We had allot of issues with our house and the insurance compony that we had. K&D did a amazing job. They helped with the insurance company and everything in between. Cesar was always there to make sure things were going well, if there was a problem he solved it quickly and made sure everything looked perfect before leaving. Santiago had such great attention to detail with the trim and painting. Honestly cant say enough good things about them, will definitely use them again for any projects.

My team and I flip residential homes in Colorado and have worked with many contractors. We love being able to depend on companies like K&D Development because they make our flipping process incredibly smooth. No project is without it’s hiccups but I know it will never truly be a problem when we’re working with K&D because both Mike (the project manager we worked with) and Kurtis (one of the owners) will be on top of it; always in open communication with us. The quality of work is excellent and the pace of progression is something I personally was impressed with; we completed before my projected timeframe so thumbs up all around. 10/10 will work with K&D Development again.

Great service! We had a basement with ugly drop ceilings and carpet tiles that flooded. Insurance paid out and K&D made the space amazing within our budget. New floors, new ceiling, new lighting - its a million percent improvement. The team was very nice and they finished much faster than expected. Id recommend K&D to anyone!

Seriously call them!! We LOVE K&D Development!!!When an old pipe leading to our kitchen sink started to leak underground into our basement it was an absolute emergency we were not expecting to happen! Thanks to their knowledge and expertise it really put us at ease through the whole process. Having them as an advocate for us was extremely helpful in navigating our claim and insurance process. Their team was amazing and worked very efficiently. Their kindness, communication and work ethic was very much appreciated by my family to get our house back in working condition. We look forward to working with them again on more projects.

We used K&D to do a big refresh on the exterior of our house, including new siding, windows, gutters, and paint, among other things. They did an amazing job and were such a pleasure to work with. Evan, the guy in charge of arranging everything (would that be the contractor?), was always easy to get ahold of by text and was always available to answer questions. All the different specialists that worked on different aspects of our house showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. Everything was explained to us clearly, the price seemed very fair... and our house looks pristine! I would definitely recommend K&D, and I will be a returning customer in the future.

We were super impressed by Frank, Kurtis, and the whole team at K&D. They helped us with a full kitchen remodel that included knocking down a wall (before and afters attached). Frank was very responsive to any questions, all of the sub contractors they sent out were great, and we love the finished product. The budget and timeline were pretty much spot on as well. Kurtis and his team are the best. I had to have skylights replaced (the others were incorrect for the type of roof I had, which were installed by another roofer) as well as floor joists reinforced. This required a lot of removal and rebuilding. The work was professionally done, and everything was cleaned up, leaving no mess behind. Kurtis and his crew were very professional and personable. They explained everything they were doing, and asked questions when needed. They are a 6 out of 5-star-rating

We didnt have any work done by K&D (found out after contacting them that a neighbor could do the work), but I still wanted to leave a review based on the experience we did have. Kurtis drove all the way up to Evergreen for a free estimate, he was quick both in person and about getting our estimate back to us within 24 hours. They were also willing to be lenient on the price and match other offers wed gotten. I would highly recommend them based on my experience.

K&D Contracting is the best contracting company I have ever worked with. The team, led by Damaris, is professional, communicative, and truly an advocate for their clients. They took the time to walk us through every step of our renovation and answered all of our questions. Damaris was especially helpful when it came to dealing with our insurance adjusters and navigating the confusing process of insurance claims. The work they did on our home exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with the final result. I cannot recommend K&D enough, they truly deserve five stars!

My wife and I had a dishwasher that had leaked down to the neighbors condo ruining the ceiling and drywall. After battling my inner pride and knowing my strengths, I decided to give the professionals a call. I called numerous contractors and K&D Development returned my call and had me scheduled for the drywall repair within 48 hours. Im a very hard person to impress when it comes to companies advertising what they want the customer to believe the can do, compared to the level of service you receive. Anyone can make it to the top of a search engine if you are willing to pay for it. But this company has my business for life because of the morals, values and respect they have for every customer. My small drywall repair job was always a priority to them from the first phone call. If anyone is looking for a reliable construction company to get the job done I will stand behind these guys and the new relationship that was built. KD did exterior work for our house (back patio, landscaping and front porch revamp for curb appeal). Kurtis and his team did a great job, communicated in a timely fashion and was willing to discuss issues that arose with change orders or description of work that wasnt clear between customer to contractor. My husband and I would definitely recommend Kurtis and his team for future projects and to our friends.
