    This is the third time I’ve used ultimate heating and cooling in the past few years and they did not disappoint. They were able to fit me in the same day to look at my furnace that was working intermittently at best on our first major snow day. Jacob quickly identified the problem (flame sensor issue), offered to do a safety check at no extra charge so I could see the condition of the inside of my furnace. No other issues came of that, just some peace of mind. Highly recommend Jacob who was courteous and efficient. Will use again!!

    Once again, Sam and Jorge, we thank you for the excellent job you did installing our new upstairs heating unit.They are the same team, with Ultimate Heating and Cooling, that replaced our downstairs unit. We personally requested them to do the job because of their professionalism. They are extremely tidy and provided excellent technical instructions on how to operate our new thermostat. We highly recommend Sam and Jorge. They rank a #5 out of 5.

    We called Ultimate to diagnose our furnace and some rusted pipes. Turns out the old installers years ago used the wrong pipes and cut a ton of corners. Kelly did an amazing job of explaining what happened and what needed to be done. What could have been a very stressful ordeal was significantly less so. Kyle was able to come out the next day, got us an estimate without pushing us in any direction, and the day after Jacob came by to install. What we thought would take nearly 10 hours of work they were able to complete in about 4.5. Very professional, kind, and comfortable. I will absolutely be using Ultimate again.

    Kelly was great. He had bad news to share (we have a cracked heat exchanger) and felt bad about having to deliver it even though it is not his fault. He showed me the crack to validate the need and prove Ultimate is not a shady contractor. I felt very comfortable with Kelly and his assessment.

    Water heater went out right before Thanksgiving. They were able to come out and assess and get me up and running before the Holiday. Attention to detail, great communication.     Mike Bump, tech, promptly diagnosed my AC issue-Air Handler shutting down when fluid not draining, a safety mechanism. Another company came out and had no clue. I continue to have positive experience with Ultimate for 13 years on the A/C side. The costs for HVAC services seem outrageous, but at least with this company, I do get positive results and they have always given me an accurate diagnosis and timely fix. They responded in a timely manner and Mike was very knowledgeable.

    David was able to get to us on very short notice to look at my hot water heater. Yes He diagnosed the problem and even called the manufacturer to check to see if it was still under warranty. Only issue I had was that he didn’t stick around after the work was done to make sure everything was working fine. Unfortunately, I came home from work, and my hot water heater was back to not working again. I called the company and David came back out later that night to get the problem resolved. Overall, I am satisfied with the work that was done.

    Updated 01/03/2025 I needed an outlet installed in my garage and since I had such a great experience with these guys, I went with them again. I usually request for quotes before deciding on accepting services. But due to how well the installation and quality went last time, I was willing to take the chance with them. I had the pleasure being assigned Mark Daniel’s again (electrician) and he did not disappoint! Not only was he able to give me a quote on the spot, he did not pressure me to get it installed through him. Bigger bonus, he was able to install it the same day! He was super tidy, quick, efficient and friendly. Everything was completed under an hour from inspection, quote, to installation. Thank you again!07/05/2024 Wow, just wow. My experience with Ultimate Heating & Cooling was amazing from start to finish. I didnt get a referral from a neighbor, friend, or someone who worked there. I spent weeks looking for the right company. Like many of you, I probably checked out over 30+ businesses in the Denver area, and narrowing it down was pretty straightforward. A lot of companies just didnt cut it for me based on their reviews, BBB, or website. Ultimate Heating was my 1st pick for a quote, but you know how it is with big purchases—you have to get at least one more quote, no matter how much you like the first one. Getting another quote helped my peace of mind to ensure I had no buyers regret (weve all been there, right?). Note - my AC/Furnace wasnt broken, but it was on its last legs.Heres the quick rundown of what won me over. I had both my AC and Furnace replaced.- The employees were super welcoming, patient, really knew their stuff, and werent pushy at all! They could talk HVAC stuff and then break it down for me.- Big plus—they had an electrician come out on the first visit, which was a total surprise and showed me they mean business.- They were the only company that did a full, thorough check of my house and actually asked about my concerns.- And my favorite thing—whenever someone from the company came over, they sent a link so I could track their location and arrival time. This was awesome for me because Im always busy and cant just sit around waiting. I didnt waste any time and could follow them live through the link they sent. For pet owners, this is great because it gave me time to put my dog in his kennel just before they got here. It was like UberEats but for my HVAC team!Now, shoutout to the amazing team! I met Kyle G and his electrician buddy (wish I could remember his name). Kyle was so patient with all my questions. He never made me feel silly or pressured to buy anything and he really cared about our AC/Furnace situation. He and the electrician did a detailed walkthrough, checking air circulation and measuring square footage because I mentioned I wasnt sure about it. Kyle was also super responsive to my emails and answered all my questions. I needed HOA approval before moving forward, and he even set up a tentative appointment per my request!And the installers—Jorge and Sam, the father-son duo—were incredibly polite, kind, tidy, and respectful. They always asked before doing anything and were super careful with my home, treating it like their own. The pace of their work was perfect, not rushed or too slow. They installed my AC and Furnace with care. Sam was great at explaining our new equipment/installations, and Jorge did an amazing job with the installation/cleanup. The electrician, Josh J, was efficient and focused. I didnt want to interrupt him too much since he was in the zone.A few days after the install, city inspectors came by and were super impressed with the work. We had a city electrician and another official visit at different times, and both said the wiring and installation were top-notch.From one buyer to another—it doesnt matter if youre getting the cheapest or the most expensive AC/Furnaces. What matters is the installation, and based on my experience, Id definitely recommend Ultimate Heating & Cooling.

    Kelly was on time and had great attitude. He received the issues we were dealing with but was unaware that we asked for diagnostic help to help with two tenants who share one thermostat . At the initial call for the appointment I made it clear we needed to find a solution for this issue. Never did I say something was broken- just that maybe through adding ducts, adding a return or maybe something your company could give advice with could help. Seems this information was not relayed to proper tech for this call. He said a sales person should have been on the job.

    Jacob Bauman provided excellent service while restoring my air conditioner to working order. He arrived on schedule providing 30 minutes notice that he was on his way. Once here he rapidly found the issue and repaired it with my approval and identified a couple of maintenance issues I may want to consider addressing at some point. This is my second use of ultimate heating (prior issue was heating system related). I feel their technicians are skilled and their prices are reasonable.

    Honestly this is hands down the best customer service I couldve asked for. Had an emergency late at night called them right away and answered in a heartbeat. They asked about my concerns and said they were booked out for the night (totally understandable since it was at 9pm) they got me in early in the morning! Got a message saying Mike was on his way. Big shout out to Mike!!!! He had awesome customer service and knew his job to the T. He walked me through the procedure diagnostic and pricing and fixed it all in the same visit!!!! You pay for quality with this company they are the Ferrari of HVAC go here!!!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly as a homeowner these guys are the real deal! If I could give a better rating I would they are above 5 stars hands down. Thank you guys again for everything I will be contacting you everytime as my HVAC people!!!!

    One of the best HVAC companies I have ever worked with! Had a new Evaporative Cooler and Furnace installed along with some electrical work and new thermostats installed as well. Very professional team (technicians and office staff) from estimate, install to follow up. Kyle and Christian both were fantastic in answering all questions, went above and beyond their job scope and were extremely courteous. Quality of work was outstanding! Highly recommend!

    Install: Kelly was very helpful. He explained to me the settings the last guy had me set my system at were only for the summer months. He also explained the filter needed to be changed every 30 days instead of every 60 days.Service call: Jacob was very nice. They showed up fast.     I’m very impressed with Ultimate Heating & Cooling. My A/C unit went out during the hottest days of the summer! They were able to send a service person out within 48 hours! I was afraid they were going to tell my my unit was too old to repair and hard sell me on a new HVAC system…. But NO! Five Star Kelly Delatorre quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, a faulty Compressor, and was able to service and repair my old AC unit that day for under $700.I’m very satisfied with Kelly’s service! He was on time, professional and friendly. He fixed the AC and then looked at the furnace and identified a leak from some time ago and suggested getting the furnace serviced before I run it or the humidifier. He never pressured me into purchasing a new unit. When the time comes, I will definitely look at Ultimate Heating and Cooling to service and / or replace my old units.

Brittany answered my call and was as friendly as can be and scheduled Dave for the very same day. Dave (26 yrs as plumber) easily fixed the issue, and took care of two other leaky faucets. Very glad I canceled an appointment with Meyers Appliance, whose customer service staff comes off as just slotting schedules and has no idea about HVAC systems.

    Very pleased with the service from this company. I called them to research options for my girlfriend who needed her condo HVAC looked at while she was unavailable at work. Erica was incredibly helpful in going over all of the options potential costs. She helped me schedule the appointment on my girlfriends behalf and ensured the tech has both of our numbers for the visit.I didnt meet the tech personally, but he was very helpful and explained after inspection the unit was frozen but in otherwise good order. Advised to ensure the filter stays clean and let it thaw before turning it back on. He only charged the $69 minimum visit charge. He was also willing to work with her tenants as well as texting her updates because she cant accept calls while working.Everyone was very accommodating and professional.Will definitely work with them again in the future.

    I recently purchased the maintenence plan with Ultimate. Today I had my furnace serviced & the plumbing inspected. Both technicians were friendly & professional and delt with my energetic & barking dog. One even had treats for her which she loved. My furnace is only a year old so I didnt expect any problems with it & the technician confirmed that. The plumbing tech suggested a floor drain for near the water heater & provided me with estimates but there was no pressure to commit. I appreciate the suggestions & estimates both techs provided.

    I have worked with many other contractors on a home remodel and none compare to the service and quality of Ultimate. In a short time, I’ve learned everyone sent to our home was the best of the best. Today, Colton came to give a quote for electrical remodel - he pulled out a very clear, very straightforward price list and professionally explained why and how he’d complete the service. Previously, Mark came with Louis and gave us a plumbing quote where they spent extra time investigating special circumstances to ensure the quote was accurate, that I understand clearly what was needed on my part, and that the price wouldn’t change later - something that’s happened to me with other projects. Phone rep Brittany has been an absolute joy - she has a fantastic personality and is always upbeat and helpful. Basically have yet to encounter a “bad egg” at this company - we are incredibly impressed. I’m actually “still in” a service membership with their competitor and would rather pay for a whole new membership to work with Ultimate full time and never look back. Can’t recommend enough. So she did brighten my day. Kelly was great very professional even wore boot covers. He had us operational within an hour. He waited to make sure our furnace was working and also explained he needed to install a new pressure switch. He even offered to pick it up last night. I told him the next day would be fine.     I contracted with Ultimate to replace my 24-year old furnace, air conditioner, and whole house humidifier. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone that I dealt with at the company. Kyle, who provided a competitive system quote, was very responsive to all of my questions, even taking time out during a holiday weekend. Brittany and Christina from the front office were very helpful and timely in answering my questions about system maintenance and getting the installation scheduled promptly.Jr, Ricardo, Kiki, and Colton were the service technicians that performed the installation. I (along with the permit building inspector) was impressed with the quality of their work. They were all very responsive in answering my questions. Adan the service manager also stopped by to answer any questions. As a follow-up, Louis the plumber came out to do a flush on my water heater so that I would be current on all of my maintenance. He was timely and helpful.So far my new system is performing very well, and I am enjoying my new smart thermostat, too! I highly recommend this company for great quality and value.

    Josh has done the electrical work for two home renovation projects so far and demonstrated high-quality work each time. This second project required entirely re-wiring two areas of my basement and I’m more than happy with the result.     I am very impressed with Ultimate. Our air conditioning in one of suites quit working. We started with another company and they dropped the ball. Ultimate was able to get us on their schedule in two day, I received information on who our tech was going to be, and a link to track his arrival. Paul came to our house and helped to apply for financing and within minutes we were approved. The furnace was installed the same evening.     Crisis averted thanks to Kyle Massler with Ultimate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric! This guy is our hero! After another contractor installed a new furnace and added some new ductwork as part of our basement finishing project, ticking and popping began in certain areas of the ductwork. It just so happened that the noise was directly under the floor beneath our bed. After two weeks of very little sleep, and several other professionals trying unsuccessfully to locate and fix the problem, we were facing a nightmare dead end. It was not something we could live with. While searching Google for a reputable contractor to come and help us troubleshoot the problem, Ultimate Heating showed up and their reviews were excellent. After a quick phone call, an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Kyle not only showed up early, but he had located and fixed the problem in less than an hour.     I am so happy that I found Ultimate Heating. They are so professional . The technician that have been to my house are excellent. They take the time to explain what they are going to look for and answer any questions you might have. They are not in your house to try to sell you on their newest product. They are there to fix your problems and to make sure you are satisfied. I signed up for their maintenance program they come twice a year to service my furnace and my A/C. This is a really good program to make sure your furnace and A/C are working properly.

    They did a great job replacing my furnace in a short amount of time. Area that they were working on was cleaned up before they left. Everyone was very helpful and informative. I like the text notifications that tell you who is coming and at what time. The new furnace seems to be working well and it’s such a relief to this taken care of before the first freeze in the winter.

    Our AC went out during a heat wave over a holiday weekend. I called to schedule an appointment for repair. I was able to get a same day appointment! The woman i scheduled with over the phone was so pleasant and helpful. Ross, our technician, was punctual, professional, and got our AC running in no time. His inspection was thorough and gave us estimates to help make sure our AC and furnace were all working correctly without pushing us to make purchases right away. The old AC, furnace, and water heater were removed and replaced in just 5 hours. Within and hour or two I received an emailed invoice which included an installation checklist along with pictures of the installation process explaining what was done. Throughout the whole process, all communication (phone, text & emails) was prompt very thorough. Everyone, from the office staff to all the installation crew were very pleasant and helpful. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. They turned a somewhat stressful situation into a pleasant experience and that is rare today.
