A busted water pipe lead to a water soaked hot water heater! I called Pete’s Plumbing and sent pictures of the tank. Within 30 minutes he sent an estimate. His crew arrived with the new tank and installed it within 4 hrs. You never know what hot water means until you don’t have it! Great Job Pete’s Plumbing!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Pete was super responsive and communicative, very fast, offered great pricing and even price breaks. I had a leaky pipe in October, he sent someone right out to fix it. I just recently had other emergency plumbing issues arise twice in one week each time he tended to them IMMEDIATELY. As a first time homeowner there are tons of things I simply was not aware of, Pete took his time to explain things, steer me in the right direction and always followed up to check in on how things were working. Pete truly feels like family at this point. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs!

I called Pete back in February due to a leak from my toilet line the day before I was to travel to NC due to my Dad’s passing. Pete was kind enough to squeeze me into their tight schedule. I’d read reviews and selected his business based on the reviews. He and his team did not disappoint! He was very compassionate to my situation. What would have been a $200 job turned into more because they guys tried to troubleshoot another problem after fixing the pipe. Turns out, I may need a new line ran based on the install by the previous owners who built onto the house. Pete gave me a price break on the added expense as well!Pete’s guys also fixed an issue with my walk in shower in my other bathroom while they were there. They were on time, professional, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. I felt so bad that they had to be reschedule another job because mine took so long, so I treated them to lunch.Pete even came out to troubleshoot when the guys couldn’t figure out the issue. He gave me options for the follow up work. He even suggested I call another plumber for a second opinion just in case. That makes him super trustworthy to me and I didn’t feel the need to call anyone else. I’ve lived in the area for 3 years, and I’ve had my share of less than honest tradesman and contractors. I totally trust his judgment.Once I save enough to do the additional work needed, Pete and his team are the ones I’ll be calling!

I called Pete’s Plumbing and talked to Pete. He asked some pointed questions about the issue and basically knew what he would need to do from my answers. Brian and Alex came, completed phase 1 of the repair quickly and talked about coming the next day to finish. Showed up as expected and finished what was needed. Unfortunately we ran into issues but they stayed longer until the job was done. Both Brian and Alex were respectful, they wore their masks in my house and presence, they kept socially distant and the best thing, they cleaned up after themselves! I would highly recommend Pete’s and will call them again if I need a plumber in the future.
