    I called Alex about installing a Moen whole house smart shutoff valve. Due to some timing issues I needed the work done before a planned vacation. He was able to come out the next day and not only texted me that he was on his way he was on time. The work was done very professionally you can tell a skilled plumber because they solder the copper pipe and it fits the first time.

    I highly recommend Water Heater Experts if you are having any plumbing issues. These guys are my go to now. I recently had an issue with valve failures on my water heater due to a shoddy install from the previous homeowner that was causing me some grief. Alex came out the same day (and on time!) and fixed the issue. He was thorough, efficient, and clean. Best of all he explained everything he was doing and taught me a few things to keep in mind to ensure I am able to maintain and troubleshoot issues on my own. The pricing was also fair.     Great service! Our water heater failed right at the start of a long Holiday weekend but Alex from WH Experts came over the holiday to get our water heater replaced.     We came home today to water leaking into our crawl space and see our hardwood cupping only to find the water heater was leaking at a fast rate from the valve stem. We called them and they came within an hour. They had the system functional again and even took the extra step to make sure our faucet worked right because after turning the water back on the kitchen faucet didn’t have the pressure it had. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They advised us on what needed to be done in the future and were fair about the process. If you need help call them. I was very impressed with their knowledge and service. They’ll get it fixed for you right away! Thank you!

    Alex is the absolute best! He replaced our water heater years ago when we bought our house. Today we couldn’t get our pilot light to come back on, so no hot water. He replies quickly and always goes above and beyond. He came out late today to fix it for us. Always very knowledgeable, upfront with pricing, and trustworthy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would - would definitely recommend him to anybody having an issue with their water heater!

    My hot water heater went out and needed to be replaced due to age. Water Heater Experts was fast, someone came out to do an assessment and they were able to schedule the install the next day. The installation was fast and efficient and the installer was utterly professional and explained all the relevant information and what I needed to do next (Im in a city that requires permits.) Went over AO Smith’s offering of ProLine and signature Series. Recommended the version one should go with.Alex gave me the price and time(24 Hrs.) to replace. He stopped by at the designated time, replaced water heater and took the older water heater and returned to Lowe’s.Excellent service, communication and advice. I would use his services again and recommend WHE as a company.

    My water heater was 14 years old, and I was getting nervous about an eventual leak. That, and Im putting the townhouse up for sale this summer.I contacted WHEP after getting absurd quotes from a few name plumbing companies. He came over the next day to give me a quote, and it was in line with my expectations (and budget).He arrived the next morning and set to work. The job looks professional, and its now up to code.     The team at Water Heater Experts are amazing, replaced our leaking water heater the next day. Knowledgably is an understatement - they knew exactly what we needed and what type of water heater was best for our house. Fast, they knew we had an issue when the water heater started leaking in the basement, Onsite the next day and replaced. We needed additional items to be replaced that they came back to the house for, Alex was diligent about getting us back on the calendar (I was the slow one, he was all over it to make sure the work got done even when there was no cost to me).     Our water heater was failing and finally started leaking. We called several reputable companies, but settled on WHE Plumbing. We went with a new tankless water heater. WHE was able to promptly start the work within a day of the initial visit. They also found a new location for the tankless in our mechanical crawl space area to free up the utility closet that used to be occupied by our old 50 gallon tank. Very happy with the install and function of the new tankless system.

    Im so glad I called Alex when I was getting estimates for my new water heater. Most of the other guys who gave me estimates didnt want to consider what I had in mind and told me it was impractical, not viable, and would be too expensive. Alex came in and told me what to purchase, and once I had the preparation work done he installed my new electric on-demand water heater in just a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. When other plumbers would barely even listen, Alex came in and solved a problem. The new heater works great. This is the guy youre looking for.

    If you are reading these reviews contemplating a Contractor to replace your hot water heater; I did the same thing when mine went out. This company had a lot of good reviews, so I called them. They were excellent. They showed up promptly, gave accurate quotes, reasonable explanations (without trying to educate me on water heaters) and respected my home. These are your guys!     Water Heater Experts were on the AO Smith preferred contractor list. AO Smith referred me to the company for a warranty issue on a water heater we had installed earlier this year. Their next guaranteed appointment was a couple of days out, but they still tried to get me taken care of same day. Scheduled around 10AM, and they had a service tech at our house with the warranty part on the truck to get the water heater operational within a few hours. Was very happy with the turnaround time, and the services they provided. Would definitely use for our next installation service.

    This is the 2nd time I have used Water Heater Experts Plumbing. I once had them install a new water heater approximately a year ago. I found that service to be a great value.I now had a toilet leak at the base of the toilet that meets the flooring. The cost was approximately $270, which seemed high since I think I paid about $1300 for a water heater install.Alex the owner came out and he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I no longer have a toilet leak! I will continue to use this company as they are fair with pricing, honest, and do a great job.UPDATE: 12/1/2023. I was having a leak with my water heater. It turned out to be an issue with the gas valve which then in turn damaged the pressure release valve. Alex came on out and quickly diagnosed the problem. The parts were covered under the warranty, so just had to cover the labor. Alex is very knowledgeable and I will continue to keep using them in the future.

    We used Water Heater Experts to replace an 18 year old water heater in Jan 2020. Alex came out to our home and provided us a written quote the same day that we called. We received 2 other quotes from contractors prior to selecting Alex. We selected the 3 contractors based on reviews and their BBB standing. Alex was our choice because his price was competitive, he was quick to provide the quote and he was detailed in his explanation. Our water heater was installed 2 days after approving his contract. The installer, Issaid, was professional and explained everything we needed to know during and post install. The office manager, Annie, set up the inspection with the city and we passed without issue. We would use Water Heater Experts again without hesitation.

    I was extremely pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of this company. Alex and Vince do great work. We were fortunate that we didn’t have an emergency, but when I called Alex came out the same day and we had a new water heater three days later.     We had several jobs we wanted completed in 1 visit. We needed our kitchen faucet replaced, we needed our master shower caulked, and we had a big job in our 1/2 bath to take out the original pedestal sink and replace it with a 3-drawer base and custom vessel. The job was quoted and we thought the price was fair. Alex and his team were there the next day to do the work. He brought enough help to complete the job in 1 day. His team went above and beyond our expectations. They truly wanted us to be completely happy with the job they did. The 3-drawer base needed some custom carpentry work to make the drawers usable and they did a fantastic job. They installed the vessel and faucet that were all custom to a professional quality that we were extremely happy with. They even installed our new mirror.     Alex helped us out with a water leak in a spot that was difficult to access. When the slow drip turned into a fast flow he was able to change his schedule and get to us 45 minutes later.     Recently, my old water heater decided to go out with a watery splash. I searched the internet for a good company to repair or replace it and found WHE, and Im so glad I did! I called and Alex picked up fairly quickly. I texted him my info and then he came out to diagnose the water heater. Initially, I figured that we may be able to fix it, but by the next day more water was coming, so I decided to replace it. At the time of diagnosing, Alex gave me some possible very reasonable replacement quotes that he honored. I shot Alex a text with pics of the extra water the day after the diagnosis before they were open and he called me up quickly! I was surprised that hed respond before opening, but he was very accomodating and professional. By the end of the call, I was scheduled for replacement. Vince came by to do the removal and replacement, and so did Alex. Before the end of my word day, my house had hot water without any leaking. WHE are completely dependable professional folks! BK

    Went back and forth with Lowe’s for over two weeks trying to figure out which type of water heater my house needed. I have a unique vent system which requires a certain model. They ended up quoting me at $4000.Decided to call Alex at WHE - sent him a few pictures and he replied right away confirming that he could get the correct model and were able to come install it the very next day.     While having my furnace replaced, my water heater would not restart, The CIP contractor tried for several hours to restart it with no luck. His conclusion it’s old and would’ve needed to be replaced sooner or later, that was turned into now.After several web searches, filed applications for assistants, phone calls and an estimate of three thousand, I came across WHE Plumbing on YELP, and they had a BBB rating.I called and spoke with Alex, still thinking the water heater needed to be replaced, he listened and answered my questions. Still thinking I was getting a estimate, I texted my info to him and was able to get an appointment for that day.When they arrived, I told my story to Elon and his apprentice, who thought it could be air in the gas line and asked if he could try to fix it.     Our 15years old water heater stopped working suddenly so we called WHE plumbing because of the great review on google. when I called him he didnt answer the phone but he immediately texted me back and came in same to check out the issue. We discovered that we need to replace our water heater, They came two days later to install new water heater tank, because of our limited space for water heater tank we needed special tank to make it fit but they made it work without any issue. The installers were very neat, they used shoes cover to come in the house and used blanket to protect our newly installed wood floor.     Discovered water heater had stopped working and did all the diagnostics. Called WHE at 8AM and Alex arrived by 11AM. He was able to call the manufacturer for help diagnosing, got the part that was on warranty ordered and delivered the next morning. It took leas than 30 minutes. Alex explained that I could install the part myself, saving an additional service charge. It took me 5 minutes to install when the part arrived. Initially consulted Alex for water heater replacement and while reviewing our system he was willing to check out our sump system due to my concerns about its functionality and might not be up to code. I had an issue with my water heater - he came over to check it out on a Sunday late evening at no cost and told me it was most likely done and he can come back to replace it. Comes back the on Tuesday to replace it and start unhooking everything, after an hour of unhooking everything he then realizes there was a water leak in my hose pipe that leaked into the furnace and my furnace may not be done with and he could just replace the pilot light in which he did at NO COST!     WHE installed a new residential hot water heater at my home a year ago. They were polite, informative, prompt, professional, clean AND provided the best quote of the half dozen other plumbing contractors I contacted. They also didn’t charge me for pulling the online building permit with the city — something the other contractors charged $30 to do. Anyway, fast forward, and the thermal expansion tank they installed, newly require by city code, failed a few days before the one-year warranty on materials and workmanship (standard, no extra cost) expired. A WHE service tech came right over and replaced it without any charge. Very nice to do business with an honest, trustworthy contractor in an industry where questionable costs and up sells can be common. Good job guys!

    Water Heater Experts Plumbing LLC (WHE) came to our house for repairs on out tankless hot water heater. They came and called Navien, who manufactured the water heater, and diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts within a few minutes. They returned the following week and installed the new part in a few minutes and we are back up and running. We had another repair service out the week before we found WHE, and they said the unit was in horrible shape and may need to be replaced. WHE came and went right to the manufacturer to diagnose the issue and do the repair. Very impressed with their honesty and efficiency.Would strongly recommend!

    Overall they did a good job installing our new water heater. The price was fair. The only complaints I have are1. They had to remove the utility door to get into the furnace room and they also removed several items. They did not put the items back in the closet or reinstall the door.2. The had to turn off the main water value. They told me they had a problem with the main water value leaking and I thought they had fixed the drip. After they left it was still dripping. I think they could have offered to replace or repair the value since they are in the plumbing business. This was over a week ago and I still have a small drip. Looks like I will have to replace the valve.

    Initially I had Water Heater Experts out to inspect my leaking and partially clogged kitchen drain. They showed me where the garbage disposal was cracked (causing the leak) and recommended a product that would help the gurgling sound coming from the drain (which I had assumed was a partial blockage). Within a week of getting the product (online, not from the WHE) the drain works great, just had they had advised. While they were out I had them look at the hot water heater. I knew when I bought my place 4 yrs ago that the hot water heater was older and wouldnt last forever. Upon inspection they found it was 15 years old -- and I could see the corrosion without them pointing it out. We scheduled a time to replace the hot water heater (which involved unstacking and moving my washer & dryer to get to it), they gave me a quote and returned as scheduled. The new hot water heater is amazing! Im so glad I found WHE to come out and do these very necessary repairs. I highly recommend Alex and his team!

I put in a request at 2:00am for a non-emergent issue and Alex messaged me at 7:00 informing me he could be out to our place by 8:00 to take a look at replacing our refrigerator valve.He showed up on time and was able to complete the job the same day!
