Our experiences with Payless Rooter have been GREAT! After consultation with Paul, and his display of very clear video, it was obvious we needed to replace our sewer line. Paul, Caesar and their crew were assembling on the street even before the 7:00 a.m. start time. It was a scorching, hot day and the crew worked efficiently and professionally through the hot day, and answered any questions we had. With his experience and expertise, Caesar avoided hitting a water main under the street with the back hoe after the locating service misidentified and erroneously marked the location of the underground water line, thus averting what could have been a serious issue for several homes in our neighborhood. Also, their bid was CONSIDERABLY less than the next closest bid. Sometime later, we had another issue, unrelated to the new sewer line. Paul came out immediately, and remedied the problem. I cant say enough good about Payless Rooter, Paul, Caesar and their crew. This review only affords the reviewer/client a maximum of 5 stars -- If I could, I would give them many more -- They have provided EXCELLENT service for us.

These guys did a full on sewer replacement for me which was part pipe burst and part full excavation. It turned out to be a very difficult project but they had the manpower and the know-how to get it done. Good communication and excellent work!

I can tell you I had a plumbing emergency and Payless Router was able to get me the help I needed within hours of first calling them (on a Sunday)I was worried at first that they were just a middle man, but the truth is they have all the contacts you could need to solve your plumbing issue and do so fast and affordably.The end price I had to pay for a mainline sewage blockage was totally acceptable in my opinion and they were timely in following up and getting out someone to help.I would not hesitate to call Payless Router again if I had another blockage anywhere.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and Hunter came out to unclog it. While he was here, he noticed that the previous Handyman had not properly installed a portion of the drain pipe. He was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining to me what was wrong, what needed to be done, and then worked quickly to get things back up to snuff and thoroughly test everything once he was done. He gave me a very low rate for all the quality work he did. We were very happy with his service.

We called Payless Rooter after getting the runaround from our Home Warrantys company for about a week. A small issue with our water heater led to discovering a big issue with our kitchen sink. The pipe draining directly to the sewer had shattered and was draining directly into the crawlspace. They scheduled us for the next day, arrived promptly, and by my wifes account were among the nicest people shes ever met. They called me later and gave us both two reasonably priced options between repair/replace. While they were there they also gave us advice on the water heater, checking some flow rates for us and giving advice on next steps.The icing on top of this lovely experience cake was them pointing out a gas line to us routed to a wall furnace, taking one look and telling us it should work (despite the dust literally caked on to it). We just bought this house and the previous owner told us it was a remnant of the old furnace and insinuated it didnt function. Now, thanks to them, we know the previous owner just never knew how to turn it on, and we no longer want to buy a space heater for the back portion of our house. Having dealt with now two separate plumbers that were nothing but bad experiences, these folks were a pleasure to deal with.

They did some diagnostic testing and found the issue was a simple fix for us to do ourselves and they didnt charge us a dime. Erick was very professional and had a ton of knowledge. We will be calling them again with any future plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with Payless Rooter. Our sink had been backing up and using Drain-o type products worked temporarily so we had them snake our kitchen sink. He also gave us a few other suggestions because our dishwasher backed up too. I will definitely use Payless Rooter in the future for plumbing needs.

If I could give 1,000,000 stars to Carlo and his company, Payless Rooter, then I would! I had hired another plumbing company to conduct a repair of my home sewer line. The owner of the other company did not have a plumbing license with the State of Colorado, and ended up creating more problems for me and my home than just a sewer line repair. I contacted Carlo, and he and his wonderful crew of men came to my home the very morning that I called to begin the sewer line repair and repair of the other problems that the other plumbing company caused me. After I contacted him, Carlo immediately requested the necessary permits for the plumbing work that needed to be completed for my home. His crew of men completed all of the necessary plumbing work as quickly as they could, and I was able to use my sinks, tubs, and toilets that very evening. Carlo and his crew did everything that they could to make me a very satisfied customer, at a very reasonable price. If you ever need a home sewer line repair, or just a snake of a clogged drain, then please contact Carlo and Payless Rooter! They offer amazing customer service, and they are very skilled plumbers and workers!

We had a copper pipe leak in multiple locations adjacent to a connection. Matthew was punctual, and most impressively- straightforward, descriptive, and honest about the service issue. He explained exactly what the problem was and multiple options to resolve it. The pipe connection leak work was completed quickly, looks professional, and performs vastly better than before. Would definitely call again for plumbing needs.
