We have had Air temp Solutions and couple years now. They have always make sure things were good top to bottom. They are always on time and no matter what tech we get they always are polite and take the time to explain things. This time we had a major issue with out furnace a crack was found that had been leaking carbon monoxide. Mike , the tech, went and after talking to his bosses were trying to figure out what would be the most cost effective way to proceed. With the help of their finance person and the owner we got a heat tape system for our heat pump. They kept me in the loop about getting the part in and when they are on their way. Their customer service people are really nice..no matter how many times I had questions they always got the answer. I wouldnt got to another company

During a recent Hot Water Heater replacement by Air Temp Solutions, I received outstanding customer support from Rachel Wardell throughout the entire process - she was very professional, informative, and displayed a positive, uplifting and caring disposition. The service tech - Gary Bradshaw provided quality and professional service during the installation process. His attention to detail was spot on, ensuring every detail of the task was completed professionally and by code. I was very satisfied and pleased with the team at Air Temp Solutions and would highly recommend them for your AC, Heating & Plumbing needs.

Gary was very professional, extremely friendly and helpful. He explained to me about my heating system, and how well it was operating and functioning. Unfortunately, he had to give me the bad news that a part was going bad, but was very sympathetic to my plight about the cost of the part, once he was able to obtain that. I look forward to working with Gary and his company in the future.

Our service started with Jarrod coming out to look at our system and he gave us an estimate on a new ac unit. Jarrod was so polite and respectful of our home and our time. He was open and honest with pricing and what it included. Beings as it was summer, they were booked out a little while, and it was HOT and our unit was on borrowed time. Jarrod didnt hesitate and said while we waited for our appointment, Air Temp would provide us portable units or fix one of the issues with the current unit to help it last until the new install. Sure enough, a few days went by and a team was here putting a new starter in it along with freon! The team came and did the install, they were amazing!!! Polite, funny, knowledgeable and made sure they cleaned any mess they made. They installed a new wifi thermostat in which has been a lifesaver! Last but not least, we had to make a few calls to the call center for minor issues not related to the service, and the girls there handled it in a quick and respectful manner. So thankful we went with Air Temp! If youre in the market for a new system, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My wife and I were not happy with our previous HVAC service company. After a little research we decided to give Air Temp Solutions a try. After 2 visits we know we made the right choice. We are now on their maintenance plan. Our 1st visit was David Blackburn for our AC maintenance. It was a pleasure having him service our AC. He was very thorough, explained everything completely, and even gave us good tips for our system. And very friendly too. We would love to have him for future maintenance. Our 2nd visit was Kemmar Higgins for our HVAC duct and vent cleaning. Once again it was a pleasure having him service our vents and ducts. He was very thorough and took the time to clean everything completely. And also very friendly too. We could tell he did a great job and also put everything back very nicely. Definitely would recommend him to anyone. My wife and I are glad we found a great service team.

A phenomenal experience. I had used Hutchinson in the past and was very dissatisfied. The tech came with someone he was training for a heater maintenance service. Their focus was getting me to sign a service agreement. Very unprofessional. I thought I would call a new company that was excellently reviewed. Glad I did. Jared was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, and addressed it the next day when the part came in. I will only use Air Temp Solutions Cherry Hill in the future. And I would strongly suggest anyone having a heating or air conditioning issue to give this company a call.

I recently put in a request for a quote to 5 different places through Angies list for a tune up on our heater system. Within about 15 mins I received a call from Air temp solutions. I was given a quote and was explained to me what my options were. I was very pleased with how I was treated and how knowledgeable the company was. My availability was limited and they were able to accommodate me and my schedule. The technician Jared was very professional and knowledgeable. He was honest with me and I appreciated that more than anything. There are many companies that will tell you more is wrong then what their really is. This was not the case with this company. I also appreciated that they were a small family business who are located in south Jersey. Thank you so much Jared for all your help and knowledge. I recommend Air temp solutions to all customers who want honestly, affordability and knowledgeable service. We will be calling again in the future.

They were very professional. Tim and Ryan did an amazing job. They answered all my questions and explained everything. They replaced my HVAC isysytem which is a unique system. They were very patient with me with my concerns/questions. I highly recommend them. The office staff was very informative and kept me up to date with the scheduling and made sure i was ok and they took care of me and my family.

I highly recommend Air Temp Solutions. I have used them since 2019, when they ended up replacing our HVAC system. This year they ended up cleaning our vents and doing preventative maintenance on our HVAC system (AC in spring and heating today (10/13/22). Air Temp Soluntikns even installed our tankless hot water heater (one of the best purchases ever). A+ service and professionalism.

The Air Temp Technician was very professional. He introduced himself first through a cell phone text and then when greeted at the front door. He was very friendly and knew exactly what we needed done. He had two things to do on the work order-- 1. Fall Checkup on HVAC; and 2. Clean Dryer Vent. The technician successfully did the check on the HVAC. The Dryer Vent cleaning was more difficult given the setup of my Dryer Vent. The Technician evaluated the Dryer Vent by using a camera to see if excessive lint was embedded in the Vent. Turns out that the Dryer Vent was fairly clean and not in need of cleaning. We postponed the cleaning to a later date. Air Temp Solution did not charge me for evaluating the condition of my Dryer Vent which was very nice of them. I think Air Temp Solution did a great job today as they do each time they come to my home for work. Very professional company and I highly recommend them to anyone.

David Blackburn came one hour early to the schedule appointment between 12 and 2 pm. Very professional. Offered to put his mask on, but told me he was fully vaccinated. Put little booties on his shoes, so he wouldnt get my carpet dirty. I showed him where the heater was in the basement and he double and triple checked the work to make sure it was the part that he suspected that had gone bad. Excellent work very precise and worked within my budget range.
