Excellent at what they do and ensuring that the final product meets the needs of their customers. They were incredibly hands on, and available to call at any time to either discuss next steps, or get some things changed to meet the needs of the project.The communication is definitely a little bit scattered, but they made me feel heard and appreciated getting the project completed in a timely manner, while getting everything the way that we liked it.The company helped install a half bathroom into a tri-level home on the bottom floor of the house. Helped remove a sliding glass door, as well as new framing and drywall to move a wall in the space. Would recommend for any project that is the size or even larger.

I was tremendously impressed with the quality of service on our wall removal project. They worked FAST and with surgical precision. They had 3 guys working at a time. Many companies now will assign 1 person the job of 3, and it will take too long. These guys were done within a couple hours each day. The office manager, Gaby, was excellent. Every time I emailed her a question, she immediately responded. The communication throughout the project was outstanding. And the final completed project is completely seamless and looks perfect. I cannot recommend this company enough. It is rare nowadays that you will get such good quality.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is my first experience working with a contractor and I cannot say enough about how seamless the whole process was. I went into this whole process not knowing much of anything when deciding to build out a commercial space for my business. Stanley was on site almost every day and working closely with his team so everything was being done correctly. He and his crew went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the process and there way things were coming along. I have always heard horror stories of working with contractors and I will use him for every future project whether it be commercial or residential.

I had the pleasure of working with Stanley and his crew to renovate a bathroom. He was timely, accurate, clean, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. He gave me options regarding positioning of items. He works remarkably well with his clients. He and his company kept us informed of invoices, plans for the following day, when inspections were happening, when he would arrive (and ALWAYS arrived on TIME).I mean it was a renovation from heaven!NEVER had I had a contractor come on time or come when they were supposed to or keep me informed (with pictures) on the project. I was truly blessed to find him and his staff for my bathroom project. I would hire him again and again for small to large job!!!

Stan, Gaby, Chris and the entire Steelbridge team have our full endorsement. After another contractor left us in bad spot partially through the project, Steelbridge came in and rescued our house renovation including finishing the project slightly earlier than expected.Their process and communication is set up to ensure that clients have full access to the team. Construction is never a perfect process but Steelbridge always addressed questions and concerns with professionalism and quick response times. Their billing and invoicing was very transparent. Their subs respect working with Stan and Gaby and this really shines through as the delivery of the project was excellent. We can’t recommend them enough.

I recently hired Steel Bridge in February to perform a quick renovation of both my restrooms.I had had a leak occur and neither was usable; my biggest thing was wanting to pick out some of my own products from Home Depot so as to avoid all the extra parties but also having it complete in early March. Stan and I walked the project and he gave me a bid that included everything. I never got any change orders because he was true to his word when he said the cost was me getting what I wanted. And I got to buy my own materials to boot, without all the extra third party fees! Stan was so obliging and patient throughout the process, telling me what would be needed, how much and getting it all done super quickly. When Stan said something would happen, it happened.The bathrooms themselves look great! I had a few checklist items after project completion and Stan himself came out the next day to make sure they were complete--he didnt leave until making sure I was happy, either. He even helped hang some pictures around the house, which definitely wasnt in the original scope of work!So to Stan, Jim Robb, Dillon and James (and anyone else Ive forgotten), thank you a thousand times over for the great work yall did and for putting up with a picky person like me!To anyone looking to hire a good GC who honors their word, sticks to the schedule and advocates for your needs without any trouble whatsoever: I highly recommend hiring Steel Bridge!

We used Stanley and his company to finish our walk-out basement. They were able to design the space based on our wishes and were great every step of the way. From Stan to Gaby and everyone else, they were responsive, polite and very easy to work with. Could not recommend them enough.

We had Steel Bridge recently remodel a couple areas in my home in Tallyns Reach, SE Aurora. They tore walls out, installed new, put in new flooring, tile , counters, etc and I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get the entire job done and what a difference it made!! It looks amazing!! I think the biggest selling point for me on using this business instead of others is the customer service & care you receive. This company goes out of their way to make sure you love the work you get & at a fair price. Very impressed & plan to use again on many other projects.
