood table, to making me feel like Im a priority by responding and understanding my needs with SAME DAY service and NO overcharges - Johns Well Drilling is the all time greatest. John’s Well Service is a very reputable family owned company. I had them come out at 8pm for a problem with my Well and they were there for 15mins and figured out the problem. They advised me it was not my Well I have a fault in my electrical system leading to the Well. So I called Scaggs Electric and they were there for 15mins and found the fault and fixed it in 3 hours. I cannot say enough about John’s Well service, very honest and reputable.

After being taken advantage of by a local, long standing plumbing company, I was desperate to find an answer. Original company never fixed the real problem, sent out 2 people, 2 days replaced a bunch of parts and charged me outrageously. Almost a month later, I was still having a problem. Original company told me they had to dig up the front yard: rental of backhoe, more workers and more parts = more money. I was beside myself. I called Johns Well Drilling and an angel (Shannon) answered. She knew exactly what I was talking about and offered to come by the next day. She came with her crew, two trucks, backhoe and hoses. She diagnosed the problem quite easily. She had all the tools, parts, equipment they may have needed for whatever the problem would have been. They had their A game on and it showed just how professional they are. Shannon had her guys do the work, then they backwashed my well and sanitized it. She then told me what she was charging me - I was so grateful for her honesty, integrity, and kindness. Women today need people like Shannon. She is a gift to us and hopefully her company knows her true value. I cant stop telling everyone I know about Johns Well Drilling and the day they saved me my sanity!

I called Megees plumbing late afternoon on June 29th because I had no running water. It was determined to be a well issue. They were unable to help me and recommended that I call John Well Drilling. I called immediately that evening and Shannon picked up the phone on the second ring. She was already on a job and getting ready to leave that site. She told me based on what I told her that they would be out first thing in the morning. The next day, before 8:30 that morning, Shannon was here with a complete crew. They diagnosed the problems - the bladder pump and the well pump. They worked carefully as a team and were done under 2 hours. They were professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

He assessed the problem and was ready to get to work but I had to first locate the well head which was buried. By the time I was able to find it there was not enough time to get it done that day so him and his crew were out first thing Sunday morning and I had water by about 2pm. What a great company! Having two wells on our property, we have had our share of issues over the years. From pumps that need to be replaced, to water testing to trimming and capping a well top that had been hit by a customer-Johns Well Drilling has always been to my house promptly and fixed my issues quickly and with out added expenses! Excellent company. John and Shannon took extra care to make sure our well was perfect for us. Our project was a little more in depth, due to our well needing to be a deep well. They took great care of us. With the well needing to be so deep, they each took multiple shifts staying out here to make sure they achieved the right depth. This was a job that took them all day and into the night doing. They didn’t take any short cuts or corners. And they made sure that our water was perfect before they left. I can’t say enough great things. They even trouble shooted our plumbing when they didn’t have to and ended up fixing a problem that should have been someone else’s job. This just goes to show that they go above and beyond and treat their customers like members of their family. John’s Well Drilling will be the only company we use and we highly recommend everyone else looking for a well company does the same.

They were all kind and professional, John took the time to explain the repairs needed and how the problem likely occurred. They got my well running better than ever! I pass their shop almost daily, sometimes more than once, and if theres a vehicle exiting they are always courteous and thoughtful of traffic.Today there was a whole convoy of trucks getting grubbed up at the smrnya wawa. All of them were considerate of traffic and myself who happened to be walking at the time in front of one of them, (a box truck in the Aldi parking lot. )Lots of times nowadays our individual needs get in the way of others safety. And we all have a place to be with too little time to get there. Thanks for thinking about me. Ill make sure to think of them when we need someone.

Good company, drill guy or lever man knows his work ,I wish they would do the electrical and connect to the sprinkler system because my sprinkler guy does not do electrical so now I have to hire a electrician and a the sprinkler guy. Its to many people.I would rather give the money to one company on company. The should consider the complete system my well has not purpose until I two more contractors or find another sprinkler guy.
