We gave Anthony a call to get a second opinion on a potentially major sewage line issue we were having at our house. He came out immediately the same day and was exhaustive in his efforts to try to solve the problem another way. When it was discovered that the problem was there, he went out of his way to do further troubleshooting and gave more insight on what was going on. He was extremely honest and clear in his explanations, and I could tell it was important to him I had all the information that I needed. He will definitely be my first call the next time I ever have a plumbing issue in the future.

These guys are awesome! We recently moved into our first house and 4 days later we had a clog in our laundry room sink as well as in the floor drain. We started with Benjamin Franklin plumbing (huge mistake) as their solution was to jackhammer our floor to try to resolve the issue (a $7800 fix). The next day we called Anthony and Innovative Plumbing and they were out to our house the same day. About 30 minutes later they had the issue fixed and was well under $300.00!!About a week later, another issue arose as we had a leaking pipe which was leaking from our upstairs bathroom to downstairs bathroom which left a huge bubble in our ceiling. We again called Innovative Plumbing and they were out right away. Again these guys figured out the issue right away and continued to follow up with us throughout this entire process.Best decision we have ever made was reaching out to Innovative Plumbing and will never use anyone else again! I couldn’t appreciate what these guys have done for us and highly recommend them for your plumbing issues.

From a Realtors point of view.My client/seller was to have the sewer line cleaned per the buyers inspection. My client was familiar with a company she used in the past (which I will give a negative review too later). Anyway, we were in a bind and I had my client call INNOVATIVE PLUMBING - not only did they show up after hours to evaluate our situation, they gave a reasonable bid for the clean out and repairs. My client hired INNOVATIVE PLUMBING and we couldnt have been more pleased with the end result.INNOVATIVE PLUMBING will be my recommendation going forward in both my personal and professional business needs.

I have used Innovative Plumbing many times and they always do a fantastic job from start to finish. It is easy to schedule with them and they show up on time. Once they arrive, they are quite professional, they are respectful of the house and the occupants. They put on shoe covers without being asked and they keep all areas they are woking in clean and tidy. The room is cleaner when they leave than when they arrive. They also make as little noise as possible. During the jobs, they fully explain what the problem is and what the solution needs to be or the different options, if there are any. They dont try to pressure me into making quick decisions about anything. They make everything easy to understand. They stand behind their work 100 percent. They are very knowledgeable about plumbing and have a lot of experience. Their work has always been impeccable and they are upfront and honest about everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

You should hire Innovative Plumbing! They are very professional, arrived on time, and did the job that 3 other large name brand companies failed to do! I am so happy with the service that they provided and highly recommend them. They were affordable and tackled my sewer line clog until they got to the root of my problem. Once unclogged, they didnt rush onto some other job and made sure to test my sewer line before leaving. If I ever need help with my plumbing or heating system in the future, I wont ever waste my time again with any other company. Innovative Plumbing is the way to go.

This is a legit company -- they came out within 60 minutes of my call which was after 5pm -- no other company did that (I called at least 10 others). They are a father & son team - did great work - were professional and clean. I had an emergency leak and water was coming in. They fixed my problem and didnt overcharge.I will definitely keep them as my go-to plumbers.

Highly recommend Innovative.We have hired Innovative Plumbing multiple times. From scoping our sewer line, checking for a gas leak at our meter, installing a new water heater and installing a sump pump before we sold our home. Weve also used them at our business and they show up ready to get done what needs to be done.Anthony is very personable and very knowledgeable with what he does. They seem to have the best prices around too which is always helpful.

Discovered on a Friday night that my water heater was leaking. Called Innovative on Saturday morning and had a new water heater by Saturday afternoon. They were very reasonably priced and I really appreciated their responsiveness. Quality work with attention to detail. Father and Son operation.
