Lived in house for 5 years and had multiple people/companies come and always a problem with hot water. Franks came to clean coil (same day called for service) and said some valve was bad, replaced it for $75. Hot water is now too hot, we love it. Great Job.

From top to bottom their staff is amazing. Marissa is such an awesome and wonderful person. Chris and Anthony were both super thorough with going through the product, explaining the pros and cons of each product. They put aside trying to over sell to provide me with what is essential and needed for my home. I have already started recommending them to my neighbors who were inquiring. Can’t say enough good things about the whole staff.

Service was fantastic. Orlando was extremely knowledgeable about hard water, build up in boiler coils and preventative maintenance. Very upfront with pricing and was very fair. Receptionist Melissa was so accommodating and it was the first time in a long time that I felt fully heard and satisfied after making my appointment. My husband and I will be setting up an appt to have a water softener installed. I definitely recommend Franks!

Weve had issues with the boiler since weve moved in. This time around, needed a coil cleaning (overdue). Called Franks and scheduled an appointment. There were some issues and they needed to move me around, unsure if theyd still be able to come (mind you I have a complicated schedule to accommodate). Fortunately they were able to come on the day I had hoped. Orlando came and was awesome. He was a great help. He took the time to explain his concern and go over his recommendations and what he thought was best to make sure we got the most out of his job. He was up front with the pricing before he began the work. I even talked with a plumber friend of mine who has helped me recently with other issues, he knew exactly what Orlando needed to do, and said that even he couldnt beat the price for the additional work to be done. My wife took a shower shortly after and said it was perfect. Super happy with their work and trust their recommendations.

Moved into my new house and noticed I had a steam boiler. Literally had no idea what a steam boiler was, and I had no water, so I called up franks coil cleaning to see if they could help. Nick came out next day and assessed what was going on. He cleaned the coil, and explained my steam boiler to me. About 45m later I got hot water for my shower. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Very pleased with the service from Franks. Orlando was the tech who came to my house and he was very knowledgeable. He took the time to do a thorough inspection of my system before we got started and explained what he was doing every step of the way. When he was done with the cleaning he again took time to talk with me and we discussed potential maintenance items. Very pleased with the service. I hope all of the techs are as good as Orlando.

Had an appointment with Franks Coil Cleaning today. Wonderful service man, Orlando, came and fixed the problem. Was prompt, polite, cleaned up as he went and answered ALL of my questions. Did a very thorough job and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I called Franks Coil Cleaning because my hot water low pressure. They sent Orlando to fix my problem. He is a professional and nice worker. He explained me with my questions in detail. He also checked each faucets after the cleaning done. Pretty nice. I very recommend him.

Spoke with Melissa who was very polite and Nicholas (Nick) Alegria gave us a reminder call before our appointment and showed up on time. Nicholas was very polite and made sure everything was fixed and running properly before he left and answered all our questions. Would definitely call them again for service.

I was actually referred to Franks by my furnace guy! I explained that I had been noticing that my hot water just wasnt so hot. When I called to make the appointment, a professional woman answered the line. She was very understanding, and gave me the next available appointment...A few days later, a Technician named Orlando contacted me the morning of my appointment and told me he would be arriving in approximately 15 minutes ( - the company schedules you a time slot, so you should expect a call from your Technician for time of arrivial)Orlando was very professional. He introduced himself, explained that we would like to take a look at everything, then give me a price, and only if I am okay with it, he will begin any work. I was very please that he was going to tell me everything upfront! Once we agreed and Orland fixed my issue, my hot water seems like a dream!!! I couldnt ask for better customer service.

Nick is very responsible and taking his time. He took two hours to do our coil cleaning, and explained how it worked. I called for coil cleaning. After he did his work, he pointed out there must be something wrong with my cold water mixers which result my water pressure and temperature. He replaced it, it worked perfectly. Definitely recommended frank coil cleaning company.

Found Franks online after having a different company out that gave little improvement in my hot water. These guy not only clean the insides of my coil but the outside too. What a difference! Price was reasonable also. So to that guy that said something about their pricing, no service industry is going to give you an exact price without knowing whats needed until they get there. The quote the nice lady gave me was for a basic cleaning. That stayed the same. You cant get extra and not pay extra. And sometimes you need the extra. Thanks knowledge, service, and professionalism!!!

After having our boiler cleaned, we were told we needed the coils cleaned and this could be contributing to our decreased water temperature. We were referred to Franks Coil Cleaning. They were prompt with scheduling. When our technician arrived, Orlando, he was upfront about the cost and what might need replacement, due to normal wear and tear. He was clear in his explanation and provided options, along with pricing, to avoid future issues with our system. Highly recommend if you are running into hot water issues!

If I could give Franks Coil Cleaning 10 stars I would. I spoke with Anna who was very kind and able to get me an appointment for the next day. Nick came and went above and beyond, explaining everything along the way in terms I could understand, and leaving me with wonderful hot water again. This company definitely takes pride in their work and they really care for their customers. I could not recommend them more! Thanks Nick and Anna!!
