This review is on behalf of the two man team comprised of Coty and Valentin. These guys just finished the most amazing plumbing work Iv ever seen. Apparently we had an old cast iron pipe in our sub-floor that had been leaking for a while. This caused leaking in our basement. Coty and Valentin came through and did the most amazing excavation, rebuild and clean up job Ive ever seen. They adapted to problem, created solution and totally upgraded out entire plumbing setup including a total main stack rebuild, fixed old piping from upstairs bath and toilet and totally rebuild our kitchen to stack connection through the subfloor. What a job. Coty and Valentin were easy to communicate with, efficient in their efforts and went above and beyond the call of duty.Ive also had other great interaction with people in their company including Chauncey, Gordon and Josiah. All around, Ill totally use them again if needed.

Just had the pleasure of having Eric from Rooter Guy Plumbing install a new kitchen faucet in my home. I was most impressed with the timeliness and quality of his work. I had requested a plumber via Angi, as I’ve had good luck with the service in the past. Rooter Guy called me back almost immediately after hitting the submit button and their phone personnel were empathetic and seemed genuinely interested in helping me solve my issue. Aaron came out to perform analysis on a floor drain/kitchen drain line that was backing up. His analysis and explanations were helpful and he never seemed impatient or exhausted by my asking them. I eventually got a quote for the floor drain replacement and ended up having him perform a removal of an old water filtration system which he took care of immediately and professionally. Aaron seemed genuinely concerned with my home plumbing’s well being and I would recommend him for any plumbing work necessary.

The final price came in significantly lower than what we were quoted and Valentin got the job done quickly. I can confidently say we have found our new go to plumbing company!

Rooter Guy LLC is the best of the best. As a company that is constantly working around water, we have to have service we can rely on that is timely, honest, fair, thorough, and service that does not end in our customer’s getting a glimpse of an unwanted plumber’s crack. Rooter Guy answers the phone on the first ring and schedules immediately. It always feels like we are their only project. Their technicians are outstanding and you actually get what you pay for with them. Don’t call anywhere else. My experience with Valentin was outstanding. He has been working for 12 years in the field and it shows. Our client did not have the right materials for the job and instead of rescheduling, Valentin went out and got the correct materials that they should have provided. He stuck to his initial quote and checked in multiple times to ensure satisfaction. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Valentin came out and offered a special for drain cleaning and water heater installation. I have already had my water heater replaced with a tankless in the last year and he was kind enough to make sure they did a good job and let me know it needs to be flushed every year. He was very polite and professional, and even better was great with my three dogs! I will definitely be calling Rooter Guy if I have an issue and for my maintenance needs!

Shout out to Gordon and Josiah - my laundry room sink clogged and caused a bit of a mess in my basement. I was getting ready to leave on vacation and found Rooter Guy. Researched companies and had Rooter Guy come to give an estimate on hose bibs. Aaron came and was great, knowledgeable about water supplies routed from basement to outside. There was a component not up to code to replace and expansion tank recommended. Neighbors had same part replaced bcz of code. Having overseen a non-profit campus knew about expansion tanks as we had them. Work done well, went over in detail bfr leaving. Thanks Rooter Guy!Aaron came out in July to install new American Standard toilet with the closed, easy clean base. Great job removing old toilet. Great job installing new toilet. With the smooth closed base it took some tweaking to line up with shut off. Great job as usual.

Valentin the plumber returned to bring our house up to code placing a PRV valve and replacing the 60 year old on/off valve for the water. Again doing a great job in friendly and professional manner.Addendum: everything looked fantastic, unfortunately the next morning we were unable to get the sprinkler system to stop spraying water despite turning the system off. When my husband took apart the valve we discovered a lot of solder stuck in the valve. Hopefully we dont discover this in more places in the plumbing. Related to this I amended my five star review to 4.

THE BEST!!! How can I convince everyone reading this to use this group of people and company Rooter Guys? Let’s start from the beginning. —I got the pleasure of first meeting Jeff who came out to do an estimate. Jeff had this genuine confidence about his experience, his team and his company (which was really nice since my 1940s home had a lot of plumbing issues. Essentially we needed everything replaced!). On top of that, he and his team gave me an estimate that was beyond competitive. Rooter Guys truly want to help their customers and not take all the money since they understand house projects and repairs are a huge headache physically and financially.Next he brings out the team Lead Jacob (this guys KNOWS his stuff and years of experience), amazing Cody, and awesome Austin to get another eye over on what their going to do like double checking their work. All three of the workers were also very kind and helpful if I had any questions or concerns. They even would go out of their way to show me pieces that they needed to repair, educate me on what to look out for or what pipes are which, levers, etc. Rooter Guys even found a blocked ground pipe that was so important to replace so that our basement/foundation would not die from water damage. I had so much anxiety because I was thinking “Oh great. Another expensive bill!!” But no, THEY TOOK CARE OF ME!They were efficient and clean in their work. They communicated and educated every step of the way. They were so professional and nice at the same time. They are licensed and have a warranty. I will 100% recommend to others and use them again in the future. I like them so much that they are invited to my house warming party. :)Again, Rooter Guys are the best. The end.

Eric was prompt, professional, and prepared. He listened carefully and diagnosed the issue and gave us a quote. The quote was reasonable and so we accepted it. Eric carefully gathered everything he needed from his vehicle. He brought in a pressure reduction valve along with all of the other tools as needed to install the valve. He did an excellent job, making sure to bleed the air out of our pipes. He showed us how the valve tightens and operates. We noticed what a great job he did welding the pipes and installing that gage, it even looks pretty. He made sure that the overall water pressure came down to the correct level. He also advised that we should change out some of our connecting hoses at least every five years. He was pleasant and calm. He was very respectful. He wore covers over his already spotless boots. We so appreciate his excellent work and kind demeanor. We would not hesitate to recommend Eric from Rooter Guy, LLC to anyone looking for superior plumbing service. Thank you Eric. If I could give 10 stars, I so would. Nico came out to my house to fix all of our galvanized piping and to fix my shower valve so I could have lobster hot showers now. I had a 20 year old water heater that was showing signs that it should probably be replaced. Initially I didnt even have Rooter Guy on my list of companies to come quote the replacement. But I spoke to them on the phone and they said they could come out to take a look same day. Jacob showed up within an hour! He listened to what I was looking for, and didnt try to push a bunch of other upsells. His Master Plumber knowledge was immediately clear and he provided me a very reasonable quote within a few minutes. The quote was good enough that I pulled the trigger right then and he was able to do the full replacement AND do an additional repair asked for in a little more than two hours. The job looks great and now RooterGuy is my go-to for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

But they were able to come out quickly and were very friendly (despite me being the weird dilapidated house). Left dirt on my floor, which I never thought Id care about, but now that its happened, bothers me a little (the throw they put down must have gotten dirt from the truck). The faucet base gives a little when I turn the handle on (single) which I dont think is serious but I also dont know if its because its not tightened down enough or because the base is plastic.Great in an emergency for availability or just getting stuff done if price isnt a huge deal for sure.

Today (Saturday) I found Rooter Guy on one of those home repairs sites. Within five minutes of requesting a quote on the home repairs site, a woman called me and said that they, Rooter Guy, do on-site no obligation, no cost plumbing estimates. I told her about my toilet repair issue and she said she could have someone over to my house within an hour. I asked if there was an additional charge for Saturday and she said no, no extra charge for a service call. I said fine lets do it, and my technician Rob was ringing my doorbell less than an hour later! I told him the problem, he looked at it himself, and gave me a written estimate on the spot, which was not necessarily cheap, but included all parts & labor, and his trip to the supply store to get one of the parts. He was back in 40 minutes and finished the job and cleaned up in about one hour. When I spoke with Rooter Guy, I didnt imagine I could get the repair done that quickly, but they were amazing. Call them direct and ask them to send Rob!

Gary Johnson, a master plumber from Rooter Guy, replaced my water heater, and hauled away my old heater. He provided prices for several options. I had already received three estimates and this one was very competitive, being way below two other big companies with big advertising and the Dave Logan endorsement. It was about the same as one of the big box store quotes. I had an appointment for one more quote, but cancelled it, as it was a no-brainer that Rooter Guy was the way to go. Got it installed the same day. A nice install and good cleanup. Protected the house with floor coverings. Gary had time to take care of an additional plumbing issue in the house, at a good price, too. Id definitely use Rooter Guy again.

Christopher did a great job replacing an old, faulty valve for us. I asked him to change the orientation of the handle after it was installed and he made this modification with no problem. He was on-time, courteous, clean, and very tolerant of our new dog. This is the second time weve used Rooter Guy. They are our go-to plumbing company. Very responsive and professional.

Called yesterday with an emergency...sewer line backed up and our downstairs shower was a horrible mess. Receptionist was able to schedule someone to come out within just 2 hours and apologized for the delay! She called back to report that the plumber was within an hour of arrival, right on time.Gary did an AMAZING job, he spent almost four hours at our home. He explained the steps needed to make repairs, gave us an accurate estimate and treated our home with respect.I will not hesitate to recommend Rooter Guy to my friends and colleagues.
