I had a couple plumbing companies come out and quote me on a water heater replacement. My initial intention was to increase the overall size quite a bit. Carson and Steve came out and completed a thorough inspection. They gave me various options but never once did it feel like a sales pitch. They recommended a different tank than I had expected but with excellent options for add-ons.Ultimately, their competitive pricing and professionalism won my business. Royal Services Plumbing scheduled my work super quickly.Steve was my primary installer and worked all day to complete the job.I can’t recommend them enough and am extremely grateful for their work.

Ive had two really positive experiences with Royal Services Plumbing.The first was in April 2024 when Carson and Scott came out to address a drainage issue in my kitchen and laundry room. They went above and beyond by coming out on a Sunday and working into the evening to ensure the job was completed that day. They also replaced our old kitchen faucet, which was constantly coming loose, with a much better model.The second visit was in November 2024, when Jared took the lead. He fixed a drainage problem in our basement bathroom and also repaired the seal on the toilet. The bathroom is working perfectly now, and Jared even took extra time to remove some grout around the base of the toilet, making it look much cleaner than before.I really appreciate the skill and professionalism they brought to both jobs, and I will definitely hire them again for future plumbing work.

Very timely service! We’ve used them before to replace our main water shut off. They do great work and pricing is very competitive! Steve and Carson came out to complete a much bigger project in conjunction with our basement bathroom remodel. We had cast iron pipe under the concrete in our basement replaced, as well as replacing and fixing our clean out which was fused shut and unusable. Finally they also fixed the flange for the toilet connection. They got here around 10am and were here until about 7pm as we had multiple projects for the one visit. Very competitive pricing compared to the quotes we got, and we will continue to call them for future plumbing needs!

I reached out to several plumbers for a repair on Dec 26th. The first company’s estimate was outrageous, so I contacted Royal Services. They came out the same day. Steve was not only very courteous but he did a very thorough inspection of the leaking pipe and other areas to make sure it was an isolated problem. It was! He then explained the work involved very clearly before sharing a reasonable estimate. He told me the job would be done in 1 hour and it was!

Excellent service. This is the second time i have used Royal Services Plumbing. This first time was honestly outstanding, this time was no different! So easy to work with Scott and Jared and good communication. Had some things that needed to be extracted from our toilet drain while doing a renovation. When I called Dave was nothing but respectful and professional and got me scheduled for an appointment the same day. Steve the technician came out that day and he was very honest, broke down all of our options and routes we could take, and did everything possible to get the job done at a very reasonable price. Steve was very welcoming and nothing but professional the whole time on the job.Hopefully wont need their services moving forward, but it is a peace of mind knowing there is a great plumbing company up here in Thornton you can rely on.

If I could give 100 star review, I would. We had a water leak behind a wall on Saturday morning. I called Royal and had a great conversation with Dave. Scott and Clint were able to come out that afternoon and found the leak quickly and made the fix. The professionalism and genuine care from these guys is unmatched! Very professional service!! We had a hot water heater detonate during the night. Found Sunday morning. Of course, right?! Called Royal Services Plumbing to see if they could help. Immediately sent Scott out to survey. He explained all of the steps as he was checking them with me. Wrote up an estimate and the new tank was installed only a few hours later. Explained how to extend the life of my new tank and urged I spot check it for the next 24 hours. Super friendly and empathetic. Hands down recommend!!

I reached out about an issue I was having with the valves to my washer, they responded to me within minutes and set up a time the very next day that worked for me. They arrived on time, looked at the issue I called them out for and even offered to look over any other issues I may have that was not previously mentioned. After identifying the issue, they quickly drafted up a very fair estimate to correct the issue. They got to work immediately, and the job was more difficult than they originally intended, but still charged me the quoted price (even though much more labor went into this job than anticipated) the finished product looks and works amazing. All said and done, these guys have very fair prices, and do great work. The one thing that really stands out is their customer service. You can tell that this is a point of emphasis for the company and it really shows. They were fair, kind and overall great people to be around. If you’re looking for any plumbing work, do yourself a favor and give them a call.

We have had a flood under our kitchen sink 4 times over the last few years. Plumbers have not been able to identify the issue, until Royal Services came. They were able to accommodate us the same day we called, diagnosed two issues contributing to the problem, repair them the same day and at a reasonable cost. After searching for a few days and getting two previous quotes for replacing a water heater, Royal Plumbing is now my go to plumbers. Steve was amazing, kind, and straight forward. Listening to them work was also a big plus. They both cared about doing the best job possible and worked very well together. During the week of October 24, 2022 we were getting our bathroom remodeled so they had to turn off and on our main water valve to do work. Through that time we noticed the valve would leak when it was off and it was just getting worst til it wouldn’t stop leaking and they had to turn off the water in our front yard. So we had to call somebody to get a new main water valve. Since we lived in this house (5 years) we knew we were going to need one and it was finally time. Scott came out on time and very friendly and attentive. He assessed the pipe and what he would do and gave us a reasonable quote. We had Scott do the work. He made sure to give us the correct valve and made sure nothing was leaking. He was only here about an hour but he did everything up to code and made sure everything worked. Definitely recommend this company. This will be the first call we make if we have other plumbing issues.

Scott was Awesome! He listened to my issues with my water heater and gave me recommendations that I knew were honest and true. He did not try to upsell me. I had Plumblime look at it and they tried to sell me a whole new water heater once they found out it was under warranty. He came in and said my water heater was fine and had issue with valve. He fixed the issue with it and I am totally happy with their service. I did not get charged a trip fee as I live in Brighton. I will use them in the future for all services they provide!

We had such a positive experience. Clint was extremely professional and kind. We had a horrible sewage smell in our basement, but it ended up not being anything major. Clint was very kind to explain the problem and ways to prevent it. We will definitely be using them for any plumbing needs in the future. Very impressed with this company!
