I had Gilbert at Quality Plumbing replace our water heater and could not be more pleased! I wanted the new unit to be moved a couple feet over to gain some space in the room and Gilbert got us the most space possible. The price was fair and Gilbert is a great guy to boot! 100% recommended!

Quality Plumbing is the best! I called Gilbert in a panic on a Friday afternoon because our backflow stopped working. He told me it was an easy fix, texted me pictures of which part to buy at Home Depot and then FaceTimed us when we were having issues with installing it ourselves. Very thankful for his help and highly recommend this company!

Worked with Gilbert to diagnose and solve an issue with my Sump Pump in the basement of our Duplex. He was knowledgeable and patient as I explained the issue expecting him to schedule a visit for later in the week.Instead he spent the time that night to talk me through common troubleshooting tips and helped me get my pump back working.He’s earned both my trust and business moving forward and I could not recommend a better option when it comes to someone to help walk you through and solve any plumbing issues you might encounter!

I busted my plumbing under my bathroom sink trying to retrieve my wedding ring. Two trips to the hardware store with wrong parts and a lot of crying later, I called Gilbert. Gilbert showed up same day and was quick and affordable. He not only fixed it, but removed extra parts that apparently weren’t needed when sink was originally installed. Will call again for all my plumbing needs

Gilbert is the absolute man. I was having trouble with my garbage disposal, then I created an even bigger problem than the original one by trying to fix it myself. After reading the glowing reviews for Quality Plumbing, I gave Gilbert a call and explained the situation. He listened to me patiently, didnt make fun of me though he probably should have, and then he walked me through the steps of how to actually fix it on my own. He figured, and was right, that it was actually quite an easy fix, and I just needed a bit of know-how. And it worked! And then he *called back* later that afternoon to make sure that everything had gone smoothly. The man could have easily charged me an arm and a leg for a diagnostic visit, but instead just helped me out quickly, professionally, and thoughtfully, and got the problem solved way sooner than I thought it would be. Give Quality Plumbing some business. They deserve it!

Gilbert was very responsive to our plumbing needs. His son, Luis, came the very next morning. He installed new kitchen plumbing in a timely manner and he answered all of ours questions.Their price was very reasonable and we’ll use them for all of our future plumbing needs!

Excellent, excellent work at a great price. Gilbert replaced my hot water heater in record time. I have a house built in 1928 and it requires different solutions than newer homes. Gilbert lives in old Denver, so the challenges were easily overcome by his years of experience with these old homes. The 2nd best part.. he took the old heater for me, so it was a spectacular experience with no worries. I recommend their service to everyone I meet!

Gilbert and his son got creative, made everything work in the end, and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend Quality Plumbing more if youre in the neighborhood.

I would highly recommend Quality Plumbing. Greg did an awesome job replacing our water heater a few months ago. He was able to come to our home, source a new unit, and install it quickly and thoroughly. He was very professional and took great care of our home in the process. We had a great experience working with him.We had to replace our garbage disposal a couple months after and reached back out to them and Jacob was able to come quickly and replace our unit that afternoon. Our sink set up was difficult due to the install of our homes previous owner, but Jacob was able to troubleshoot and work around it to install a properly working system.I would say the cost can be a little higher than other companies but I believe the quality of the plumbers we worked with can not be beat.

Gilbert at Quality Plumbing came out when he said he would, and cleaned out our main sewer line. He even restarted the washer for me, all for a very reasonable price. He also gives tips and advice just in case theres an easy solution to your problem. As long as hes in business, hell have our business.

It was a holiday and I randomny picked Quality plumbing to call. Mostly they answered the phone promptly while other places did not. We had water coming into our basement from our sprinkler system and Gilbert was wonderful. He face-timed with me and we solved the problem. He didnt even charge me. But just having someone responsive on a holdiay in an emergency was a lifesaver. If I ever do have another plumbing issue Im calling Quality plumbing right away.

I called this company because I dropped a diamond earring down my sink that had extreme sentimental value to me. The gentleman who answered the phone was kind and patient. Instead of charging me a fee for a truck roll and sending out a plumber, he walked me through all of the steps over the phone and I was able to retrieve my earring. When I do need a plumber, I will be calling this company. Thank you sir.

Called the company because my tub drain was clogged and the guy (owner?) talked me through a solve within a couple of minutes. Saving me the timing and expense of having a tech come out. Very knowledgeable about my old house plumbing (never knew there was a secret panel on the other side of the tub), and gave clear directions. Any future big problems that come up will definitely be calling them to fix. Great work.

I dont like to bother posting these reviews but its worth posting this one. I always dread calling plumbers because theres always some hidden fee or they take forever to just get the job done. These guys dealt with a leak in my crawlspace from the pipes coming from my half-bath toilet (gross) that other plumbers have missed over the years. It was quick, the price was fair. Yeah, what more could you want from a plumbing service? Would highly recommend.
