Our water heater started leaking over a weekend. We called at your service and they had a quote and scheduled an appointment in under two days. Their technician was friendly, efficient and thorough. He even had to adjust some piping and the hood as the new one was taller than the previous model. I felt the price was very fair also having compared the quote to a couple other options. These guys have done a few jobs at my old house. It’s always challenging in a hundred year old house with essentially an inaccessible crawl space but they have always made it work. Today called for a leaking hose bib and because of access they weren’t able to fully replace it but took it apart, found the issue and got the water on and leak stopped in a hour or so with no charge. I have a small errand to finish the job but very pleased! Especially considering this hose bib was replaced by another plumber a few years ago and apparently they did a bad job and used the wrong parts.

This plumbing company is INCREDIBLE!!! I cannot recommend this company enough! The most honest and upfront gentleman that Ive ever worked with and they are super fast with their work. I received quotes from 2 other plumbing companies before calling these guys and they quoted me half of what the bigger companies wanted. They were also able to help me work with my homeowners insurance to help cover some of the cost! 10 outta 10 would recommend!

So he cut the bill in half and refunded a large chunk of $ to me as I paid more than half.These folks could have continued the repair to the street as I would have never known, or they could have fixed the issue at my yard and kept the extra funds. But since the work was half of what was estimated they returned funds to me!These folks are trustworthy.

I would highly recommend this plumbing company for service. We had a natural gas leak at a valve near the furnace and Manny did a great job replacing the valve to both the furnace and water heater. They also detected that the gas control valve at the water heater was leaking and needed replacing, which is being addressed. I was impressed with their experience, and candor, and not trying to upsell when a simple repair was warranted. I have tried a few other plumbing companies locally in Lakewood and will gladly use these folks again. Highly recommend!

Had a leak from an upstairs bathtub, determined to be caused by the tub overflow valve by our tech. He repaired the overflow and rebuilt the drain, which was also quite old. In addition, he was able to snake our two bathroom sinks that were draining very slowly. Overall, great experience from calling, to scheduling, to technicians arrival call ahead, estimates before any work was done. This is the second time weve worked with them, and well continue to call on them for future needs!

I bought two bidets for my two toilets and I planned to install them on my own. I struggled with removing the toilet seats because when I tried to unscrew the bolts it got stripped. Lowell, my plumber, came by and burned a new hole into each of the bolts. He also showed me what kind of screwdriver I would need to continue the work. After he left, I texted pictures of my progeess. I will not be choosing any other plumbing company because the help I received was thorough and encouraging. When I called other companies they said itd be $200 to install these 8-minute-installation bidets. At your service plumbing believed in me and left the installation process in my hands. They removed my toilet seats free of charge.

I am very pleased with at your service plumbing. Unlike other companies, they try to save you some money! I had left a voicemail and Lowell was able to return my call pretty quickly and help me diagnose the problem over the phone. Once i decided to go ahead with their service i was able to schedule an appointment pretty easy, unfortunately they were not able to schedule the appointment the same day but i decided to wait anyway just because of how knowledgeable and honest Lowell was and i knew i needed to give them a shot! Im so glad i did! Once the day of the appointment came Jonathan arrived on time and finished the job pretty quickly. He was very professional and answered all questions i had. Will definitely hire again for future plumbing services.

Very pleased & impressed with the integrity--- They came out late to install a water heater part; I had been on and off with not having hot water for a week or so around Christmas and it was starting to wear on me.. I probably wasnt the easiest customer but they came out late and got it done, also some routine maintenance that I do not believe I was charged for. Lowell was even ready, willing, and able to walk me through doing it myself to save me money but it was not something I wanted to tackle. Im just very impressed with the integrity of this company. They are what they say- not out to just rip you off. (Im a single female home-owner so companies love to think Im an easy mark, it seems, but Im not dumb).. They really came through for me in a pinch, after hours too- late-ish on a Friday night... Thanks guys. I hope I never need you again but if I do, or know anyone in need I will call and refer you.. So nice to have a HOT bath-- PHEW. Jonathan was great.

Ive used At Your Service Plumbing for 10 years. They are honest and reasonable. Another plumber came out and told us we should have our line to the street replaced. We called the City of Lakewood and they told us we should have an independent company put a camera down our line and not to trust plumbing companies. At Your Service put a camera down the line and told us the line did NOT need to be replaced. They told us it would be cheaper to have them come out and open the line up. We have used them ever since. I highly recommend them.

We were having a problem with our washer drain overflowing. Called At Your Service at 8 am on a Thursday morning. They said Kristian would be there between 11 and 1. I received text message update when he was on his way. He made it there around noon. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. A quick rooter of our drain fixed the problem. The rate was ~90 for the clean out of the drain and they charged a $45 fee for driving out to my location, Im right on the boundary of their service area. Kristian was friendly and professional and provided a $10 discount for writing a review. I would definitely recommend At Your Service Plumbing Company.

They have done smaller jobs for us (roto-rooting, etc) and, more recently a multi-day job (replacing our entire mainline).Everyone that I have dealt with at At Your Service has been extremely kind and professional. They go out of their way to accommodate any special requests that we have.They went above and beyond when replacing our mainline; a backhoe had to be brought in for digging, fence panels had to be removed for it to fit into the yard and my garden had to be dug up. They removed the fence panels very carefully, made an effort to retain as much of my garden soil as they could, and at the end of the job, spent extra time putting everything back together.Finally, their pricing is fantastic! I compared bids with two other companies, and At Your Service Plumbing Company was the best priced using the same materials and amount of labor.I have already recommended At Your Service Plumbing Company to a friend who also needs her mainline replaced and will continue to recommend them.

Was really impressed with At Your Service. Had another plumber (who had excellent Google reviews) come to our rental after tenants reported the floor drain in the utility room backing up. We were told the P-Trap had collapsed and clogged the main drain, and it would be thousands of dollars to tear out concrete and replace the drain and trap. We called At Your Service, and they were able to come give a second opinion the same day, within hours actually. Rather than just use a camera to scope the drain, they actually got their hands dirty, and found it was just debris, and that the P-Trap was in solid, working order. They cleared the drain, and rather than paying thousands, we paid for a drain cleaning. At Your Service will be our go to plumbing service for any future needs.

These guys are SO HONEST! They came to fix one immediate drain problem and told me how to avoid having them have to come out again for the same problem a year from now. Jonathan also fixed another minor problem by recommending a new faucet aerator for a slow running faucet in the wet bar sink. Another plumber would probably have suggested I replace the water lines. I was so impressed, I am having them install a PR valve on my main water line.

These guys really showed up for me! My tenant had called about a back up and they got another company there first. The first company charged me $470 to pull the toilet and do the camera. Came back with a quote for $6800 to dig up 10’ line. I felt the need to get a second opinion. Called at your service, they showed up same day, quoted $3600, and got the line, include the house clogs up snd flowing within 36 hours. My tenants can now use their toilets!! We are pleased🙏
