I recently had a great experience with Zoom Drain Denver South, and specifically with technician Shawn Woodward. From the start, the company was extremely responsive after I submitted an online form. They were professional and prompt in scheduling the appointment, which was especially appreciated since we were dealing with a basement drain backup two days before Thanksgiving—not an urgent emergency, but definitely something that needed attention.They called ahead to let us know they were running early, which was a nice touch, and arrived on time. Shawn quickly assessed the issue and provided a very reasonable quote. He completed the drain cleaning in less than 20 minutes, and everything is working perfectly now.Shawn also took the time to explain the benefits of scheduling a hydro jet cleaning service, which we plan to do after the New Year. He was polite, professional, and even earned the approval of our pugs! Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to Zoom Drain again for future needs. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate when service providers are honest with me. I had a sewer problem recently and asked for a quote. My man Isaiah came over and saw the whole thing. Not only was their price better than at least 2 other providers that came before, but he was the only one willing to explain to me what the problem was and how it could be fixed, instead of just making me sign a paper and taking my money. Honest, fair, reasonable, and FAST. I had a clog that I just couldn’t clear out in my basement on my own. My technician was Saul and I can’t speak more highly of him and the service I received. He was humble and professional, but most importantly he didn’t try to upsell me on any unnecessary services, and he was blunt in a good way about the maintenance I should be doing as a home owner and the replacements I will probably need over the next 5-10 years. He found the problem immediately, executed his course of action, and had everything working better than it had previously within a little over an hour and a half. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain and Saul in particular!

Work perfomed:A jet blast from house sewer cleanout to the street main line.Our tech, Isaiah was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and the process he going to follow. Along with what the expexcted results would be. He answered all my questions. Isaiah cleaned up job site after the work was completed. He provided the before and after video of the drain/sewer pipe so that we had a record and history of the work done.I would recommend Zoom Drain for deep jet cleaning of sewer line from house to street.

If youre having plumbing issues, call Zoom Drain now! Im selling my house and the buyer is requiring a scope of the main line to ensure there are no issues. The buyer hired another company which advised that the main line and secondary kitchen lines were both shot and quoted us 28K to completely replace. I wanted a second opinion and called Zoom Drain. The pipes were scoped and the main line was great and didnt need replacing. The secondary line was just clogged with grease which is common for kitchen Drains. Zoom Drain hydro jetted the line and cleared it out. There was no need to replace the whole line. Zoom Drain is honest, reliable and very quick to respond. Crisis diverted thanks to Zoom Drain. Shawn was so thorough, friendly and explained everything that he was doing so I was fully aware of what was happening. I definitely recommend Zoom Drain, just call them.

First of all when I first talked to the owner Eric he went above and beyond to explain their process and how they do things he gave me a range of what it could cost me and was very transparent I appreciated that whereas other companies that I called just wanted to set an appointment some were free of charge to come and take a look but others had a $50 charge to come and take a look they came out free of charge and were very reasonable in snaking my main drain along with a branch drain I definitely would recommend them and our technician Isaiah was awesome I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing needs

We had a clogged pipe and the first guy out (Saul) was very nice. He made a bit of a mess accidentally and was going to take $50 off of our charge, which was estimated to be around $300. He discovered that some of his supplies weren’t in proper condition so he told us he’d be back the next day and if we decided to water jet the pipe, it would total just over $400. When he was supposed to come, his supervisor James came instead and suddenly the price went up because we were told he’d have to camera it, and so now we were looking at almost $800. Well, he worked on it and several hours in said he’d have to “charge a bit more” because it was taking so long. I had to leave and my husband took over. I came home to a cleaned pipe, but he charged $1300. I spoke with some friends who definitely felt we’d been overcharged and recommended another company for a second opinion. Given that we paid for the video for this exact reason, we sent the video to the other company who basically said it’s worthless in black and white and Zoom Drain didn’t give us the measurements or tell us what part/parts of the pipe needed repaired or replaced. Nothing in the video footage showed any damage that the other company could see. I feel very upset because somehow this guy convinced my husband that we had to pay him $1300 for which we’d been given an estimate of around $400. If we do end up needing to do work under the house, I’m going to call another company. I’m not getting enough transparency from Zoom drain, especially since we never got an invoice or anything explaining their findings. UPDATE: The owner called me this morning and we talked. He also emailed me the invoice and said he’d give us a $200 refund.

To begin, I was recommended by another booked out plumbing company to reach out to Zoom Drain where I reached Lindsey. She was super helpful and patient as she scheduled a same day appointment for me to ensure me and my family were taken care of in a timely manner. She also gave me a reminder call when she knew the crew was arriving as I had previously told her when I was busy with work appointments that same day. It was both thoughtful and professional to say the least. Norm and Isaiah came by on the early end of my arrival window, and gave me and my family the peace of mind we needed! I reached out under the impression my main pipes had blocked up (due to both ignorance on my part and the issues we were seeing could have pointed to that being the issue), and both of the gentlemen thoroughly looked into the matter and took the time to explain to me what was likely causing my plumbing issues. Instead of trying to sell me on something I didn’t need, they were very up front that my plumbing was actually satisfactory and I wasn’t charged a thing. This has earned my business in the future and I will be recommending this crew/company to friends and family due to their honesty.

We had Zoom Drain come out to determine the source of water in our basement. Saul arrived on time and covered his shoes and the basement steps before taking the roto rooter down. He explained exactly what he would be doing in detail, both before and after the work. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I liked the fact that I knew exactly how much it would cost before he started the work. I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain and Saul in particular.

I called Zoom Drain to help me with really unpleasant drain issues that I was unable to fix myself (even after hours of researching and running to the hardware store for tools). I wish I had called Zoom Drain in the first place and saved myself the hassle of going the DIY route. Booking with Zoom Drain was super easy, and they could come over the next day. Our plumber was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The job got done quickly, but the plumber was meticulous in their work, and Im confident that everything was done right. The price we paid was well worth it, and Ill be calling Zoom Drain any time I have any plumbing issues in the future!
