Lisa and her entire team did an incredible job helping us update our 1898 downtown bungalow. Homes of this age are always a scary onion to peel and her team was efficient, skilled and delivered an on-time remodel. We completely gutted our kitchen to the studs and removed and leveled the floor and finished the sunroom addition. We couldn’t be happier with the before and after transformation! Highly recommend Lisa and her whole team, we will hire again!

Lisa and her team are AWESOME. They did a full renovation on our basement and we absolutely LOVE IT. She gave super fair pricing, brought in a solid team, and completed the project in a fast but efficient manner. Id HIGHLY recommend her and her team to anyone looking to do something minor to major! We plan on bringing Lisa back for a full bathroom renovation & some minor cosmetic updates to our kitchen.-----Adding a SECOND review here because we brought Lisa and her team back to renovate a bathroom straight out of 1939 & it turned out AMAZING - pics attached. We are so happy with Lisa & her team and plan to bring them back for more projects :)

Lisa Clark and her team did an amazing job! We purchased a home that had a finished basement, I wanted to add another bedroom to it. When pulling the permit for the bedroom it was discovered there was no previous permit. Adding the bedroom now meant the whole basement would be scrutinized. Lisa and her team were unfazed by the added items to fix added up. While this was happening I was adding projects to the list all to be completed within a month. There was a bathroom reconfiguration, whole house painting, changing all the doors and hardware etc.Lisa and her team Lyman and Francisco got it all done!Just when they thought we were done, we had them demolish and reconfigure the front walkway.Again it was done timely and without any issues.We are so pleased with the outcome and love the house.We will not use anyone else!Thank you Lisa!

Lisa C. Clark, LCC and her team were absolutely fantastic. We had our basement completed last fall and we couldnt be happier. Lisa was professional and responsive from the very beginning. Our job was not a simple job and they catered to all of our needs. The basement space was completed to be used for my licensed family childcare home. The work was finished in a timely manner so I could move my daycare to the finished space. The space is absolutely beautiful and the daycare kiddos and their families love it. Lisa and her team managed everything from the design process, to framing, drywall, electrical, HVAC, insulation, plumbing, painting and texturing. Her team walked me through every stage of the process to be sure the project would work for my daycare space. The attention to detail and quality craftsmanship created an amazing space. I have referred Lisa several times to friends and family for their home projects. I just had my HVAC ducts all inspected and cleaned, and the company could not believe we had a huge construction project last fall. Everything was super clean. The construction team was fantastic about clean up and they worked hard to keep our lives as normal as possible during the construction phase. Lisa and her team is coming back to complete another project in my home soon. I highly recommend Lisa C. Clark. Lisa Clark and her team were wonderful to work with after we had a sewage backup and damage to pretty much our whole basement. Lisa was so nice to talk to throughout the whole process of rebuilding. She kept me involved the whole time. She even made sure we felt the carpet before deciding on carpet and I’m glad I did. Thank you guys again so much. We are so happy to have our basement back.

I cannot rave enough about how incredible Lisa was. Having the typical homeowner nightmare contractor in our past, we interviewed several contractors for our bathroom remodel (tore it down to the studs, moved wall back to make larger, new shower), and we chose Lisa. And did we ever choose well! Professional, prompt, good communications, fair pricing, flexible - an absolute gem. The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous, and we couldnt be happier. Lisa is now on speed-dial for ANY work we need done on the house. :-)

I was between homes and had to get my old home on the market fast. The place was in desperate need of upgrades, general repairs, etc. Its not easy finding contractor that will do a broad scope of punch list items on a tight timeline but I called Lisa and she said NO PROBLEM! She had people on the job right away. We reviewed what the house needed most and applied it to my $20k budget to get the best ROI. Her mind is a steel trap for details so that made my life easy. Her people did great work. We stayed on schedule and got more done with our budget than I thought possible.Just recently my next door neighbors had a small catastrophe with their finished basement flooding during summer 23 rainstorms. I passed along Lisas info and I saw her crew pull up that same night to start damage mitigation. They hired her to do all the subsequent repairs and are grateful for the solid referral.My experience with Lisa has been exceptional. Shes reliable and honest with fair prices. I highly recommend Lisa Clark LLC if youre in the market for any type of remodel/construction project.

Lisa was absolutely phenomenal all of the way through. We hired her after seeing how great of a job her and her team did with our friends house. She helped us with various remodel projects, which included re-doing our basement, painting various rooms, general repair work, and helping us install new french doors. The price she offers is exceptionally fair and she is on your side the whole way through. Other contractors will try to squeeze every penny out of you and not be transparent. With Lisa, she will be very upfront about pricing and extremely transparent and communicative all the way through the process.I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you go with Lisa! I spent a considerable amount of time interviewing different contractors throughout the Denver Metro area before remodeling my sunroom. Having worked in facilities and capital improvement projects my entire career, Im well aware of how difficult contractors can be. My experience with Lisa was absolutely excellent. Right off the bat, she asked a lot of questions about what we were looking for and talked us through different options to stay within budget. Her proposal was thorough and detailed. She communicated throughout the project, and each one of her teams - demo, framing, drywall, flooring - were all professional, kept a super clean construction area, were on-time, polite. The work was completed per the discussed schedule (which was much quicker than I expected). They did a quality job remodeling the sunroom and, perhaps my favorite piece of all - the punch list did not drag on forever. Lisa was on top of it, and all the last little items were addressed without delay. My family LOVES this space and I truly believe it would not have come out nearly as awesome without Lisa.I will continue to recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a great GC, and plan on hiring her again in the fall for our next project.

Lisa Clark and her team are absolutely fantastic! Lisa’s team was hired to do a pretty sizable addition on my current house, and I was so pleased with the entire experience and results! Her bidding process was extremely thorough and got refined as we finalized details and decisions. Lisa and her team are very responsive with any questions I had as well providing plenty of lead time and updates with regards to the next steps in the project. The teams made sure to clean up the area each night as well as when they finished their specific part of the build. Lisa was very transparent throughout the entire process, and I was never met with a surprise. I cannot get over the focus to detail her teams provided. Lyman, her foreman, would always have a pulse on the project and made sure regular check-ins and assessments were occurring during the construction and as it was wrapping up. Furthermore, her teams were very friendly and would ask for clarification or direction to ensure the work met my expectations.
