Culligan offers great service. They give the customer the delivery schedule months ahead so it is easy to plan. The Service Reps are always kind and carry the water into the kitchen for me. I highly recommend Culligan.

I live in Bolivar and had a water softener, whole house filter, and RO system installed. Culligan did a phenomenal job!! They were punctual, professional and very kind. Luke was our installer and listened to any questions I had and made sure I understood his answers. He made sure everything was installed exactly where we wanted it and did it with no mess. He also made us feel as though we were his only customer of the day, he didn’t come across as rushed or bothered just there to serve us.I cannot believe how right away there is no longer any white stuff left on our sinks. I HIGHLY recommend Culligan of Dover! Their system is the best and I don’t have to change our house filter for 5 years as opposed to other units we’ve had in the past in other houses we lived in that had to be changed monthly and always left water on our floor. I also love that there is nothing under our kitchen sink for the RO~ it’s installed in the basement and runs directly to our sink and fridge and we have plenty of RO water. I also am amazed at the taste difference!! So much better tasting waterThe office is also friendly and prompt at getting back with me if I have any questions.All around great company!!

The technician did an amazing job during the install, even with all the problems that arose. Ladies in the office are super friendly and helpful. Already can notice a huge difference in the water, no build up on the shower head and faucets.

Wonderful staff excellent service they really go out of their way to make things right and take care of you! I went for years thinking I never needed softened water and my wife convinced me and I can never go back it makes such a difference. My dishes are cleaner my appliances are in better shape and my laundry looks great.

I want to rave on the gentlemen who came two weeks ago to fix our system! After a power outage, we noticed orange in our tub several days later. A quick phone call sent a young man out to look at it. He was EXCELLENT! His customer service is what makes your product worth everything! He was so nice, fixed the problem, and showed me what to do in the future! He didnt make me feel dumb, he was understanding and super easy to talk to. THIS is what makes your business thrive, the people out meeting the people!!!

If you have water with alot of Iron (the kind that turns everything orange ) this is the place to turn to ,for the little bit I pay monthly doesnt come close to what I used to spend in new appliances (dishwashers, washing machines ect ) the $ for chemicals to keep my tub ,sink and toilet white ,the $ I spent at the Laundry mat to wash my white clothes ect .call them theyll work with you ,best thing I ever did!!
