10/10 experience. I went here for... containers, but they have so more than just that. Picked up a few trinkets along the way. The customer service there was A1. I was complimented multiple times, I was guided to the item I was looking for, and one associate even offered to take my large containers to the front while I continued shopping. Great place

A bit pricy for what they sell, but all specialty stores are. Great if you have specific measurements and an idea of what you want to do with your space. But go with a plan. Do t just buy random stuff hoping it will fit. But if you did they have a great return policy. Just hold on to your receipt and dont remove any stickers until you are sure you are happy with it.

What a fun store! A container for everyone, everything and anything! The closet organizing ideas are FANTASTIC! They had all kinds of different jars for different substances. Big ones, small ones, wide ones, tall ones! All kinds of different ways to organize your home and work in any color! Great parking. Great employees.

Suzanne was awesome and helped me find specific items I was looking for. I love how dog-friendly they were here. Her and another colleague (whose name I regrettably didnt get) gave my service pup lots of love and treats.If you havent been to a Container Store before its pretty cool. If I were more organized and had deeper pockets, Id be here all the time. Come check them out.

Very clean and organized (as it should be be) , I tried it out a product in store, then ordered online. This chair was simple to install (I could actually do it myself :-). I ordered the Bungle Cord Computer Desk for a work station.

I love this place! Helps me get& stay organized. Lots of flexible options, I use flip down fron shoe boxes for hats, small for soft, l for fitted hats. About 8 per box. Someone to help can be a challenge to find, but the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

I had such a great experience here. We purchased Elfa closeting years ago and wanted to get some for our kids. I stopped in one day without an appointment but because it was the final few days of the Elfa sale, they were pretty booked up. Luckily, I ran into Jeff who was AMAZING!!He quickly rearranged his schedule to make time to sit down with me and see what my needs were. Although we didn’t have a lot of time, he was able to get the info he needed & then he emailed me closet designs that very same night! After reviewing, he also helped me make a small change. All of this was managed using email and the design tool on the website, so it really couldn’t have been easier. I haven’t picked up my closeting yet, but I am confident in the quality as it is the same closeting that we have in our master which has lasted 15 years, is still going strong, and in excellent shape. I have had other positive experiences with different employees at this location as well, and they are always friendly & helpful. And if you are looking for custom closeting, I would highly recommend Jeff. He’s awesome!

I was in the Denver store looking for a specific product. The product was out of stock & I was approached by Susanne (not sure if spelling), with s killer smile & offer of assistance. She went back to her computer & spent some time trying to find it in Both the Colo Springs store & home office. Although we were unable to accomplish getting it, I felt she had given her best & I left with a feeling of satisfaction.Customer service is rare in this day & age but she & your store are at the top of the list with me.

I made a consultation appointment to get my two bedroom closet’s organized with Elfa design and what I assumed would be a very challenging undertaking turned out to be incredibly easy thanks to Jeffrey Neuman, my personal store organizer!He asked me many questions pertaining to what needed to go into the closets and created a design that would work with the difficulties of access within 2 sliding doors. He knew exactly how to make it work and I left the store feeling relieved that I was able to hand it off to a professional! He very confident in his ability and his recommendations.Great service !!! Thank you!!

Really cool store that has every kind of thing you can think of to store or hold your other things! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The store itself is extremely well laid out. With all they have for sale you never feel cramped and its easy to find what youre looking for. Definitely the kind of place thats just fun to look around. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the items. I even hit 15% off my first purchase for stopping in.

We in the Denver metro area and surrounding are fortunate to have 3 of the best Managers at The Container Store as it is a pleasure working with all of them. Yesterday, I needed a basketball holder and I called Park Meadows, Flynn answered the phone, recognized my voice and went above and beyond to help me! He told me about all 3 that you carry, recommended one and then left it at the register for me. This is one of the many reasons why I love shopping at your stores!

Excellent example of this chain store, located adjacent to the Cherry Creek Mall. This store seems to have more products related to closet organization than Ive seen in some others. Fun place to explore and get home ideas.

This is a great store, I admit that a few years ago we dealt with someone with the name tag Carry C. Which I would NEVER have wait on us again, she was the most DISORGANIZED and unfriendly person. The rest of the staff was great. I will continue to shop here.

Tremendous help -- located the exact right container for two different items. The other good news is that the first hour of parking is free and they will validate up to 3 hours. I did an online search for possible solutions, then one of the customer service ladies helped me narrow it down. Ill be back!

I worked at a container store and it was awesome. Plus, pretty much everything I bought there, yes sometimes the prices are high, has lasted forever [20+ years]. The elpha wall units are soooo much better than other places; and the metro stuff is nearly indestructible. I gladly pay more for stuff that lasts 5x more than knock-offs.

They have a lot of stuff here for home organizing. It is pricy though.The staff seems friendly enough but not particularly with what is going on. I went in the other day to get some bins and started walking towards where theyd been the day before as Id priced them. The woman behind the counter asked me as I walked in what I was looking for. I told her.She directed me to the opposite side of the store saying theyd movedthem when I indicated that I knew where they were. They hadnt moved them. They were where I thought theyd be. This same woman didnotice that one of them was broken as I was buying them though. Ill go here again. Im planning on heading back this week, in fact...to get some more bins for organizing....I know Ill be spending $ though. Also:they have this new parking system that is annoying. Parkers musttake a ticket as they drive in.

Love the layout of this store! Items are organized and placed in a more intuitive and organic manner. It makes me feel like I walked into a perfect version of my own home, making it easier to find what I need to organize my space. The manager is also fantastic, and they validate parking under 15 minutes! Recommend this spot over Park Meadows location just for the feel.

I just had the greatest experience here. I have no idea what I am doing and tried finding a storage container to fit on a weird ikea shelf and 4 employees helped me. We were all so excited to find one that I loved and that would fit. They don’t fit, because I don’t know how to measure apparently, but I will definitely go back.
